Welcoming place

The kindness of the neighbours was the highlight of our trip here. The person who took care of our booking was also easy to contact, quick to answer, friendly and really helpful. We felt in good care there. The flat is simple but has everything ones need, particuliary the kitchen. When we stayed there, it was really quiet. The central location of the flat is also something we appreciated. The price/quality is excellent. We would definitely recommand (also to go get your morning coffee by the Coffee Shop on the Harbour, great way to start your day there).

The Locker for the key was a bit hard to open we add to get the help of a neighbour to open it at our arrival and let the key outside of it when we left. Also the bed linen of one of the bed wasn't properly clean at our arrival but the other one was perfect, so it was probably just a little confusion.

our stay in Latchi was great. I can recommend the area for interesting activities. Our accomodation was convenient and c

a lot of text contact was about how we should behave and respect the flat. Then to find that there was not enough bed sheets for the 3 people as per booking. showed not enough care from the managers side. also the promise of returning the deposit on the day we leave was broken. With internet banking this can be done from anywhere in the world.

Nice apartment in the great location (few minutes to beach). It was nicely equipped. Quiet complex. Wi-fi was good.

The location was great, and the value for money was good.

Unfortunately on the second night of our stay we came home to cockroaches in the kitchen. This ruined an otherwise perfectly pleasant stay.

Good clean honest apartment. Had everything needed for our stay. Location perfect for Latchi water sports.

Looked a bit dated. Shower bracket wouldn't hold the shower head up.

Not impressed felt dirty.

The property has a problem with water spiders under the washing machine and needs a new shower mat which was filthy and a new shower head and a general good clean just strikes me as dirty.

Close to the beach and harbour. Lovely mountain views from the balcony. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Excellent communication from host.

Broken light fitting on balcony. Leaking fridge. Uncomfortable/broken sofa. No dining space (table) indoors (there was on the photos).
