Nice spot for a weekend getaway. We would stay there again.

The Motel is located 1 mile from the beach. There’s an Italian restaurant right across the street with a nice bar and live entertainment. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Sorry to say that other people were not considerate and didn’t like that no one was at the place to manage at check in.

Very old. Stayed in two different rooms doors to bathrooms couldn’t close and one had no shade on window for privacy.

No breakfast to be offered. Good location

Beds were very uncomfortable. Lightbulb missing in one lamp..Entire room smelled sour, especially in bathroom.

Very clean. The room seemed to be recently painted. The outside had a very nice grass area and flowers. It was only about a mile from the beach. The beach was mostly rocky but my wife said that is normal for Nee England beaches. The location is only about a half hour from Hyannis

Quiet. Very basic . Very comfortable, clean. Nothing fancy. We weren't looking for a fancy chain. Just a quiet place to sleep.

Exceptional

The motel was very cozy. It destroyed any preconceived notions I've ever had about motels. It was super clean, conveniently located, still very private, and not far from the beach. Booking was incredibly easy, and the staff was very accommodating. Checking and check out were also very simple. It was truly a delight to stay there, I'm already thinking about coming back with my family.

10/10 -No notes.

grounds were nice

uncomfortable beds, never saw any staff. Shower was so small ( I’m not heavy) I could barely move although it was nice and hot and the handles were very dirty. it took awhile for the heat to come on and then it was very noisy in the morning which I should have realized it was going to be as it was on a Main Street

We could not even stay there. Mattresses out in parking lot. Curtains in window grungy. Drove away !

Visit to Cape Cod was goood. Hotel/motel was dissappointment

Communication with hotel staff only digital. Room was changed with no upfront communication (arrived at venue at 5.30pm. TV modem was not working. Without any resoultion hotel staff stopped replying after 6.45pm. Not recommended. Digital channel with old school execution.

It was comfortable, convenient & affordable

Great location as we leaped frogged out to Provincetown for the weekend. Very clean & comfortable. We rode our bikes to the beach when we got there. Very quiet & comfortable stay in the off-season.

the price rooms spotless ease of check in provide more linen than needed ( very nice) arrived in a warm room ( cold day) able to park in front of room restaurant across street

Needs remodeling!

Nice yard and new doors with good locks.

Dirty, old carpet, uncomfortable beds. no washcloths, no one at desk during office hours, motorcyclist doing wheelies in the parking lot when we were trying to sleep, no coffee in room and I wouldn’t use the coffee maker in the messy lobby. Over priced!

There wasn't a bath mat in bathroom to step on after shower! Very dangerous! Bathroom needs a renovation! Also curtains need to be thicker for more privacy in the bathroom!

Very basic lodging with contactless entry, never saw a human being.

Sandy Neck is a basic motel room. It is clean but very outdated and overpriced. Since it was just an overnight on a long drive it was just O.K. This hotel rate should have been more more like $125.00 to $135.00 as it was not worth $160.00 a night. There was an issue with the coffee maker in the lobby and after calling the number on the door a guy tried to trouble shoot the issue with no results. I understand that things can go wrong but the solution I was told is that there is a Dunkin Donuts about 15 min away. I always book a hotel with coffee available as we are not morning people and do not want to drive to get coffee. When I expressed my concern I was than told maybe we can get a box of Joe delivered and that never happened. An hour later I went back to lobby to see if coffee had been delivered and a nice staff member said we have a small coffee maker do you want me to make a pot? I was leaving at this point so that did not help. Why was`nt that made right after they knew the coffee maker had died? And not a solution right at the time the broken one was removed? $160.00 rate with no coffee is unexceptable! Someone should have went and got that box of Joe to solve the issue for everyone staying in the hotel. As I said things happen but someone needs to fix the issue ASAP. I have been in resort management my whole life and I would have sent someone to get coffee as soon as I heard there was an issue. Very poor customer service to tell an unhappy customer to drive a total of 30 min when they paid for a service that did not exist on property. Due to the overpriced room and no customer satisfaction I would not recommend this place.
