About this villa rental

3-bedroom villa, very private, with a nice sized pool and garden, ideal for families with children. The zone is very quiet, and the plot is fully enclosed and not overlooked. There is private parking inside for several cars. Air conditioning in all rooms. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total. The configuration is as follow:  1 bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom;  1 bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom;  1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed with a shared bathroom with bathtub; All the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning; The kitchen has the necessary furniture and appliances to make it practical and functional, all the essential accessories that should be part of a kitchen are here, such as: dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, among others. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room. The dining room is just between the kitchen and the living room, with a glass wall that makes it very bright and allow the view to the outside. The living room has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and free Wi-Fi. It is decorated with bright colours, has two comfortable sofas, an armchair and a puff that are in front of a fireplace, ideal for cold winter days. A sliding door provides access to the outdoor dining area, garden and pool. Next to the living room there is an outdoor table with glass top and six chairs, this area complements the brick and mortar gazebo that holds the charcoal BBQ and a fixed table and benches lined with traditional tiles. This area is very fresh and Summer and without a doubt one of the best features that this house possesses. The pool is quite large with approximately 10 meters in length by 5 meters wide and between 1-meter depth by the stairs to over 2 meters by the deep end. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline. The plot of this villa is completely enclosed which makes it safe for children to play around and it is also not overlooked by any neighbours. There is parking for 2 or more cars inside the plot. In a nutshell, this property will provide you with:  Wireless Internet Access;  Fully Equiped Kitchen;  Satellite TV;  Charcoal BBQ under a nice brick and mortar gazebo;  Outdoor furniture sets;  Fireplace;  Air-Conditioning in all the bedrooms;  10 x 5 meters swimming pool, heatable upon request;

Lovely pool area

Casa Nova is very private with only one neighbour, quiet location but off a busy main road. The pool area is absolutely lovely, at the back with a lovely garden surround and is the star of the villa. The villa itself is very large, spacious rooms and as 5 friends we had lots of space, and it could easily accommodate 2 more adults. the villa itself seems to have a couple of minor damp issues, these and the garbage depot being down the busy road are the downsides, to what is actually a lovely place with great facilities.

O exterior da casa é fantástico! Recanto para churrasco espectacular, piscina e espreguiçadeiras óptimas! O exterior é realmente a parte melhor da casa :) a cozinha e zonas comuns boas também! A casa precisa de um melhoramento na nossa opinião (portas um pouco riscadas, et ..,uma pintura no fundo). Devem mudar os colchões, estão maus.

The feeling of the house, location and the good service. The thermostatic valve in one of the showers Neede te be replaced and sometimes the small that came out of the drain of the showers and bath.

Villa is little tired looking, really does need painting all over inside and outside. Pictures were clearly taken years ago you can tell this by palm trees outside and colours inside photo library needs renewing several plugs not working especially in bedroom 1 en suite, some of outside lights, pool lights, not working, pool cover in bits so couldn't use, 2 pool chairs broken, drive way up to villa is a dirt track needs sorting and very dangerous turning in or out of drive onto road. lights above villa gates not working because of location very very dark at night. Definitely need a Car Kitchen very well equipped, Satelite tv excellent, ping pong tablet brilliant and size of pool and area around it amazing.

it’s a secluded villa which we enjoyed as able to play music and enjoy the pool and outside area without being overlookedannoying neighbours. Only real issues was smell of drains form second bedroom en-suite usually resulted in running water from shower/ taps and lots of bleach to get rid of smell. ( not pleased with wasting water)

Lovely and clean beds were superb new ensuite looked good Still got some issue with the drainage does rather stink in the two bedrooms where the sewage is with been there for numerous times and still is the same.

The kids and adults loved the pool, the beds were all very comfy. There were some inflatables for the pool in the utility room which was a nice touch Lots of channels and films on the tv, some games etc and dvds also available in the villa. Villa itself looks quite modernThe villa itself felt very safe and homely we would definitely come back. A Lidl is situated five minutes away in a taxi and this was very handy for our bbq nights at the villa Absolutely beautiful villa we had a really lovely family holiday It’s a self check in which was fine the instructions were clear it’s not central to ammenities (walking) Could be doing with a few more tea towels as there were only two kitchen itself could probably do with a revamp in the near future Address is very difficult to find, our driver was given the wrong gps it was off by a digit so it took a while to locate the villa

Maison calme, piscine superbe et de taille très respectable. Logement bien agencé, fonctionnel et très agréable.nous avons passé une super semaine en famille. Le barbecue avec le cabanon pour manger dehors c'est super agréable. Réparer le portail et éventuellement voir si possibilité d'améliorer l'accès par le chemin
