Gyönyörű fekvésű, tiszta ház, a házigazdák figyelmesek, a reggeli bőséges. Biztosan jövünk még!

Csodálatos elhelyezkedésű ház, közvetlenül a tengerparton, az ápolt mediterrán kertből nyíló kertkapun kilépve a homokos tengerparton voltunk, onnan néhány lépés a víz.

Great location

The location was superb. It isn't often that you can find a place to stay on the beach. The property is lush and opens right to a great swimming beach. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was nice.

Wohlfühlen und wie nach Hause kommen

Direkte Strandlage, einfach traumhaft! Unser Gastgeber war extrem hilfsbereit und hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt. Immer freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Beste war jedoch der direkte Strandzugang und der kurze Weg in die Stadt am Strand entlang. Entspannung pur mit Meeresrauschen. Tolles Frühstück mit leckerem Kaffee.

Einen Abend gab es leider laute Musik bis Mitternacht von einen nahegelegenem Hotel in der Richtung Hauptstraße. Da kann der Gastgeber natürlich nichts dran machen.

Prostě nádhera pro romantickou pohodu a klid.

Snídaně super, rodinná obsluha, ochota vstřícnost, profesionalita. Měl jsem pocit, jako bych byl u dobrých známých a ti nás hýčkali. Takhle ochotnou a vstřícnou obsluhu jsem ještě nezažil. Starali se o nás jak rodiče.

Tady není co vytknout. Restaurace na oběd a večeři v blízkosti a super italské starobylé okolí.

Strandurlaub,

direkter Zugang zu einem sehr schönen Strand, sehr nette Vermieter, gutes Frühstück, ob eine Nacht oder ein ganzer Urlaub, hier ist man immer richtig. Der Weg am Strand entlang in den netten Ort dauert nur etwa 20min.

Gartenbeleuchtung brannte die ganze Nacht, das darf heutzutage nicht mehr sein.

Perfect place for a relaxing holiday

This B&B is perfect! Located right on the beach, it also has an amazing garden which provides shade and comfort. This garden is a perfect place to relax and rest in between the swims, especially when the beach gets busy. The hosts are very kind and sweet, every morning they were preparing really nice breakfast to us. This place has everything for a perfect relaxing holidays and it is also located walking distance from the center of the town.

There was absolutely nothing not to like.

Amazing!

Me and my husband stayed in a double room with a sea view for 3 nights and we loved it. The room was very nice and clean and the views from the terrace were spectacular. You couldn’t get any closer to the sea! The breakfast was really good and Alessandro (the host) is the nicest and kindest person ever. 10/10!

Beautiful and relaxed vacation

Within 5 mins of being at this place, I felt relaxed as it has an ocean view and place is so calming in many ways. Greenery, sea and beautiful stay. Host-Alessandro is very kind and gentle person who made sure our stay was very pleasant and comfortable.

A beachfront paradise

Exceptional hosts and superb beachfront location! Main floor studio was extra clean and well stocked kitchenette. Breakfast was delicious! We appreciated the restaurant recommendations and convenience of walking along the beach to dinner each evening. Stunning sunsets and tranquil sound of the ocean waves made for a perfect stay!

Alessandro was a very hospitable person who provided a more than adequate breakfast. His property was exceptionally clean and offered a seaside location with spectacular views. The town of Sperlonga was within walking distance so we never needed to drive anywhere.

Right on the beach--our room overlooked the ocean and was just stunning. Very peaceful property if you are looking to unwind as we were. Our hosts were SO friendly and helpful with everything! Breakfasts were wonderful with lots of choices.

Great location right next to the beautiful and kid-friendly beach with an always friendly host

The location is fantastic - out through the garden, straight to the beach. And within walking distance to the old pitoresque town of Sperlonga. Couldn´t be better. Great breakfast, wonderful view from our (spacious) balcony over the garden to the sea. The beach itself is beautiful sand that smoothly runs into the water - perfect for our daughter who enjoys water but can´t swim yet. Our host was helpful with every question and even so kind to send something we forgot at Villa Luisa to our home. We would have loved to stay longer!

The location is excellent if you want to be near the beach. There is also a good restaurant walking distance near by.

The property needs upgrading. The front door needs a good coat of varnish. We had the lower appartment with a kitchenette that is not really functional as the owner said it was a B&B. Yet we wanted to be able to make coffee or tea, so he turned the gas back on the stove. There was no cutlery. We would have liked to have a few chairs for the public beach, but none were available for us. Only for the other appt. Anyway we felt that 200€ a night was overpriced.

Probably the best location in Sperlonga.

The location - probably the best in Sperlonga, 15 minutes walk to the historical city center and on the calm side of Sperlonga (left from the city center). Lots of privacy at the location, closeness to the beautiful beach (behind the garden), the garden, the balcony, a perfect spot to watch the sunsets. The owner - Alessandro is a gorgeous host, even though he speaks Italian only, with a help of a 'google translator' we manage to connect and build a friendly relationship. He was so generous and willing to help and assist. He recommended many excellent places to eat and visit. He even walked us to the restaurant and arranged a table for our anniversary dinner. We also got to know Alessandro's wife, she was extremely supportive and kind. This is an adorable family that will take good care of you during your stay. Breakfasts were good - not only sweet (typical Italian breakfast as in other hotels in Italy), but we were offered a selection of cheeses, eggs, fresh fruits, etc. We are vegetarians so Allessandro followed our request and offered us extra fresh tomato and some green salad. The coffee was also amazing - both cappuccino and americano. With regards to COVID protective measures - this place treated them very seriously. The owner wore the protective mask inside the villa whenever he was around us. We felt really safe. Also, only one room was allowed to have breakfast at the same time. We had a wonderful time in the Villa Luisa B&B.
