Welcome to Vacation Condo at Windsor Hills located just 2,5 miles (3,7km) from Disney and all the attractions with plenty of restaurants, shopping and golf nearby.

Our well renovated, and equipped Condo has been totally refurbished in March 2015. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, huge counter top, kitchen, lounge, dining area and private balcony.

Our third floor condo is located just a short walk from the pool and from the club house. The street has low traffic and plenty of parking. There are Elevators in the corridors, so no need to walk up the stairs after a busy day at the theme parks or at the pool or shoppings.

Windsor Hills is a 5 star gated community offering all the amenities of world class resorts; with a lagoon style pool, water slide, and hot tub with cabanas and plenty of lounge chairs. There is a children's playground, arcade, movie theatre, and fitness center. For those who enjoy outdoor sports there are tennis courts, volleyball court, and putting green. It is located only 20 minutes away by car to other major theme parks within Orlando, like SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Wet'n Wild, etc.

Keyless electronic front door lock on condo means there will be no need to waste time with getting or delivering keys to anyone. All the members of your family will have a password that allows you to get in or get out with more autonomy.

Easy walk to clubhouse, swimming pool, Jacuzzi and Paula & Michael's sundry shop where you can chill out, buy a beer, soft drinks etc. and your lunch.

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps 7 comfortably with new orthopedic mattresses in all bedrooms. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second and third bedroom, and a trunddle bed. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's with cable and wi-fi.

Our galley style kitchen is fully equipped with everything new you need for meals at home.

The luxury living area is spacious and comfortable.

Free wireless internet access and cable TV are included. Plenty of towels and sheets including pool towels are provided. A full size washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience.

Crib (pack'n play), high chair and Stroller (all new)

And in the end of the day, have a drink at our balcony watching the beautiful sunset of Florida.

We enjoyed the condo it’s location but we couldn’t swim in the onsite pool b/c the water was too hot. Also the pavers used around the pool made it impossible for anyone to walk barefoot to get into the pool w/o burning the soles of your feet. We own a pool and we have pavers that never get hot. They need to invest in better pavers. The condo itself is very pretty and has everything you could need for your stay. The sofa in the living room was my big disappointment as it was very uncomfortable and it felt like a piece of wood covered by fabric. It was hard for us to enjoy watching TV together or hanging out there b/c we were not comfortable. Otherwise, a good choice for our stay.

Me and my family did three nights in this beautiful well decorated condo. It is located in the mist of everything that you need. The property is within a resort which also is apart of the reservation. Upon arrival there are special instructions to check in and because we weren't given an heads up we had to sit in a long line just o be checked in. Just make sure when you book contact the property manager and ask all your questions before you arrive to ensure the check-in is smooth.

Immediately on arriving the place was clean. The kitchen was full of utensils and plates. The bedrooms where full and comfortable. The listing was as discribed. We had a great stay wish we could have stayed longer.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the location. The owner was responsive. The unit was in a quiet location and only 10-15 min from Disney. The lighting in the unit could be improved. The main bedroom and bathroom in particular were very dark for getting ready in the morning. The bedding could be updated from old quilts and blankets. The unit was well stocked and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great location, wonderful hosts! Super kid friendly pool area with heated pool in the colder months. Well equipped condo. Beds are a bit hard and water pressure a bit low. We had a wonderful visit and would recommend this to anyone.

We have been staying at this resort for many years in various condos. This condo was the nicest one we have stayed at. It was extremely clean! Beds were very comfortable as well. Property management company supplies you with some starter cleaning/ toilet paper/paper towels/dish soap which saved us from having to buy a bunch of things that would barely get used in our 2 day stay. Highly recommend this condo and resort. Only a 15 min easy drive to Disney with grocery extremely close and plenty of restaurants as well.

This stay was great. The condo was easy to get into, clean and centrally located to Disney. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone coming to Disney. The only thing was there was no soap anywhere in the condo and no coffee. So if you are planning on staying make sure you bring toiletries.

We stayed at this condo for an all star cheer competition. The community pool and slide were amazing. We had so much fun! My daughter forgot her stuffed animal after we checked out and I quickly messaged Claudia once we realized it. We received it in the mail less than a week later. Communication was great and I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a nice get away! Hoping our team stays here again next year and we will be booking with Claudia again!

Don't think twice! Our family will be back to book another stay here forsure . Location is great very close to supermarket and other stores. Disney drive was only about 15 mins which was amazing and about 25 mins to Universal Studios. Claudia and Marianna and also Windsor management were a text message away for anything we needed. Christmas here was peaceful and perfect. I highly recommend

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was a nice touch to have paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry soap. Those are usually not provided for stays in Florida. Claudia was responsive with questions and making sure everything was set for our arrival. Property is close to Walt Disney World as well as shopping and restaurants.

This is a lovely, comfortable apartment, perfect for visiting Disney World as we did. This owner is THE BEST, and quickly extended our stay and did all they could to make us comfortable., showing a great deal of concern. We are being delayed by Hurricane Ian and are so thankful to have all we need to ride out this storm. You only allow 5 stars - I give 10!

The condo is very nice but I expect to be able to control the thermostat without begging the owner to change it for me. The next renters will have wash cloths after we had to go buy them. The owner told me it was up to the renter to provide them.

This is a great apartment for a family visiting Disney and the surrounding attractions. The apartment was clean and very spacious. The kitchen had all the utensils needed. Location is great as it is near the parks, and has lots of dining options, as well as Walmart and Publix. You will not go wrong is picking this apartment.

Claudia is an amazing host. Her property is very well appointed, clean and well stocked. From the moment we opened the door to this beautiful property, we were extremely happy. The apartment is very spacious, meticulously maintained and extremely clean. Claudia has thought about everything as we didn't lack for anything here. The kitchen is well stocked, there are plenty of towels. She even left us a bag with everything that we needed, soaps, dishwashing tablets, laundry detergent, garbage bags. We really appreciated her thoughtfulness. Another thing I loved is how thoughtful she is about families with babies. She had high chairs as well as cot available for babies. The pool area is a lot of fun. The kids had a blast. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back.

Our experience was seamless. Most of our communication was with the owner, Claudia, who seems to respond to questions day and night for the convenience of her guests. She is lovely. The condo was spacious enough for 4 adults and two grown teenagers. Cleanliness was better than I had expected based on prior rental experiences elsewhere. It was convenient to travel to an event we were attending at various locations in the Orlando area. Lots of conveniences nearby. Loved the gated community. It felt safe to have the teenagers walk around by themselves. The house instructions such as where to put trash, etc were clear and the check-in process with door codes and wi-fi access came via email before the trip so we had ample time to review before traveling. Would stay again.

The property served it's purpose for our stay. There was no "wow" factor but it served it's purpose. There were no wash clothes in the place so bring your own. There was no communication from the owner making sure our stay was good or to see if anything was needed and the three ring binder as well as the community brochures handed out at check in and in the unit made sure that your group knows the "rules". Like I said it served it's purpose for a long weekend where we were not in the place very much, I have just stayed at more customer friendly places. I gave a middle of the road rating because, When spending what we spent I just expect alittle more.

We have stayed several times at the Windsor Hills Community, but this was our first time in this unit. We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was updated and had many of the necessities that we needed. We were able to use the stroller that was in the unit for my son to sit in when we were at the parks. It was great that we didn't have to bring ours from home! We loved the pool area and the water slides that are on property. I can't recommend this place enough! Communication with the owner and management company were seamless, and we had an easy check in and check out. We look forward to staying again at this unit the next time we come down to Disney.
