Perfect location. Lovely and clean and nice and warm! 10 mins from Alnwick and 10 mins from Warkworth, spot on for us!
I'm supposed to write 2 or 3 sentences here about what we didn't like....I can't! The accommodation is bob on!!

Lovely clean and cosy Cottage. Quiet location and good to use as a base for exploring the area. Spacious and well equipped. Warm. Living room lovely to relax in. Good communication in advance. Would definitely recommend staying here!
Mattresses are a little lumpy and could do with replacing. Curtains didn't keep the light out. As others have mentioned, it is a little odd that the only shower is in the en suite... the main bathroom could do with one too.

Very clean and well presented property. Very spacious rooms. A lovely welcome pack was provided, which was very much appreciated. Very quiet location, but ideally situated for visiting the many places on the Northumberland coast. Very easy access to the A1, which was approximately 5 minutes from the cottage.
Cannot think of anything that we didn't like.

Beautiful property, lovely Interior, very clean and catered for our every need.
Had a great stay with family for New year 23!
Very relaxing, warm and cosy.
Maybe a little later checkout but still wouldn't stop us booking again as we loved it.

this was a holiday cottage we provided our own breakfast
We could not fault the property. We would have preferred to have vacated the property at 10 am instead of 9 am .
We had rain for the two full days we stayed but we were able to visit Alnwick Castle (long walk from the car park to the castle, but well worth the visit). Next day to Cragside (torrential rain on the journey & while we were there) The car park is on the side of hill with some very steep roads to get to the house (not good for people with walking problems) But Cragside (national trust) is a very interesting house surrounded by forestry.

very cozy and warm. nice sized rooms throughout the property.
maybe could of done with some coat hooks as nowhere ti hang coats. maybe a king size bed in the large room and a shower screen in the en-suite as water went over the whole of the bathroom floor.

We loved this cottage/bungalow. We didn't see the hosts to talk to at all so can't really give them an 'excellent' but there were no problems so we didn't have to contact them and there were wine and biscuits waiting for us so no complaints, didn't feel neglected! Their goat made us laugh several times. It was actually more spacious than the photos implied. It was very stress free as the outdoor space was fully enclosed for our dog. We loved the location, some might not as it was a good 40 min walk into the village, and 10 min drive to Alnwick and Alnmouth, even less to Buston Links, a lovely beach. We had lovely walks from the cottage in an evening/afternoon and saw barn owls and a deer.
Nothing we didn't like really, could have been some hooks for towels/jackets somewhere, could have been better knives for chopping veg(!!) but this is really looking for something to improve as, like I said, we loved it.

CLEAN ACCOMMODATION VERY WELL EQUIPPED AND COMFY BEDS. PLENTY OF SPACE FOR OUR FAMILY OF 5 ADULTS AND ONE VERY ACTIVE 2 YEAR OLD. SAFE GATED AREA FOR HER TO PLAY, AND ENOUGH ROOM TO ENABLE EVERYONE TO HAVE THERE OWN SPACE WHEN REQUIRED. GOOD WIFI.
