just location.

they didnt give u a parking card, and theres no atm inside the building, u need to walk quite far just to withdraw the money to pay for the parking. pic advertise not as the real room look, no bathub, and the furniture and kitchen equipment kinda rusty

overall it was very good and we were happy with our stay at Suasana Bukit Ceylon

The location was excellent - close enough to shopping area, street food and bars, but distant enough that it was quiet and nestled among trees. , Balcony with view of Menara KL and twin tower. it was lovely.

Missing simple things like hand towels and hand wash given the price. Extra cups and bath maths were provided upon request.

The location was good and convenient, however the rooms are old and lacking in maintenance.

The location was good, easily accessible by bus and Grab. Nice walking distance from Jalan Petaling and Jalan Alor. The Toastbox located in the lobby was convenient for breakfast. The pool was clean and nice.

The ensuite bathroom ceiling leaked due to the water heater bursting. It took security several hours to get in touch with the owners and stop the leaking. It took two days for maintenance to fix it and get the hot water working again. Letting maintenance in during our holiday was extremely inconvenient and invaded our privacy.

Nice place to stay but Not Clean

The apartment was not clean at all. Cleanness is most important, we check in for rest but we do cleaning at ur apartment. Please provide extra pillow or blanket in every room.

Disappointing

pool was beautiful and the location nice in middle town

but the parking is difficult to use if u bring old people they have to climb stairs to enter lobby lift, my suites our halls air-cond not working.

Suasana Suites Bukit Ceylon best trip...

The place, staff are very comfortable, good value for money, great location in middle of KL. It very easy to access all around KL. Only one car can able to park inside the suites but we can park the cars beside the suites there have private parking only rm7 per day. We friends enjoy the trip with suasana suites bukit ceylon and i really recommended this suites for KL trip.

Have restaurant, bar at ground floor of suites but the food price was expensive. Only give one access card, if give 2 means it easy. Because if one of us go down need to bring access card and another one need to go means wait for 1st one come due to lift use access card.

it was comfortable to stay there.

the scenery from my balcony was superb. the room was also clean. and also my bathroom light was broken. after few minutes i told the staff. they immediately fix it. thank you.

hopefully the management can provide shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste. because they only provide body wash.

the owner is nice, try to guide any inconvenience situation there. the view also nice, facing the tallest building in malaysia

the place is nice but air cond not functioning at living room. also got problem with the sink. it was clogged. i also think they should replace the sofa, big scratch here and there but the owner promised me to refund my deposit and compensation

I was totally dissatisfied. It was the worst trip. I rented the house without checking it in advance. It cost me more than 1,200. The water heaters in the restrooms of all rooms were broken and had not been repaired. The doors had to be closed and I had to pull hard. There was a problem with the door when I opened the door. At the beginning, every time I parked around to the 10th floor, the small cabinet in their room was broken, and I was in a good mood. I booked this because I lived together and had a bathtub. I intend to give them enjoyment, so I can only watch, the water over there is so cold, I can only watch ✔

Swimming pool was so big, nice and clean, the guard house and cafe staff also very friendly. KL tower view at swimming pool, worth the money.

Pass card. please give at least 2 pass for lift and parking. Tq
