About this apartment rental
Our condo is the one Elvis chose as his private suite when in Nashville. Recently-renovated,one-bedroom, close to downtown (Broadway), within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. Decorated with country music memorabilia, all new furnishings in September 2018. Comfortable king-size bed and very comfortable state-of-the-art queen sofa bed (No Bars) with memory foam mattress. Very well stocked with dishes, cookware, linens. Fast, secure internet. Cable TV. Free on-site parking. We are located on the sixth floor of the historic Spence Manor building, which was originally built as a five-star hotel for Elvis to stay when he recorded at RCA Studio B. Other notables who stayed at Spence Manor include The Beatles, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, and many more. The building has been converted into individually-owned condos. It is nice to return "home" to a quiet condo. The location is very convenient to downtown, where country music reigns, Vanderbilt University, Belmont University, and The Gulch. Broadway with its many honky-tonks, is located about a mile away, a $8-10 Uber/Lyft ride, usually. Many record labels and publishing companies, as well as restaurants and bars, are located within the block. A guitar-shaped pool welcomes you, usually from May until the end of September. This could vary, depending upon the weather. Washer/dryer in condo, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and linens provided. Large walk-in closet. View of guitar-shaped pool and adjacent Owen Bradley park from both living room and bedroom. TV is NetFlix capable. Bathroom has both a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. The layout of the bath provides privacy with three areas: tub and shower, toilet and vanity. BBQ grill in pool area. Kitchen has full-size dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and over-the-stove microwave. We have been in the short-term rental business since the 1990's and pride ourselves on the cleanliness and comfort that our rentals provide for our guests. The short term rental permit is: T2020018194.

Condo was exactly as described. Clean with lots of extras. Loved the guitar pool! Location is great - you can walk to many places including Broadway if you don't mind a bit longer walk (about 1 mile) or Uber was pretty cheap from here. Outside of the building looks like what it is - older building from the 70's but the condo itself was updated and had a fun Elvis/music theme.

The stay here was clean and comfortable We came here for the CMA fest and really enjoyed ourselves. Just a great location with a beautiful pool to relax from the summer heat. It sits atop Music Row which is so close and was our first stop after check in. It was a mile walk to broadway action and even less to Whole Foods for some needed items. Thank you definitely recommend.

This property was perfect for my family and I. It was super clean and fit the four of us perfectly. It was only a 15-20 minute walk from Broadway and also had a strip of bars, restaurants, coffee shops etc. right next to this property. Ubers were cheap and easy to access from the location if needed and everything was very walkable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning when coming to Nashville again!

We travel almost exclusively with VRBO and are selective when choosing a property. We found a gem at this condo, it was exactly as pictured and described. Spacious, clean, quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with everything to prepare a meal. Located in a neighborhood with lots of history, Walking distance to some great dining and nightlife. We took Uber to Broadway when we wanted to do the tourist thing. Excellent property, we will return in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at the Gaskin’s condo! The condo was impeccably clean and exactly as listed! We felt safe and enjoyed the short walk to Broadway St for entertainment. The Gaskins are also very kind and responsive. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Nashville.

Average apartment, like a timeshare room. If you're looking to be within walking distance to Broadway not the place to stay. I should have stayed closer to Broadway and paid more as the Uber costs killed my savings.

We loved staying here! The room was clean and we absolutely loved laying out by the guitar shaped pool! I would recommend this room to anybody looking to stay in Nashville. We walked to Broadway from the room and it wasn’t very far. Carlos has a great room here on Music Square! I love Nashville and staying here made my trip even better

There are a few bars/restaurants about a block and a half away and downtown is about a 15-20 minute walk! Very happy with everything! Definitely would stay there again!!

This condo was perfect! We loved being within walking distance to a few bars and restaurants! Carlos' instructions were very easy and parking was great - we never had a problem finding a spot when returning from being out. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Nashville stay
This was our first time staying in a Vrbo. It was a very easy process. The place was just as described. The pool was great. The property was just outside of the hustle and bustle but there was still food and attractions at walking distance. It was a great experience.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable
The building looks older and the back elevator is kind of scary. We used it because the main one was out of order. It’s on a one way street so only one way to go when leaving. We got lost trying to get back to our room a lot. Close to town. The Elvis suite had everything you wanted. Views of some buildings out side the window.
The parking wasn’t that great. There was only a few parking spots that I really could get into in my SUV in the parking garage, you have to be careful of the post that is supporting the building. Over all it’s nice but I wouldn’t stay there again because I’m not a big city person and would rather be a little out of the city. If you like the city, it’s good for you. Good price also. I give it 4 stars due to the parking and the old elevator. There is a nice tv in the bedroom and living room. The tv in the living room seemed to have more options. The bathtub is super small but the shower is large. Water pressure could have been better. The pool was dirty, looks nothing like the pictures. Also the dumpster where you take your trash was full until the day we checked out, it got emptied and cleaned aroUnd It did smell bad around it. Every thing in the room was up to date and super nice.
I have no major complaints about the room. It’s just like the picture. Fully stocked kitchen with all you need for cooking. So if you like the city life this would be for you.

Nashville get away
This condo is a great place to stay. It is in a great location. Although we didn’t get to use the pool I could imagine sitting by the guitar shaped pool and relaxing (very private pool area). The building was very secure. The owners are great communicators. The instructions for check in and parking were easy. The check out was also easy. I have stayed at places that have an extensive cleaning process before you leave even though you pay a cleaning fee. These owners only ask you to do a couple of things and they are totally reasonable. If I ever get to go back to Nashville I definitely want to stay here.

Great location & value for Nashville
This refurbished apartment has a great location for your stay in Nashville. With popular nearby attractions, like Hattie B’s, Midtown, and multiple bars within walking distance, this location makes for a nice getaway. Downtown is also walkable, but plenty of ride-share options are available as well. I will be looking into staying here or another one of Carlos’ other properties in the future.

Great location in Music Row. Lots of cool bars/shops/things to do in the area. We even walked it down to the bars on Broadway! The property was exactly what we were hoping for & the view was great too. Overall, can’t wait to come back.
