60 sqm apartment. on the second floor of a newly built building with lift, consisting of a double bedroom, a bridge bedroom with three single beds available; the living room includes a sofa bed for one and a half, a table that can be doubled up to 8 place settings, a cupboard with TV and a linear kitchen complete with appliances (fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, gas hob); a bathroom and two balconies; the washing machine can be used in the dressing room. The apartment is furnished and equipped with dishes, utensils and bed linen and towels, beach umbrella and 4 bouncers. The rent includes the consumption of gas light and final cleaning.

The apartment is in a quiet location in excellent proximity to both the historic old centre and the port. It is modern, beautifully appointed with everything one could need. The host, Ugo is friendly, informative and very quick to reply to communication. Would certainly stay there again

Ugo was a great host even coming in on a late flight he was very accommodating the apartment was super clean and spacious had all you needed and then some quiet neighborhood easy walkable to all attractions would recommend to anybody and would definitely stay there again.

Ugo ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfbereiter Gastgeber. Das Apartment ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man täglich benötigt. WLAN funktioniert sehr gut. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in einem Wohngebiet und man kann alles sehr gut zu Fuss erreichen (Einkaufen, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strand. Ein Mietauto habe ich nicht benötigt. Ich komme gern wieder

Ugo, der Vermieter, war stets erreichbar und sehr entgegenkommend. Das Apartment liegt ruhig und zentral im 2. Stock mit Aufzug und ist sehr sauber. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in Alghero 😀

L'appartamento si presenta pulito curato e ben arredato dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici che spereresti di trovare. Posizione ottima a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e davvero silenziosa. Appartement bien équipé, très propre. A seulement 10 minutes à pied du centre historique. Magasins disponibles très proche de l'appartement. La seule chose qu'il faudrait mettre c'est un micro-ondes. Pas toujours facile pour le parking dans la rue.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/Prezzo. Proprietario cortese e disponibile. Appartamento pulito. Con una passeggiata di circa 15 minuti si raggiunge il centro storico. Un pò di difficolta con il parcheggio ma in qualche via attorno all'isolato un posto lo si trova. Lo consiglio.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet, zu Fuß waren wir in ca. 10 Minuten im Stadtzentrum von Alghero, nur ein paar Meter entfernt befand sich ein Supermarkt.Jederzeit wieder würden wir diese Wohnung gerne bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Alghero mieten.Vielen Dank!

Abbiamo affittato spesso appartamenti ad Alghero per venire a trovare i miei che vivono qui, ma questo è stato in assoluto il migliore. Ampio, pulitissimo, fornito davvero di tutto nei minimi dettagli, ci ha fatto sentire a casa senza sentire la mancanza di niente. Una cucina perfetta, camere ampie e luminose, un ripostiglio dove trovare tutto ciò che serve, bagno ottimo e in perfette condizioni, un balcone di servizio e una bellissima terrazza in salone. Pompe di calore in ogni stanza ci hanno permesso di avere sempre una temperatura ideale anche per nostro figlio di un anno. La posizione è perfetta, con un grande supermercato davvero a 10 passi e il centro raggiungibile con una passeggiata di dieci minuti. Torneremo sicuramente. Questo appartamento ci ha permesso di sentirci davvero in vacanza!

L'appartamento di Ugo si trova vicinissimo al centro storico e a due passi da servizi utili quali supermercato e panetteria. All'interno c'è un bellissimo arredamento moderno che utilizza funzionalmente al meglio la superficie delle stanze e anche un terrazzo da godere la sera dopo una giornata al mare. Attrezzature per il soggiorno e per la cucina di ogni tipo completano la cura che Ugo ha dedicato al potenziale cliente che soggiorna in casa sua. L'host è veramente attento, gentile e prodigo di attenzioni e suggerimenti per agevolare la vacanza ai propri ospiti. Ringrazio personalmente UGO e consiglio vivamente a tutti la sua casa. Fabio

L'appartement est idéalement situé, proche du centre et au calme. Il est propre, spacieux, bien équipé et agréable. Le balcon est un vrai plus, la connexion internet est excellente. Nous n'avons eu aucune difficulté à garer notre véhicule à proximité du logement. Nous nous y sommes sentis très à l'aise et y avons passé un très bon séjour.

Très bel appartement

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce magnifique appartement spacieux, bien décoré, très bien équipé ,très propre. Les 2 terrasses sont très agréables. L'accueil de Catherine a été très sympathique. La situation est idéale pour se rendre à vieille ville à pied, profiter des plages d'Alghero et visiter les alentours. Malgré le manque de parking à la résidence, nous avons toujours trouvé une place dans les rues avoisinantes. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

The apartment is situated in a central location perfect for the town centre and all excursions. The rooms were clean and spacious, with two balconies we used. The main bus tetminal was literally 10 mins walk. Would really recommend and will return!

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per una settimana, eravamo 4 adulti e 2 bambini. Ho trovato l'appartamento molto pulito, ben arredato, spazioso sembrava di stare a casa. Vasto assortimento di asciugamani per il bagno, puliti e molto morbidi. Letti comodissimi, mai dormito così bene fuori da casa. Condominio molto silenzioso e dalla parte della strada ben insonorizzato. Molto vicino al centro storico, circa 10 minuti a piedi. A due passi c'è un supermercato. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile, lo consiglio a chiunque.

Joli appartement, bien aménagé, pas grand, mais fonctionnel. Très propre. La situation est parfaite: on accède facilement au centre historique à pied en une dizaine de minutes. On a été très bien accueilli par Catarina, chaleureuse et disponible. Un excellent séjour à Alghero, à recommander! Merci

Consigliatissimo!!!

Ho soggiornato in questo bellissimo appartamento a luglio 2015 per 10 giorni con la mia famiglia (2 adulti e tre ragazzini). L'appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto: ampio, ben arredato, dotato di tutti i confort (veramente non serve portare assolutamente nulla da casa!). Aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti, due terrazzini (quello in cucina ottimo per un digestivo dopo cena e quello sulla camera ideale per stendere costumi e asciugamani). La posizione è ottima, vicino al bellissimo centro di Alghero (10 minuti a piedi), supermarket a 20 mt. da casa, pizzeria da asporto dietro l'angolo! Ma la differenza la fa il padrone di casa ... il Sig. Ugo è stato disponibilissimo fin dai primi contatti, sia per consigli sul viaggio, sia durante il soggiorno per utilissimi consigli sulle spiagge da visitare. A questo proposito ... la spiaggia del lido è a mio parere assolutamente da evitare ... però a poca distanza ci sono veramente posti meravigliosi (la spiaggia di Maria Pia è a pochi minuti d'auto ed è molto carina ... a noi è piaciuta tanto la spiaggia delle Bombarde ...). Se siete ad Alghero non perdete l'occasione di fare un salto alla spiaggia della Pelosa di Stintino (fate una levataccia e arrivate là entro le otto ... ne vale la pena!). Tornando all'appartamento del Sig. Ugo ... io lo sto consigliando a parenti ed amici ... prenotate ad occhi chiusi ... una garanzia!

We stayed 4 days in this nice and well equipped apparement. It is close to the old town in a nice and quiet area of the city. You have evening sun for the aperitif on the balcony! The appartment is furnish with taste, you really feel at home!
