Agréable dans un appartement bien équipé et un hôte a l'écoute.

La taille du logement, son confort et sa propreté. Il est a deux pas des commerces a pieds

La difficulté pour stationner dans le quartier. Nous avions les chambres juste au dessus des garages dont les portes sont très bruyantes à l'ouverture et fermeture.

El propietario por alguna razón ha decidido que puede indicar a la gente con que temperatura dormir, que hay mantas, que la temperatura afuera es alta, que hemos llegado vestidos de la manera ligera y otras cosas. Si alguien considera que eso es normal, pues para mi - no. MÁS, hemos pagado 40 euros para sentirnos cómodos en el piso, porque cada hora de calefacción se paga (hay cierto horario) 40!!! Creo que por este dinero merezco ver y sentir el servicio por lo cual he pagado, no?! Pero me ha tomado el pelo, cobrando el dinero y bajando la temperatura, ósea YO no podía hacer nada, porque el dueño tenía el mando a distancia y ponía la temperatura la que El consideraba apropiada. Eso fue lo primero ☝🏼 Lo segundo: no sabía que por casi cada cosa tan básica como lavar la ropa, hay que pagar el dinero adicional. De verdad me que quedado boquiabierto. Resumen: no recomiendo alquilar este piso a nadie. El suelo está frío, no hay radiador en la habitación, pagas el dinero extra y no recibes el servicio mencionado.

Agréable et spacieux,terrasse incroyable, quelques points à améliorer pour que ce soit parfait

La terrasse est incroyable, spacieuse et abritée. L’appartement est agréable, très joliment décoré. Il est bien placé , proche du centre ville à pied , très pratique .

L’appartement est mal isolé donc assez bruyant. Les matelas sont très mous . Il n’y a pratiquement rien pour cuisiner, 2 poêles par exemple dont une en très sale état et l’autre minuscule . Il manque une vraie cafetière ou machine à café .

Piso muy bonito, muy limpio y dueño muy amable

Es un piso muy amplio y muy bien decorado. Destaco la limpieza que para mi es muy importante y sobre todo la amabilidad del dueño que estuvo dispuesto a ayudar ante cualquier duda que nos surgía.

Beautiful Beaches

The apartment was super clean and spacious. After we send the deposit he provide us the pin to get the key. Worked perfectly. The beaches are wonderfull, long, empty and clean. It is about 15 minutes by walk (with children). Shops are near. The appartment is situated near by the city center, which is nice. Life here starts at 7 p.m., it has its own charm. The city center of Barcona (Catylunya station) is about 40 minutes by train. Beautiful small city Sant Pol de Mar is only about 20 minutes by train. The trains goes non-stop. The way from the airport by taxi took 40 minutes only.

The provided information on the booking.com is misleading and some false. 1. They mention a shared terrace on the booking.com, but in reality the terrace is only for 1 apartment - in this case it should not be called a shared terrace. May it is translate misunderstanding and unfortunately misleading. If we had known that the terrace was not shared, we would never have booked the accommodation. We had a problem drying towels and swimwear from the beach. They dried up after 2-3 days. After 3 days the towels started to get stale in the bathroom. The washing machine and dryer were only for a fee of 3 Euro per 1 wash/dry. 2. It is necessary to pay a refundable deposit when the booking.com says that the deposit is returned in full. Unfortunately, this is not true. The tourist tax was deducted from the deposit without informing us in advance. Nowhere was an information in advance. Instead of 199 Euros, we received back 169 Euros. Such a surprise. Tourist tax should be included and itemized in the price of accommodation or paid separately on the spot. In this way, we do not have a receipt anywhere that we paid the tax and it is not possible to have it reimbursed. If we had this information we tried to ask for different way of pay, not from the deposit. Money is sent to a private account, not via booking. If you don't pay the deposit, you won't get a door pin and you won't get into the accommodation. I have not encountered this style of communication before, the guest should know about all fees in advance and be warned how they will be paid and have a chance to change the way of payment.

excellent host and apartment !

The property is excellently situated for the old part of Mataró with all its shops and restaurants . The proximity to the beach and railway station make it a perfect place to stay (approximately a 10 minute walk to both ). The whole apartment is spotless and extremely well equipped with everything you need (including adequate utensils for cooking). The host went over and above our expectations providing great advice re:travel and restaurants etc.

Great apartment but left a little disappointed with extra charges

Apartment was spotlessly clean. Good wifi and facilities. Area was nice and close to centre of town and a short walk to the beach.

There were some small, hidden charges for using facilities that left me a little disappointed: Charge of 3 euro to use the washing machine If you use the air conditioning for more than 6 hours you will be charged There was no heat if you plan a winter stay (host said there was but we couldn't get it to work) We were only provided with one set of keys for a party of three so make sure you ask if you need more. All in all, this was a nice apartment but when I book an entire apartment, I would expect full use of all facilities without extra payment.

A very well-organized accommodation. A short walk to the beach and the town centre. A great place to explore that part of Catalonia - Barcelona is close by and it's also easy to get to places like Montserrat.

Good value for money!

This was a nice apartment at a good place in Mataro. It had everything that you needed for a family, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, towels, parasol, shower cream, air conditioning.

The place is a bit noisy as it is ground floor. Also, no or minimal sunlight so I would recommend it for a few days stay, not for a very long one.

Superb and stylish apartment

Superb apartment, well furnished and directly within the old town. Good walking distance to the beach and city centre. Local facilities right around the corner. Parking is a bit tricky, but there is a dirt parking space just around the corner that worked well for us, which the host showed us.

Great apartment.

Excellent flat with everything we needed for a visit to see our family in Mataró. Good location - a few yards from recycling bins, close to bakers, meat shop and pharmacy and six or seven minutes from the supermarket. David was super helpful.

Very comfortable and clean apartment. Would highly recommend.

Clean and well presented apartment. Nice homely feel. Load of extra bedding available too.

Unfortunately heating system wasn't working due to storm damage the week before we arrived. Electric heater supplied but wasn't enough to keep it warm enough.
