We spent a week in Komiza and loved this property. It's perfectly located near the main square in Komiza, few steps away from bars and restaurant and a small beach.
We were 3 families of friends with kids aged between 8 and 10. We all enjoyed staying together and, at the same time, the privacy and relaxing moments the house could offer being on 4 floors.
The ground floor has a shared space with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a living space. The second and third floors have a bathroom, a micro-kitchen, a bedroom and a living room.
The house was not perfectly clean, however the host was very kind and took our feedback seriously. He offered an additional cleaning, late check-out and some form of compensation (which we did not think was necessary).
We loved our stay and recommend the host.

The location of this property is amazing! There are ocean views from the terrace and it is just a quick stroll to the beach, shops and restaurants on the riva.

The house is spacious and in a great central location for the village and beach.
The house is comfortable and great for two families because of the way it is laid out, over 4 floors and including 3 living areas and 4 shower/bathrooms. We really appreciated the shady courtyard and coffee machine. Being so close to shops/cafes and the beach made for a very relaxing time. The beach isn’t huge but the water is clear and has a good size swimming area and shelves fairly steeply. My children enjoyed snorkelling.

Great location!!
Great location...very roomy for our group of 8. Quaint authentic accommodations. You will need to buy soap and paper products. Seamless entry and exit. Loved every minute of our time on Vis!!

Beautiful house right by the water. Very clean and well equipped
Not clear whether we could use upstairs terrace or not. Neighbours said it was theirs and not for tourists.

A beautiful house with lots of character, superbly equipped in a perfect location.
We absolutely loved our stay at Milutin and Ivan's house. The location is perfect- right next to one of the nicest beaches in town, and 2 minutes walk to the shops and lovely waterfront promenade. We were a group of 11 and the equipment and facilities easily catered for us all. The new kitchen enabled us to cook whatever we desired with ease, and the courtyard with barbecue and ample seating gave us a beautiful space for some memorable meals. The house is full of charming furniture and feels really homely and spacious. We came to Komiza for the Goulash festival and the location was ideal for it (a 10 minute walk away).
Komiza is such a beautiful town: quiet, peaceful, old.. Full of character and charm - we loved exploring the laberynthine alley ways up and down, with the dozens of sweet cats peeping out from the shade to say hello. Vis island is a real gem too, with some really special beaches, great to explore by scooter, car, or bicycle if your fitter than us! There are many beautiful walks around the island too, with clearly marked footpaths to some breathtaking locations. We'd recommend the trek up to Mount Hum, 1.5 hours from town to the highest point on the island.
The cherry on the cake was the how helpful Milutin was before and during our stay, with his clear communication and kind manner. A window pane was broken during our stay and he was very understanding and reasonable about the incident.
Oh and the little kayak by the beach was great for one person (or two small people) excursions.
We'd be back in a heartbeat- thank you Milutin and Ivan for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Komiza
it was an old house, very close to the beach - though no view on the sea. very nicely located between the busy harbour with restaurants, cafes and a fish shop (opens at 6.00am!) and a relaxed beach on the other side

Absolutely fantastic vill...
Absolutely fantastic villa - highly recommended. The owners were easy to communicate with. We were 3 families with 3 small children. The location in Komiza on Vis was absolutely fantastic. Quiet yet in the middle of everything. A beach a few steps away, and several more within a 5 minute walk. We will likely return.

"L'endroit est magnifique, la maison agréable et idéalement située en plein centre de tout (mais c'est dès lors un peu bruyant). A améliorer: les équipements de cuisine un peu vétustes (frigo, lave vaisselle, casseroles)et l'éclairage de la cuisine."

"Une maison pleine de charme, facile à vivre et bien équipée. L'environnement est exceptionnel : l'ile de vis est encore préservée du tourisme de masse, la plage à deux pas de la maison est très agréable. A recommander !"
