Extraordinary

Everything was perfect. The cleanliness the hospitality the staff, and they were very friendly and helpful. They even suggested some places to help me discover the city. I would definitely stay in their hotel when I come back

perfect for short stays

I was honestly surprised how clean it was in general specially the sheets!

the AC was a little bit old and it kept switching off for long periods before it rebooted. also I wish there was a curtain on the bathtub because the bathroom floor kept getting wet every time I showered.

Exceptional

The persons who is working are very kindly and helpful. There are soft beds in room and really comfortable. They helped with everything from the airport to the hotel. Thank you for everything.

Great and lovely staff — poor and disappointing hotel— old and broken beds- 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Thumbs down 👎🏻

The staff were lovely and kind. The only reason to stay at Ajmadeen Hotel is the staff.

The beds weren’t comfortable— very old and broken The mattresses weren’t comfortable as well. There should be a small carpet in the middle of the room —- it’s obvious that the owners renew the facility without renewing the assets in the hotel. First and last time to be guest at Ajnadeen hotel. I won’t recommend it ever.

Ok if you really have a good reason to stay in Irbid (as it is completely uninteresting)

Spacious and clean room, comfortable beds, large bathroom, good wifi. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location in the center of Irbid.

Water from the shower was all over the bathroom as there is no cover/curtain. Lots of noise from the hallway with kids seemingly running around until 2 o'clock at night making it hard to sleep. We had to ask for breakfast at the reception as there was actually no one around in the breakfast area.

Too expensive for the conditions it offers

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They tried to accommodate us in the best way possible and meet our requests. They have my respect and appreciation. :)

The hotel needs serious refurbishment. The bed sheets need to be replaced, the pillows are stiff and not comfortable at all and my room, at least, smelled so much of cigarette smoke that it became hard to breathe at some point. i was constantly leaving my window open to get fresh air. It's quite expensive for the conditions it offers.

the man who prepare the breakfast is a very kind person and make good breakfast to. bed is clean

the man in the reception trying to charge a double amount of money, which was not a nice start. the room looks totally old and very bad maintance, not as in the picture. very loud because of cars and sellers in the backyard and children screamining until late night. bathroom broken, walls scrashed and bad conditions

Staff was nice, room was warm Some fruits in the room Like a Hostel Got another night for free as a compensation, which I am not going to use ever!

Very noisy! Couldn't sleep all night due to the Billard Cafe in the upper floor and Kids running around until 2 am. The Hotel has a no noise isolation at all... The bathtub was damaged and they gave a gummi cover over it, which didn't seem very hygienic. The breakfast was poor and neither the waiter, nor the receptionist could talk in English, what made things difficult. When I talked about the problems, they gave me a refund of 0.95,- JD. No Joke! Not even 1 JD....

Cheap Price, Very friendly Staff & Clean Room...

When I arrived hotel Mr.Fadi promoted the room to room N. 204 for free He welcomed me.. brought me a coffee & 4 bottles of water The room was nice, clean & spacious.. I felt home & happy during stay.. when I was preparing to leave hotel he brought me cup of tea I look forward to book this hotel when I come back again soon My Deep Love & Special Thanks to Receptionist Mr. Fadi & Mr. Abdo ❤️
