It is located in one of the most prestigious developments on the Costa Tropical, located in Andalusia in southern Spain, in Almuñecar (Granada). Villa Leticia is located just about 100 km from Malaga airport, Granada and Almeria. The villa is located near the N-340 road which connects Malaga and Almeria, just 1 km from Almuñecar (Granada) the prime tourist destination of the Costa Tropical.
This villa with its private pool and jacuzzi is located in the urbanization Fuentes de Almuñecar. The urbanization is located on the spectacular hillside part of Almuñecar on the Costa Tropical, just three minutes from the sea, beach and town. The urbanization consists of independent houses / apartments / and villas which guarantees rest, views and privacy. It is located just 1.5 km from the magnificent beaches of Almuñecar such as Velilla beach, Tesorillo, Pozuelo and San Cristobal. Being situated on a secluded street of the urbanization there are no passing vehicles which guarantees silence, intimacy and privacy.
This luxury Holiday Home with pool and jacuzzi, is built on a plot of land consisting of 550 m2 and 290 m2 which is the actual villa. This villa with pool and jacuzzi is designed for relaxation, to enjoy the incredible views and all the amazing facilities the villa offers. It has been built with materials of extraordinary quality and has large windows giving magnificent views over the sea, the beaches and the surroundings.
This villa was built facing the south, giving sun and light throughout the whole day. The design of this villa is exquisite with different open spaces, some in the sun and some in the shade. It has large windows and terraces that show incredible views of the whole region. Salobreña, Granada Beach (with its golf course with 18 holes), Motril with its Port and Yacht Club , Torre Nueva where you can see the lighthouse Faro Sacratif in the distance. These areas are located in the middle of an area consisting of green fields (previously used to grow sugar cane, but today they harvest several different crops). On one side of the great plains are beaches, and on the other, the mountains. Everything can be seen from the villa. Imagine the views at sunset with the intense blue sea and the overwhelming colors of the sky that switch from red, yellow and violet… Simply Amazing, Fantastic, Wonderful, Unique, and incredible!
Villa Leticia, is built over three floors and there is parking space for 2/3 cars. The villa has 4 bedrooms (2 en-suite), 4 bathrooms and a toilet, a large living room with satellite TV, kitchen, several terraces, laundry room, a separate barbecue terrace ( there is also a bathroom in barbecue area, pool area). The villa has a superb wine cellar, a full equipped kitchen, hot water jacuzzi, and an excellent swimming pool with a built in Jacuzzi.

Distribution:
The house is completely surrounded and isolated. Car access is via an automatic gate and there is outdoor parking for 1-2 cars , there is also a closed garage with an automatic door large enough for a car. Through the garage you have access to the house, the main floor, however there is also a separate door giving access to this floor.
The main floor is on street level. This floor gives access to living room, and the living room opens up to a terrace with a covered porch and the 6 x 4 swimming pool with a jacuzzi incorporated. On the same floor is the kitchen and dining room and a bedroom with sea views, wardrobe, en suite bathroom with a shower cubicle.
On the upper floor (+1), you will find the master bedroom with a double bed, 3.5 x 2.5 m terrace with magnificent views, a large dressing room and en-suite bathroom with 2 basins, toilet, and shower.
On the same floor there 2 other bedrooms both with 2 single beds each and large closets. There is one bathroom for these two rooms. The laundry room is also located on the upper floor.
Bottom floor (-1) The Bodega, wine cellar, with a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. A American style open kitchen with bar. Another big room with a fireplace and a hot tub/ jacuzzi for up to 8/10 people. Magnificent terrace with wonderful views where the barbecue area is located and access to the swimming pool with jacuzzi incorporated.

Mega Urlaub
Ein super Urlaub. Das Haus hat gehalten, was es versprochen hat. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super. Der Whirlpool im Partyraum war mega. Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte und noch viel mehr.

Amazing villa
Wonderful villa with everything you need and carlos was very helpful with sorting transfers from and to the airport. Its In a fabulous location with amazing views. Taxis are a bit tricky to get hold of as they don't speak very good english and you do need them to get about for shopping etc, unless you rent a car, although you might not want to leave the villa much as its so nice 😁

Lovely villa
The whole process was amazing, from booking to postponing due to covid and then rebooking again. The villa is stunning, with beautiful views, an amazing party room and loads of space. Check in is at 4, but check out is at 10 - which meant that we weren’t in the villa for most of the first day - which was a bit sad, but we were able to leave our cases there and have a look around the local town. It is quite far into town, no problem walking but definitely get a taxi back! We had an amazing holiday, and didn’t really want to leave!

Stunning spacious villa with wonderful views over the coastline.
Villa Leticia is a stunning property set in the hills of Almuñécar, overlooking the Mediterranean coastline of southern Spain.
Set over 3 floors, most rooms in the villa have a beautiful sea view. Only three of us were staying in the property for this stay, but there is LOADS of space to accommodate the maximum 9 guests, including a kitchen and very comfortable living room on the ground floor. Step outside the living room and you'll find the lovely pool area, also with sea views.
Then head to the lower ground and you'll find and even larger party room with sofas, a large dining table, a jacuzzi and an additional kitchen/bar. Yes, this villa has two full size kitchens! Add to this all the external patio spaces with a BBQ, sun loungers, chairs and dining tables - there is so much space to spread out. It's amazing.
Finding the property was easy and Carlos, the property manager for our stay, was welcoming, friendly and professional.
Fantastic holiday villa - highly recommended.

This was the first time we stayed in a villa and we were not disappointed. The layout of the villa, its position and overall feel was lovely and the views breathtaking - we're missing them already!
The attention to detail inside the villa was evident, down the to toilet rolls, hand soaps ad washing up liquid! Carlos was very helpful and we felt that we could contact him if we needed assistance which we did a couple of times, but nothing was too much trouble.
Like my friend who mentioned about the electricity - this was the only negative for me. In order to get the most enjoyment out of this villa we had to use electricity for the chiller, air conditioning, hot tub and bubbles in the outdoor pool and we didn't feel we were being extravagant but the electricity allowance didn't cover the use of these appliances.
One other thing I would mention is that realistically, the beach is a good 20 minute walk - a little longer to get back up to the villa, but don't let that put you off. I'd also recommend a hire car as the local supermarkets are a short drive away.
We would definately return.

On arrival Jaw dropping, as the days past by well thought out design conti to please
We were 2 families sharing. 4 adults, 4 children; 13, 11 and two 7 year olds. We had a great holiday, the villa was perfect, very easy to relax into it. Carlos was friendly and helpful. I'm torn about commenting on electricity however for everyone's benefit it is probably fair to mention that the electric covered in the rental price didn't meet our needs and we had extra to pay. Having said that we used the 'indoor hot tub ' with heating 3 times in two weeks and the air con for the last 3 nights.
I would definitely return to this villa, and the area had lots of variety.

AMAZING HIGH STANDARDS VILLA
We loved staying in Villa Leticia, and it fitted well with my family of seven adults. This villa is by far the best standards we have rented, and between us we have over 100 years combined holiday villa experiences to compare. The Villa was so clean and it provided for everything, right down to detail such as two kitchens that had more than enough for us all to use for catering. The Pool, sun loungers and hot tub just delightful. The surrounding environment quiet and the views breathtaking. Security and access to the Villa spot on. Supermarkets plenty and car hire a dream.
We enjoyed the location and the nearby towns and beaches so easy to reach. We travelled to Granada Alhambra Palace, which took us under an hour. Good roads and motorways all the way and well signed posted. Malaga airport simple to reach. Our favourite time shared being in Almunecar on Sunday, where we enjoyed eating out sharing the lovely evening surrounded by locals and their families-lots of laughter and smiles. There was plenty of choice and we were made to feel so welcome by all the cafes, restaurants, shops and bars. One day we walked down to the local beach, which was very clean and tidy. It took us 10 mins all down hill. In Almunecar, there is a fabulous market on a Friday. It's excellent and good purchases to be had.
