A fantastic view over the village and beyond, a clean, bright, modern villa. Good A/C for those hot summer nights, and ample parking for our 9-passenger van, although the access road is a little tight. The pool was perfect after a day out, and Alaro is centrally located and within about 30 minutes of pretty much anywhere. Easy access to some iconic climbs if you're a cyclist, and a short (15 min) walk to all the restaurants in the village.

First time to Majorca and we had an amazing time! Such an amazing house with absolutely everything we needed, and more!
The photos do not do it justice at all- it really was so much better than we expected.
The pool was gorgeous, the chairs to sit and lie, the indoor space and cleanliness were all just brilliant. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers and there was plenty of room for us all. We’d love to go back and wish we’d stayed longer.
Thank you Anna and Andy for everything, including staying in touch about local events.
Hope to see you again soon.
Catherine, Chris, Dan and Issie.

We had an amazing time staying at the Boutique Villa in Alaro - it is the perfect mix of modern open plan living in Mallorcan style. This has to be the best rented property we have stayed in Mallorca and we love Alaro. We cycled, hiked and were close to our other favourtie villages in the mountains, it was the perfect relaxing retreat and we will be booking again - 5 stars from the family

Boutique villa Alaro is a wonderful property with all the mod cons. Anna responded very quickly to any slight issue we had and was really helpful. The views are amazing. Alaro is very pretty but the roads are very narrow so you do need a small car. We had a lovely stay here and highly recommend.

Beautiful house, great views but would need improvements at the price charged. Similar house last year half the price with all of the services. The house was cold & smelled of damp & with the temperatures could have had the heat turned on in the evening. AC could also have been available but powered off at source. Pool could have been cleaned on arrival & probably mid week. Same with bedsheets. In other villas we got a much better customer experience. Wouldn't take much to get it right as everything is here & owners more than friendly. Just need to work property as an asset.

Completely blown away by this high spec villa. Pool, view, space inside the property, tech, air con. All 5-star. Owner excellent. Communication and efficient management. Property very clean and excellent facilities.
Take care not to drive up the very small road to the villa from town, which the sat-nav suggests. There is a much easier road to the east of the property.

We are a family of 5 staying for 2 weeks in July 2016. It was thoroughly enjoyable - modern style, good rooms, limited but really good outdoor space with pool area towards south-east and terraced garden behind the house offering shade. on the outskirts of Alaro so very peaceful, yet less than 15 mins walk from the charming square. The walk is a bit steep but manageable. Highly recommended!
