This beautifully renovated house is all about the beach!

Spend the afternoon on the deck overlooking the ocean, splash in the pool or take a 2 min stroll down to the beach.

This house has it all and if you don't feel like cooking, it's a short 10 min walk along the beach to the Peregian Beach village.

We ask that you respect our house is located in a residential area and we have a strict No Party Policy.

What a perfect house for our extended family to stay at for 3 nights over Easter. The bedrooms and living/dining area were comfortable and well furnished and we loved the outdoor space and pool. There was plenty of space for our family which included 6 adults and children under 5 and it was an easy walk to the beach. We all liked the house and we would all definitely stay there again but felt that there were a few things that could do with modernising to make the stay more enjoyable. Overall though a great house for a large group of people

Location was good. Communication wasn't great with the host and there was no information in the house with any details eg: where the bins were! Or general things about the house or where to go. The house worked out well for the purpose of our family being together for Christmas which was the important thing. But the house could be cleaned a bit better eg: air-conditioning vents are dirty, found things under beds and couches, bbq pretty rusty, need to let guests know it pays to bring your own dishwashing liquid and scourers, chux, teatowels, papertowels etc. The kitchen cupboards are really annoying to try and keep shut, most of the outdoor chairs are breaking so you had to be careful sitting on them. We also ran out of gas as there wasn't a spare full bottle to change over which is pretty slack so we had our last day with cold showers and no stove top to cook on bad if you have 2 bottles and they are not checked. I guess the last thing that is a issue having very close neighbours is trying not to make any noise after 9pm we didn't have music playing but were playing a card game out on the back deck and must of been laughing to loud as we got a email of a noise complaint. So we tried to stay inside after that as we don’t go to bed that early. The track to beach is easy to find but it would help to let anyone know if you have a dog you cannot go to the closest beach as we found out by the council. Anyone with a dog you have to go a kilometre down to the next beach .

Lovely property in a convenient location. We were a group of 7 adults and the house was easily large enough for all of us. Bathroom facilities were pretty limited though for the size of the house, as there were only 2 bathrooms for 5 bedrooms and one of these is essentially an ensuite. The rubbish bins outside under the balcony had clearly not been emptied for a very long time and the smell from the bins was noticeable throughout the entire property including inside the house.

The house is perfect for a larger family/group. We had 10 of us attending a family wedding. There was plenty of room with a great outdoor area, verandah's and a large dinning table. Unfortunately the property is a little tired. Some of the dinning chairs weren't used as we didn't feel they were safe for anyone to sit on. The magnetic closers on the cupboards and drawers are sticky with many attempts needed to get them open. There is plenty of plates, cups and cutlery. There was no Visitors Guide to refer to for operation of appliances. The TV didn't work pasted turning it on so was unable to be used. And the stove was the same. We did end up getting it to work by going to the shops and purchasing a lighter. The auto flint didn't work on any of the gas points and there was no lighter to be found. One bedroom had no pillows on the bed. We found pillows in the cupboard but only one with a pillow slip. The house is great, but you wouldn't let kids play on the grass too many prickles. The house could just do with a bit of maintenance inside and out.

We had a group of 11 staying at this property. The size and layout and location of the property was perfect for our group but unfortunately that was the limit of the success of this stay. The lawns had not been mowed (the owner thought we were coming the following day in error). While they offered to get them mown we didn't really want them being done while we were there. The property needed a fair amount of upkeep and in general we found it dirty. The drains of the bathroom sinks were visibly full of mould/ grime and stunk badly. We looked forward to using the BBQ on the deck but when we did we had to clean it first and then there was so much fat in the bottom from previous use it caused a fat fire. There was no broom for us to sweep which we found unusual given it is near the beach and would have been nice to sweep sand etc. The vacuum was dirty and did not work well. We were only provided with one tea towel for a weeks stay, which would not have been an issue except we could not use the washing machine as it was broken. Additionally, the fridge was rusty, the oven was dirty and the pool had rust markings. As much as we tried to sell the good points to our teenagers even they were commenting it was the worst place we had stayed at. Overall, we look forward to returning to the area but not this property. Fortunately the location allowed many wonderful activities and we created great memories when were weren't at the property.

We had a great time in this beach house, close to beach and short drive to village. Loved the back deck and pool and there was heaps of space and beds for our extended family. Would stay here again. Some maintenance issues but I shall notify the owner of these. Worked well for the dog with lots of shade so we could leave him if out for the day and not be concerned.

The house itself has comfortable beds and furniture. Fully air-conditioned with fans. And well stocked kitchen. It was missing a few basic things that would make the stay more comfortable and I will pass these suggestions onto the host. We took our dog and the yard is well secured. The closest off-lead dog beaches are at Marcus Beach and Stumer Ck Coolum. The main drawback was the location being on a very busy road with constant traffic noise. We also had a major delay checking in as the property was still being cleaned when we arrived. The pool also needed a clean which I reported to the host but I don’t believe it was cleaned as offered.

The house was nice and clean. The aircon was working well, the view of the ocean was amazing and really close to the beach. However the yard needs more attention as it needed mowing and the pool needs a good clean. Otherwise the house was really nice to stay in

The house was lovely and spacious but unfortunately we didn't receive information on where to collect our key from. We were lucky that a sliding door wasn't locked or we would have been stuck outside. I was able to get in touch with the owner who provided us with a key lock code. So apart from the check in issue the stay was enjoyable.

Just some feed back on our stay. The property location and size was wonderful, perfect for our ladies weekend away. However the overall cleanliness/ presentation of the property was disappointing. The photos of the property made it look great but when we got there we’re disappointed. - The floors weren’t very clean. inside had dust and cobwebs in a few corners. - There were two broken/ worn chairs - We found several ping pong balls around the place from previous guests. - The outside pool area had heaps of weeds around the pool and was not inviting at all. - the deck area was covered in grass clippings/ hadn’t been swept properly. was no broom to sweep the verandah with or other floors - The fridge wasn’t as clean as it should of been, we had to wipe out the dirty fridge draws. - The oven was very dirty as were the trays in it. And couldn't clean them as there was no washing up liquid. The draws and cupboards had stuff everywhere so not tidied from previous people and there was random food in cupboards as well. - The property inside could do with a really thorough bond clean. We paid for a clean and previous guests would of too. So we didn’t expect to clean/ tidy thing when we got there. - The linen and bedrooms were clean. Considering we paid at of money per night to stay, the standard was disappointing to be honest. The property was a great size and location was amazing. The lounge/ bedrooms were presented lovely and were spacious. Perhaps some more frequent upkeep as we expected it to be spotless on arrival which is wasn’t. Guests shouldn’t have to clean when they get to accommodation, which we had to. Thankyou very much for having us we- had a great weekend though, just some feed back to consider.

Brilliant house, perfectly spacious for a group/family with ocean views and everything you could want in a holiday home. Awesome outdoor area and deck. Recently updated and some nice modern features to the home. Great value for money for so many people and would happily come back! Highly recommend!

One star each for views and breeze. Very overpriced. Not clean. Very poorly maintained. Broken windows and doors, fittings and appliances. Owner needs to reinvest some of the considerable profits into this place. Clearly just a money-making gig with no attention to detail. Disappointing and won’t be back.

The house was perfectly located, a short stroll or drive to all major locations along the coast. Mark was brilliant with communication too, and was there to assist should we have needed him. Would highly recommend both Mark and the house to anyone, and would definitely stay there again.

House is lovely and roomy. Layout is perfect a couple of families with bedrooms and bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs. Large verandas and lovely view. Beds very comfortable. Communication and response was excellent.

The house is in a great location, only a short stroll to the beach and not far from Perigean Beach shops. Easy drive to Noosa and surrounding areas. Nice house, spacious with lots of room for guests. Great view of the ocean from the house. Unfortunately we had bad weather while staying however you would be able to whale watch from the balcony during whale season. Also nice outdoor area and house recently renovated. Didn't use pool due to the weather however would be lovely in warmer weather.

Beautiful location, good home!

The stay was really good it was all comfortable and welcoming. Great modern meets beach decor and brilliant location, close to the local beach. Only a few things; just the child and pet friendly tips. Needs a bit more security on the outside balcony steps and the inside steps. Would have preferred a little more night privacy as majority of the window/glass doors didn't have blinds. However after the renovations are complete the house would be in perfect order and ready for a good stay. We really enjoyed our time, thank you very much.
