Rent luxury home in great location, Ponta Negra Beach, Natal (RN). Apartment Features leased: WHITE HOUSE IN TIP BLACK, furnished, panoramic sea views, with approximately 500 square meters of built area, 03 floors, distributed as follows: I. on the 2nd. floor are the 3 suites with large balcony overlooking the sea, the Bald Mountain. It is a master suite with 1 double bed, 1 single bed (single), and 1 auxiliary bed, closet with wardrobe, 1 bathroom, and two other suites, both with 1 double bed, 1 single bed (single), and 1 auxiliary bed, and a full bathroom. 1 suite with wardrobe and another with dresser and shelf; II- In the 1st. floor, 1 large room with 1 double bed, 1 single bed (single), 1 auxiliary bed, with a bookcase; 2 living room, TV room with 32 "LCD TV, dining room with table 8 chairs, kitchen with built-in cabinets and table with 4 chairs, refrigerator, stove, blender, toaster, gelagua, micro wave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, social bathroom, 01 large balcony, service area, with washing machine; III- On the ground floor, garage for 04 cars, party room, full bathroom, a shower, pool, 10 common plastic chairs, 2 plastic tables, barbecue, garden, Glow, Snooker, domino, 2 decks. We also offer: Internet wi-fi, cable TV, Split in every room. All mattresses are spring-loaded, except auxiliary beds.

It has a tubular well, 150m from the seaside of Ponta Negra beach.
From the balcony of the suites, you can see the bald hill and the sea.
You will walk to restaurants, the best of Natal, bars, beach, craft center, bakery, pharmacy, car rental, hotels, shopping center, shopping centers, bus stop, cinema.

Bed linens and bath at the entrance. If you want to change bed and bath linen, you will be charged the laundry

First, Natal was awesome. The accommodations very very much misrepresented. The only nice things about the house was size and location. The house is in very bad disrepair. The bathrooms had bad odors and only one shower had hot water, the others had the heater but they didn’t work. Several of the doors did not close without locking them. Many of the sliding closures on the windows didn’t work. The cabinet doors in the kitchen were falling off or didn’t close as well as the cabinets in the bathrooms( if the doors were present at all). Kitchen is very simple and with very few dishes and cups. No coffee makers toaster as was stated in the description. The owner is very rude and not helpful at all. The house attendant was nice but couldn’t make any worthwhile decisions without contacting the owner. There was one bath towel and a fitted mattress sheet and a very thin sheet for each bed only. No face towels. When asking the owner why there wasn’t a basic set of towels or a light blanket he stated rudely (multiple times) “this is not a hotel”. He said he could provide more but would charge for each piece . We have rented many houses and apartments from VRBO and this is BY FAR the worst experience we have ever had. Owner is trying to collect money for the water and energy used during our stay and I will dispute this. Stay away and unless you like mediocre accommodations and a rude, cheapskate owner to deal with.
