Very clean, comfy beds, wonderful staff

The staff was the nicest. The same lady was there everyday. She would remember what we talked about the day before and make sure to follow up.

Safe location for solo travelers

Nice location, especially after driving through Fort Collins area to get there. Hotel is walking distance to some shopping (Sprouts Market, restaurants) & driving distance to other nearby shops/restaurants if/as needed Room was great! Everything I needed: comfy bed and good shower pressure. Parking right out front of the hotel and around it. Felt safe.

Breakfast was fine. I think the person in charge of it might have been understaffed since a lot of things had run out only 20-30 min after the breakfast began, which is fine. Waited around for a bit to see what might be replenished, but couldn't stay much longer since I needed to get on the road. Noticed there was some hair around the room (in the shower and on one of the pillows on the bed).

Very pleasant stay. Staff was great and helped with any need . Location is awesome . Close to A lot.

Breakfast was very good each morning. Wonderful and polite staff

There were not enough towels in the room for attention every other day. Only 2 towels . Probably should place 4. Even if only 2 people.

It was a wonderful stay! We will be back!

I was impressed that the breakfast included healthy options like gluten free bagels and turkey sausage. There were ample supplies and a large variety of options.

We shortened one of our trips to the hot tub when a family with three children allowed the school age children to repeatedly dive in an unsafe manner. When I reported it to the front desk as we went back to our room, the desk person said he would deal with it. There are ample signs stating no diving, so people just need to respect those requests.

Totalmente recomendable.

La limpieza era sobresaliente. La piscina muy limpia y buena temperatura. Las camas muy cómodas. El desayuno con lo típico y un excelente café. El personal muy agradable y atento. Definitivamente lo recomiendo.

El aparato de aire acondicionado muy ruidoso por la noche, a pesar de haberlo apagado seguía funcionando, pero a pesar de eso volvería a este hotel.

Have stayed here a few times. Very comfortable, quiet, short walk to several restaurants, nice amenities, terrific view and great breakfast. David, the late afternoon/evening receptionist, is delightful, professional, helpful.

Staff was a bit cold. Two lights didn’t work in the room. Wouldn’t let us change rooms.

There is no lighting on the right side of the room. (Mother legally blind. No lighting by bed, put her at risk for falls.) Tray in room was dirty. Had to wash food off before using.

Liked that the property was quiet while we were there.

The room was quiet. Bathroom was lovely. Breakfast was decent.

We did not receive any housekeeping during the stay. That is OK if you are told to expect that. Had to ask to have the coffee pods refilled when we returned to our room late. Also, would have loved to have some lotion provided.

Great place to stay!

Breakfast was great, the lemon water in the lobby was great, staff was great, the beds and pillows were comfy, decor was up to date.

Some of the lighting and the sink drain. But we knew it was a busy weekend for them so we didn't make a big deal of it.

Had channel options and big bathroom. Beds were comfortable.

For being fairly new I was surprised on how run down and dirty it looked. Especially the carpets and pool area. Whirlpool and pool had a funky stink to it so did not let kids swim. Bottom of pool was very dirty. Bathtub in our room would not plug up so kids missed out on that. And no microwaves in the room.
