Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort absteigen

Ich habe eine kleine, aber saubere, komfortable Wohnung vorgefunden. Im Kühlschrank fand ich Wasser, auch waren Öl,Essig, Salz, Pfeffer, Tee, Kaffeekapseln vorhanden. Auch an Waschpulver und Spülmaschinentabs war gedacht. Den kleine Balkon konnte man, dank der Markise, zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit nutzen. Wir konnten uns jederzeit mit Fragen an unsere Vermieterin oder deren Freundin wenden - alle sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert

Es hätte noch im Wohnbereich eine Klimaanlage sein können - dafür gab es einen Deckenventilator. Bei offener Tür konnte die kalte Luft durch den dortigen Deckenventilator in den Wohnbereich kommen

The owner was exceptionally lovely and always helpful and obliging.

There was nothing I didn't like. Everything we needed was there and there is a fabulous bakery along with lovely restaurants, a beach and a lake all within short walking distances.

This is definitely the Jewel in the Crown

It is a pleasure to be able to rate this property. This property is an owner-operated and oozes personality. It is seriously cozy and well decorated, comfortable and well located in the heart of all restaurants and beaches. From the moment we made the booking, we were met with excellent communication which generated a lot of confidence. The owners could not do enough for us. This apartment is like a Swiss Army Knife. It has everything you will ever need. It is fully equipped with Meile appliances. This would have to be the best owner operated apartment we have ever stayed in. Book this apartment with confidence.

My huge dislike was having to leave. I'm in Dubai and still wishing I was in this Vouliagmeni apartment.

A well-stocked apartment in Vouliagmeni, if you love beach and sea, this is for you.

The neighborhood and the location is superb. Right in the upmarket residential district of Vouliagmeni, convenient yet quiet. If you love beach, this is a perfect location. The owner put a lot of thought into the providing the best amenity in this apartment - even ART test kits were provided although I did not expect it!

May be air-con could be installed in the living room. Summer could be quite hot in Athens. However, the weather had been breezy during the night when I stayed.

Everything else, very comfortable and has everything you need. Will definitely come back next time I'm in Greece

Shower head is a bit low on wall so need to crouch under it, but it does unclip so can hold it higher. A very minor issue as the rest of the place is great!

Fantastic Hideaway

This is a beautiful flat with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There are lots of little things available like espresso coffee maker and anything you need at all, to live home from home. The owner and her friend are exceptional people who go out of their way to make you feel welcome without being obtrusive. In fact, Maria enlisted her son to find a Covid testing clinic and was only to happy to help. All this attention to detail makes you feel relaxed from the offset. The property is central to the restaurants and within 5-10min you are at the beach.

The location is lovely but it can feel restrictive, although taxis are readily available and good bus routes also, we are not great explorers and users of public transport - this is only down to our lack of adventure that we did not venture out and about.

The best experience in the area of Vouliagmeni ( or anywhere else)

The host Olga is very nice and helpful, and she is on Whatsup if you need to ask something, also there is a neighbour Maria, who can help out with anything. The place is really close to the beach and restaurants. It is our 3rd time in Vouliagmeni and this is the best place to stay of all.The flat had all the amenities and luxuries one would expect from a modern and newly refurbished apartment including air conditioning or a fan if you prefer one, well equipped kitchen, modern marble bathroom with strong shower and temperature control, TV, Wi-Fi, Ironing board, washing mashine, storage places for clothes etc...

I loved everything. There are even sleepers! And beach towels!
