Hot, sweaty with back aches and cockroach bites

The air conditioner in the bedroom worked well. The shower was nice. I'm glad there is a clothes washer.

The cockroaches bit my legs while I slept. The bed was uncomfortable. The couch was uncomfortable. I had to log in to my personal YouTube account to use the TV. The living room air-conditioning was broken. There was only one operational fan in the living room. I was so hot and uncomfortable in the house. When it was time to leave, no staff were available to check me out. I had to walk to the management office to get help.

Easy to have a smoke in the parking spot.

No washing machine as promised. Only one bedroom, not two as advertised. Only one bathroom, not two. They say two bathrooms, but one toilet & sink & separate shower room. The bathroom was so small that it was difficult for a large man to squeeze into far enough to close the door. Both "bathrooms" are downstairs, so if you need to use the bathroom during the night, you must go downstairs. And... only one very small aircon in the upstairs bedroom, so the apartment stays hot all day & night.

Very good

big room and very convenient for thousand island tour, you can cook anything

none except at least put mugs and electric kettle inside the room.

We were unable to secure ourselves, since some of the rooms we did not know what is inside.

Travel time to our business site.

The information on how they host would leave the house to us. The host called me up in the middle of my sleep (2AM), to tell me he is attending to my request.

everything from the cleanliness, Netflix, bed, aircon, etc.

I think the limited utensils and the subdivision’s swimming pool that they offer to guests was under renovation. It is in the clubhouse of the village. Walking to and from the gate is also not very easy without any form of transportation.

We definitely like to go back!

We really like the property. The place was cozy and very comfortable. The rooms were clean and there's WiFi. The location is peaceful and easy to find ( near EK). I also appreciate how the owner was so accommodating and understanding despite of our constant check-in/time of arrival. We enjoyed our stay and I definitely recommend this place!

Place was nice but caretaker was an opportunist.

The caretaker was an opportunist. 1st he charged us P200 pesos per person for the pool use but was advertised as amenity. Also it was published in booking .com two rooms but upon arrival the other room was lock and asked us to Pay another P 2500 on the second room. This ruin our one day vacation. Upon insisting that it was included the caretaker open the second room after mentioning that i will write a comment against him. I've been subscribing booking .com for over ten yrs and always been nice. Hopefully the owner will read this to make her aware what is going on. Caretaker also ask us to clean the unit before leaving (clean as u go)..really? But we clean still though

Relaxing stays

The community is quiet and private. Everything you need is right there. Perfect for family getaway.

I just hope they have replace the pans 😁 and stove.

Good stay at Belle court 👍🏻

It’s a nice place . Cozy like home. We love it. Will repeat. Clubhouse pool was also available for use . Household amenities are complete ( such as 2 x bathroom, garage, refrigerator )

Some improvements we suggest : - Some dirt and dust . on electric fan. A little more detail in cleaning . ( but maybe dust comes from neighbor’s construction) - some cooking utensils are not in good condition (pots) - Internet / LTE (globe ) signal is weak downstairs . Need to go out or stay upstairs .(not sure if you can fix this). Maybe Provide Internet or WiFi in the future . - I just wish you can put a microwave oven . We don’t really need to cook if staying just for a few days

Awesome

The place is homy, cozy, clean and elegant. You can cook. Refrigerator and microwave are available. TV is working. You have your own parking space. Staff is very friendly and respectful. The facility is near waltermart, victory mall and unitop. Restaurants are very near.
