All the rooms including the living room have frontal views to the sea. It has two bedrooms, there is a double bed in one and two individual beds in another one, both with embedded closets.It has a terrace of 45m2 with awnings that covers all the terrace, communicated with the bedrooms and the livingroom, and another terrace solarium of 80m2 in the superior plant. The apartment was clean and the location was ideal for us- safe with a gated entrance, easy access to the beach (right across the street), several shops and restaurants nearby (within walking distance), and the owner, Javier, was very communicative (before and during our stay.) We tried several restaurants on the beach and every single one had delicious foods to choose from. We walked to get coffee each morning, picked up items from the markets nearby, and relaxed on the terrace which overlooked the gorgeous views of the water and town. The area was quiet, friendly, and we really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this rental to anyone- and I would absolutely return if I had the chance.

We had a lovely stay the manager was most helpful. The apartment was very nice especially the outside space with a well equiped kitchen. The only thing was you had to travel to get to Fuengirola or Menalmadena the apartment is on at the start of Fuengirola and the end of menalmadena

We had a wonderful week at the apartment, only downside was the pool being out of use due to Spain’s drought. There is a busy road between apartment and sea but this didn’t bother us at all at nights it was quiet apart from the relaxing sound of the sea.

We had a great week at this apartment. Very convenient for the beach, just a short walk of about 5 minutes maximum. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, plenty glasses, cups and dishes, dish washer and good sized fridge freezer. The air conditioning is great and really keeps the place cool when you need it. After a day out it was good to come back to a good shower. There was always hot water. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfy. We would have preferred firmer pillows as the pillows were just a little too soft for us. The twin room beds were comfortable too. My daughter and her friend enjoyed having their own space. Very good sized terrace and sunny aspect. We didn’t use the solarium and felt this was an area that could be developed. It’s a great size and definitely under utilised. It would be great to see that as another outdoor space with furniture and some plants to make it more attractive. My daughter and her friend used the pool and they said it was great for cooling down. Perhaps there could be some fold away chairs stored in the terrace cupboard to take to the pool area. The train station is a short walk away which is great if you don’t feel like driving. Overall we had a great stay. We enjoyed the convenience of the the location. The apartment was just as it was described and the photos were a great representation of the property. We would certainly consider a return visit next year.

The apartment is well furnished with good indoor and outdoor space. Well stocked kitchen, good facilities like a washing machine and air conditioning. The black out shutters are fantastic. The location to the Beach is easy - do not be put off by the proximity to the road - we heard the waves crashing on the beach more than we did cars due to the height of the building. Links to the railway and bus make getting about simple and quick. The host is kind and helpful. The local supermarkets are basic but useful, however there is a large supermarket less than 10 mins on the train. A wonderful place to spend a week in the sun.

The location is great . The appart is ok whit a great view on the sea. But.. The site is not recommended for elderly people or people with mobility problems. It takes a good heart and good legs to climb the long steep driveway to access the entrance of the building. the photo of the Verbo site showed a BBQ, but there was no longer a BBQ on the terrace... We had informed Javier that we would be absent for the first 2 days of our rental, but when we arrived, we had to wait 2 hours for cleaning. Javier had overbooked the apartment during our absence, which seems to us to be a lack unacceptable ethics.

Everything was nice in this apartment . Used the fantastic balcony , when we wanted to get out of the sun . So easy to take busses and train , glad we didn’t have a car , parking in other towns very difficult. Beachwalk 5 minutes, no noises at night and just a nice place for 4 adults

Apartment you could not fault. We could use the residential pool due to door issue with key and unable to open. Only other concern was barking dogs keeping us awake. Slightly over priced we felt but host was very polite and professional. Our holiday was slightly spoilt due to not being able to use the pool after a hot day and all part of the holiday.

We stayed in the apartment in october 2021, and we were four adults. The view is remarkable and hard to beat. Even though the apartment is across the street from the beach, the scenery is lovely and maybe even better. There are two terraces in the apartment, where one is more or less a sun terrace (upstairs). The lower one is connected to the bedrooms and the living room. We enjoyed the lower terrace a lot and we even stayed home in the evenings due to the perfect view. The kitchen is very fresh and modern in its style. The landlord Javier is very nice, easy to communicate with and he is gave us great comfort in his way as a landlord. We can recommend this apartment very much.

Exactly as described. Met by owner and made welcome. Wonderful position overlooking the sea. Wonderful balcony and awnings for the hottest weather. Wonderful restaurants within easy walking distance. Have no hesitation in recommending this property.

This apartment is fantastic. It’s spacious, fully equipped and immaculately clean. We had a week there but could have easily stayed another. The owner is very helpful and if required, assistance was only a call away. We hired a car but the train station is a 5 minute walk which we used on a number of occasions. The apartment is on the border of Fuengirola and Benalmádena so it’s about a 10 minute drive to either harbour. I would definitely have no hesitation of staying there again if we visit the area. Thank you Javier for letting us stay at your property, we were all very happy and had a great vacation.

Myself and two friends are just back after a 10 day stay in this great apartment. Javier and his wife were were very pleasant to deal with. Booking and meet and great went without a hitch and questions we had before our arrival were answered very promptly. The apartment was spotless, well equiped and beds comfortable. The apartment and location met all expectations-stunning view. We didnt rent a car and used bus and train services close by to apartment and were impressed. Had a wonderful meal at mias italian near the beach-highly recommended! Javier very courteous and friendly. All in all a great week away. (If you can pick up a small book called a "pocket rocket") It gives lots of local info and discount vouchers and you can get it free from many shops and bars. Thank you Javier, and very best wishes from Rosanne, Martin, Julie and Tony from Bolton,Lancashire. X ps, the balcony would look so pretty with strings of solar fairy lights and we would have taken some with us had we thought, and happily left them there for others to enjoy. Just a thought that someone else may want to do this as they are cheap enough here.

We (a family of 2 adults and 2 children, aged 9 and 12) stayed at the apartment for 2 weeks. The apartment was perfect for our needs and it looks just like it looks at the pictures. It is located only a few steps away from the beach and there is a nice shared pool in the complex. We really enjoyed the fantastic view and the children particularly appreciated the extremely fast wi-fi. :) The kitchen utilities were excellent and the oven and induction cooker were brand new. We cooked a lot of food in the apartment, but there are also several nice restaurants down at the beach. The train station is located close to the apartment and takes you to Fuengirola in a few minutes if you want to go out for a dinner there. We rented a car for our stay to be able to go on trips and we also used it to go grocery shopping as there is no Mercadona or similar in the vicinity. The gas station below the building does, however, have quite a good supply of basic food (pasta, milk, cheese, sodas, water, ice cream etc.) and we bought freshly-baked bread there every morning. Javier was a very nice host and quickly replied whenever we had questions. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to enjoy a nice holiday in Fuengirola or Benalmadena.

For the second time, we spent two months (February-March) in this lovely apartment. Once again, we found it to be very clean, well maintained and well equipped. The view is absolutely spectacular. During the day , small fishing boats, sailboats and cruise ships can be seen while at night, the bay of Fuengirola stands out at a distance.As per our previous stay, we did not have a car and used the excellent public transit system. We often went to Malaga by train and took the bus to go to Fuengirola, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Benalmadena and Torremolinos. The bus stops and train station are conveniently close by.The owner lives nearby. He is attentive and responsive to a renter's request. Without hesitation, we would recommend this apartment to a friend or relative.
