El apartamento estaba muy limpio, era cómodo, agradable y contaba con todo lo necesario. Buena ubicación, zona tranquila y muy cerca del centro. La posibilidad de tener plaza de aparcamiento muy útil. La recibida por parte de la propiedad puntual y muy correcta.

Very close to supermarkets and to Old Town. We booked in August and there were a number of hot and sticky evenings. A small electric fan in the bedroom would have helped. Otherwise, the apartment was perfect.

Es un apartamento confortable, con habitaciones amplias y con unos acabados bastantes buenos. Todo estaba limpio y con todo lo necesario en una casa. Magnífica calefacción central. Situado a cinco minutos andando de la catedral y con aparcamiento en el mismo edificio.Volveremos.

Apartamento con todas las comodidades cerca del centro de Oviedo.

Nos alojamos en este apartamento del 1 al 9 de Agosto de 2018. La verdad es que es super completo, con un montón de detalles que son de agradecer. Está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca del centro histórico, a penas 10 minutos caminando a la plaza del Fontán o al parque de San Francisco, ideal si viajas con niños como en nuestro caso. Totalmente recomendable!

Apartamento muy limpio, con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones, bien situado, muy cerca del casco histórico y con plaza de garaje en el mismo edificio (difícil el aparcamiento en Oviedo). Apartamento muy recomendable. Cuando regrese a Oviedo, volveré al apartamento.

El piso esta bastante bien situado, en una zona tranquila. Tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia, y garaje comunitario, por lo que puedes aparcar sin problema, lo que puede ser un problema en Oviedo. Muy satisfechos ;)

We were very happy with this apartment in Oviedo - all necessary amenities were provided, excellent communication with Yolanda, who provided helpful information on hiking trails and language schools. We spend 5 days in Oviedo in september 2017 to discover the aréa of the Asturies . we were impressed by Oviedo ,clean everywhere, with nice people the appartment was very clean , comfortable and quiet with all commodities. near of the center of the town and easy to reach ; we had the avantage of a parking just below the building. our host welcomed us and made everything to give us a nice stay . we recommand you this appartment. Very clean, comfortable, modest apartment with an excellent location. It is less than 3 blocks form the wonderful Oviedo Old Town City Center and from a fantastic park (Campo San Francisco) located in the heart of Oviedo. It is one block from a very nice supermarket, and is surrounded by good restaurants. Yolanda, the owner/manager, has very good English language skills and is very responsive to any questions you might have prior to arriving and to any requests you may have while renting one of her properties. In our case, she went well beyond the call of duty by picking us up at the Oviedo Bus Station when we ran into some problems. It was a nice gesture that started on our stay in Oviedo on a positive note. We would definitely stay at one of Yolanda's properties it we ever visited Oviedo again (something we would very much like to do.) --Mike P. (Grants Pass, Oregon)

The apartment was well furnished, clean and very quiet. The house (while not too attractive from the outside) is lovely inside, excellently maintained with a janitor on location, tidy, clean and with friendly neighbours. There is affordable underground public/garage parking underneath the very building with access right next to the building's entrance door. It's 4 minutes walk to the lovely old town, 1 minute to a supermarket. The building itself is in a quiet street with predominantly residential traffic. The landlady welcomed us and showed us around. We found all we needed in the apartment including complimentary water and a carton of milk. The wifi worked well and was quick enough even for streaming. When it failed one day - as it can happen-, all it took was an sms and the problem was quickly resolved by the landlady. We loved Oviedo, both old and new neighbourhoods and never tired of it during the entire week we stayed. In fact, we were sad to leave and wil be certain to return.

Quiet, Central, Better than Described

Yolanda's apartment was spotless, well equipped, and almost eerily quiet. Yolanda met us, oriented us, and arranged a taxi for our early morning departure: a wonderful host. We would most definitely stay with her again. The apartment is about a ten minute walk from everything: the old city, the market, downtown. It is even closer to the amazing nature park with its kilometres of walkways. The train station is also nearby. There is a supermarket about a half block away from the apartment. It is a perfect setting for a restful holiday.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the landlady who was extremely helpful in showing us everything we needed to know about the flat. The flat itself was nicely furnished and very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Overall I am extremely pleased with my stay and would definitely stay again.

I highly recommend this apartment. It is large, spacious, sunny and clean,You can feel very much at home and comfortable in this flat. The property is a good value. It is centrally located . The apartment was clean, well maintained and tastefully furnished. Yolanda was very helpful. Recomiendo altamente este apartamento. Es grande, amplio, soleado y limpio, se puede sentir mucho en casa y cómodo en este plano. La propiedad es un buen valor. Es céntrico. El apartamento estaba limpio, bien mantenido y amueblado con buen gusto. Yolanda fue muy amable en todo momento .
