This attractive and modern villa combines exclusive architecture with every modern convenience. Hot water, great WiFi, Alexa, Sound System, Smart TVs, a Safe, large gas grill, Airconditioning in all rooms and a modern kitchen!
We have 4 bedrooms which all have an ensuite bathroom, great closet space, are fully airconditioned and have their own TV.
Three of the bedrooms are accessable inside the house, and the 4th one is accessed by the pool.
Our home comfortably sleeps 8 guests, or even 10 guests if there are children in the group.
Bedroom #3 has 2 beds and could fit 4 children, bed measurements are 1.44cm per bed!
The large living room is bright and modern, is fully airconditioned and has a comfortable sitting area with a large flat screen TV (smart TV) and a dining table with open kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to comfortably prepare meals so you can save on eating some dinners at home. We have a microwave, oven, double fridge + ice cube machine, blender, coffee machine, tea maker, toaster, dishwasher and all the pots and pans and dishes.
The pool and garden offer excellent privacy and the BBQ grill makes it fun to cook outside while your family enjoys the pool. NOTE: the sitting area in the pool has JETS but is not heated.
Furthermore we have lounge chairs, beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels.
We value your safety so we also have a great alarm system with 24/7 monitoring and we have a safe so you can store your valuables.

Our much anticipated 1st Girlfriend Trip was very special and we definitely picked an ACE place to stay!
This property was absolutely beautiful and located in a lovely neighborhood. The inside was immaculately cleaned and the outside was a great backdrop for our photos.
Our check in host Daniel was absolutely amazing to work with during our stay. He was on time, very communicative and even went the extra mile to answer our litany of questions and accommodate our requests (e.g., be our photographer 😄)
We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

You will not regret the pool the Jacuzzi the lighting,the Alexa to operate the pool lightning and the ceiling built in speaker inside plus by the pool.The rooms we up-to-date very clean and each had a bathroom for convenience!updates appliances! Plus pool guy came during our stay so I know it's well maintained! We had a beautiful stay!!! The Villa is near EVERYTHING!! 4-8 MINUTES FROM EVERYTHING!!

My husband and I and our three teenage children had the most amazing time at this home. Very spacious and clean. The pool was so fun. Neighborhood was great. We rented a car so we were able to get around easy and park at the home. Communication with the owners was wonderful. We ran into some trouble getting to Aruba and missed one day at the rental property. The owners were gracious enough to give us one extra day at the property with no extra charge. We would definitely come back to this home again.

There were six adults on this trip and there was plenty of space for us. The house was clean and the pictures online were accurate. Daniel from Casa Mia was helpful with the few issues we had at the house. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely book again on our next trip to Aruba!!

The cleanliness of the house was exceptional. Modern home, nicely furnished/decorated and all the bedrooms are very spacious. Huge Closet/storage spaces. The kitchen fully equipped. Location was good we used taxi service no problems. Daniel was a great Host. Thanks Daniel.

Just came home from a 10 day family vacation in Aruba. Home is just as pictured, clean, spacious and close to all the beaches. We had a wonderful stay and Daniel was wonderful. Very quick response for any questions or issues.
Only thing I can think of to improve is there is not much for cooking in the home or basic supplies. One towel per person in a tropical vacation we were having to run laundry quite a bit.

Easy acces to everthing and the amenities were spot on! Very short distance to some of the quietest and nicest beaches in Aruba!
We all loved our stay! The rooms are very nice sizes and the open layout is amazing! Great vacation place away from the very touristic hotels. Loved the backyard! The pool was amazing after a long day exploring the island.
We rented a car so made moving around very convenient. The neighborhood is very safe and we enjoyed that aspect.
No hesitation on our part to book this place again! The villa made our vacation extra special! Thank you very much!

I came to Aruba to celebrate my 40th birthday and I absolutely loved this property and the communication with the host! Everything was immaculate. There was 5 of us, all women and we each had the pleasure of having our own bathroom. Which was an absolute blessing lol. One bedroom had 2 beds so they shared a bathroom. The house was cozy and safe. The neighborhood was quiet and we had everything we needed. Daniel was a pleasure to work with as well. They also provided me with information for concierge services, as well as things to do on the island, such as restaurants, clubs, excursions etc. That made planning so much easier. I would definitely recommend this place! I plan on coming back to Aruba this year since I had such an amazing time and if there is enough people in my group I would book with them again. Thanks again!

Safir-20 did not disappoint!
The home was well equipped (except no wine glasses, but we made do:)). It was wheelchair friendly for Mom. We enjoyed the back patio and pool area.
Going to the Ritz-Carlton (not too far away) for coffee and to sit out on their shaded, oceanfront veranda was a memorable experience.
Renting a Jeep and venturing to the other side of the island is a MUST!
'Maps.me' did not work for us. Google maps was pretty good, because we Pinned our location when we were at the house. That was helpful when returning to the house!

I booked this VRBO for 7 adults and we all thoroughly enjoyed our experience at CASA Mia in Safir! Our host, Daniel, was extremely welcoming and friendly -- he provided great recommendations for our family to see. The pictures on the VRBO website are 100% accurate and the villa itself is gorgeous. I was initially slightly worried the villa would not be as beautiful as it was because I ended up googling earth the photos initially and it showed a different set up. However, on arrival and check in it was exactly what we saw on VRBO and google maps needs to update their photos. The 2 things future travelers should be aware of: 1) The hot tub does not heat up and shoots bubbles (its still warm due to the heat in Aruba) 2) The shower initially starts out hot and will become luke warm in about 5 minutes. Overall, I highly recommend this VRBO!

Clean & Spacious
This is our second rental with Jose and his team. We couldn’t rave any higher about their responsiveness and help during our stay. The house is clean and spacious. Loved having so many bathrooms for our guests and TV’s for down time.
Unfortunately, there were some disappointments renting this house. Most importantly the blinds in this house do not block sun from literally shining in your face when in bed early in the morning, nor does it block people seeing in the rooms at night when the lights are on. We had to hang beach towels over the blinds in some of the rooms. The neighborhood is okay, but not in a gated community or amongst all beautifully kept homes. The dogs across the street did not stop barking! Especially in the morning. The hot tub does not heat up, just gives bubbles. The master bedroom mirror light is broken and, for a women it’s hard getting ready in dim lighting.
All other issues, microwave not working, dryer not heating was taken care of immediately from the property managers and they also were very flexible with our check out time.
Overall, a wonderful trip and experience, however I personally wouldn’t rent this property again.

Fabulous trip!
The house was great and as pictured. Everything was fabulous for our first trip to Aruba! Would definitely recommend renting a car to get around and experience the entire island. Daniel gave us some tips and was very helpful while visiting. We are already looking into scheduling another trip!

Completely updated. Great pool. Great location. Right near Gold Coast and Tierra Del Dol. only complaint I had was the annoying dogs backing at cars at 2-3am. But they never chase people just cars. Wud rent again.

I have been coming to Aruba for 25 years three times a year. The management company and the actual house we stayed is what is the best time I've had in 25 years. This house is stellar! Very private and a very good management thank you, they took very good care of us. I am in love with this house I will rent it and I will always recommend it

Thanksgiving Vacation
I heard used VRBO for over 10 years prior to their advertising. This property was one of the best when it comes to cleanliness, space, and very updated furniture. However, for me the master bed was a little to soft, and there wasn't a safety rail in the showers or on the pool. Would I rent this property again? I certainly would!!!

Loved the property, and the check in process. First of all, the house was very nice and clean. The location was very easy to access and the neighborhood was safe. We even had a guard dog (the neighbors dog) the would come out of no where when we retuned home at night and just stand there and made sure we got in the house safe. The pool was nice and clean. The house had everything you need to cook, chairs for the beach and towels. I will definitely be back for sure, when I return to Aruba. And telling all my friends about the property.

This house was perfect and the location is even better close to the tourists spots but tucked away in an oh so quite neighborhood. The house is stunning and we had no need to bother our host. First, they are very organized & communication was top notch from the beginning & throughout. Any questions to owner were handled within minutes when on the property.
The house is perfect as expected! Clean, cared for and very well maintained for a rental.
The house is perfect with centrally located kitchen dining family room, entertaining around the pool and four separate bedrooms with full bathroom for each room allowing for much privacy because we were a party 3 couples! The Price is Right, affordable and we all agreed one of our most spectacular rentals and vacation! The house has a book of rules and suggestions that was fully understandable and appreciated we referenced it often. Also, treat yourself to cleaning service during your stay, the amount of money is well worth it, the house burgled again as when we first got there! Thank you to the Rixt and Matin family for the love of their business and vacation rentals they provide, all your hard work shows through!

Fantastic vacation house
Jose and Rixt were very easy to work with. The house was great. Our favorite feature was the private courtyard with a sunny pool. We rented a car which we generally do in Aruba because we like to explore the island. This location makes renting a car necessary, especially if you want to take beach chairs and cooler to the beach.

Beautiful Home!!
This house was absolutely perfect for our family. It is very spacious and has 5 bathrooms which was great when travelling with 2 teens. Common areas were very comfortable and well appointed. The pool area is very beautiful and has seating so you can always find a spot in the sun or shade. After a day at the beach or touring the fun continued in the pool, which greatly enhanced our vacation.
The location is perfect. Close to all the recommended beaches, shopping and hotels. We were pleasantly surprised that we did not overrun the allotted electricity and water which suggests the amount given is generous, because we all took showers daily and always had the a.c. on when we were home and through the night.
We would definitely stay here again as we consider it a great value for the money.
