About this apartment rental
This silent spacious apartment in Mitte- Moabit, is situated 6 min. by bus from the central station. Furnished with design furniture in real oak, vintage lamps and decorated with luxurious Italian tiles, such as Bisazza glass mosaic, and chandeliers. Free parking, wifi-internet, international tv channels. Equipped for babies. (baby cot and baby chair available upon request). Sheets, towels, blankets etc are provided and included in the price.

In the apartment, you have three bedrooms and a large kitchen/living-room. In each of these 4 rooms you have either a real 160cmx200cm bed in massive oak, or a sofa-bed, same size. About the sofa-beds: being pretty expensive sofas of the German brand Bali, they offer - believe it or not - the same comfort of the real beds. I have one in the apartment where I live (the red sofa in the announce "luxury apartment...), and it's incredible how comfortable it is. My mom's back 's pain magically disappears when she sleeps on this sofa bed! :-) The best thing about these sofas is that you can convert them back in a sofa with one hand and that they allow you to leave sheets and blankets inside. So opening and closing them is just a matter of 2-3 seconds.
The second sofa-bed, for the 7th and 8th person, is in the kitchen/living room, same model (yellow in the pictures).
Each room, kitchen/living-room included is completely independent: from each of them, you can access the bathrooms and the street without having to disturb Those who sleep in the other rooms.

Bus station (number M27 and 123) just around the corner. The bus 123 takes you in 6 minutes to and from HBH central station (Departure times: three times per hour, at minutes: 13, 33 and 55). M27 takes you in two stations to the Ringbahn (Circle lines S41 and S42, station "Wedding") in 5 minutes. Alternatively, the Ringbahn can be reached by foot, too, in 10 minutes: Station "Westhafen". The apartment is very central, therefore we suggest renting a bike during the good season.
U-Bahn (Subway) U9, Station "Birkenstrasse", 7 min by foot.

Had everything we needed, close to Berlin's excellent public transport for exploring the city, history and culture. It's very convenient for local supermarkets within 10 minute walk (whole walls of bread and breakfast bakery choices). Very convenient for local restaurants too, picked up keys at the pizza restaurant on the corner and had a great meal there first night. Loved the Delphin fish restaurant too: don't just rely on the menu, check what's on the counter and the staff are very helpful.

Schöne Ferienwohnung .Groß und geräumig.
Waren wegen einer Hochzeit in Berlin. Daher ideal ausgestattet mit 2 Bädern. Die Wohnung war ordentlich und hatte alles was man braucht für einen Kurzurlaub. Nur die Parksituation sollte besser beschrieben werden. Würden die Wohnung wieder mieten.

Ruime slaapgelegenheid; het extra van twee badruimtes/toiletten maakt de woning extra comfortabel. Het appartement is schoon en netjes. De keuken bevat alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben. Prima als uitvalsbasis om Berlijn te leren kennen.

Une semaine à la découverte de Berlin !
Appartement très fonctionnel qui permet d'être à 2 couples sans se gêner. Quartier très calme. L idéal c'est de se déplacer à vélo mais le métro n'est pas bien loin non plus. Nous avons apprécié de rentrer dans un appartement très confortable après des journées bien remplies. Bonne adresse !

We stated for a week in mid December.
Great communication from when we booked through travel rule changes and leading up to our stay as well as checking we were settled in OK
Loafs of space and really warm.We had a toddler with us and she loved the place too. Really easy access from the U9 line just a short walk away and it was around half an hour walk to the brandenburg gate and the zoo for us too if you enjoy walking. There are a number of supermarkets nearby as well with plenty of choice

Altbau in gut erreichbarer Lage
Wir haben als Familie mit unseren fast erwachsenen Kindern in dieser Altbauwohnung gewohnt. Durch die vielen Schlafmöglichkeiten war es möglich, dass unsere Kinder (Mädchen und Junge) jeweils ihr eigenes Schlafzimmer hatten und die Konfliktgefahr zwischen den Teenagern/ jungen Erwachsenen dadurch abgemildert wurde.
Der Vermieter war per Whats app auch gut erreichbar und meldete sich zeitnah zurück.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen. 1 Schlafraum ist allerdings zur Straße raus und somit etwas lauter.

schöne Wohnung mit Geschmack eingerichtet - allerdings etwas Zeit ins Land gegangen seit den Fotos im Inserat. Leider keine Parkmöglichkeit ohne Gebühr in der Umgebung.

Funzionale ma...
In 6 adulti abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti da Michele. Il check in rapido e puntuale, l' appartamento è al piano terra, senza persiane come molti altri; era pulito e caldo ma per 6 l'area soggiorno si limita ad un divano in cucina mentre la TV è in una delle 3 camere. La zona è anche troppo tranquilla, scarsi e non vicini i servizi e i trasporti. Il bus più comodo al centro e alla stazione centrale passa ogni 20 min.

Excellent Apartment
This is a great apartment and a great base for exploring Berlin only 5mins on the bus from Berlin central station where you can reach everywhere from. The owners were excellent and the information they provided was really helpful during our stay. And as it was October /November when we stopped the central heating was very welcoming after a days exploring. Would highly recommend this property and would personally look to stop here again Thanks

Le logement est plus agréable que ne le laisse penser les photos. Il est très spacieux et bien équipé. Le quartier est très calme et même si une chambre donne sur la rue, elle est tellement peu passante que ça ne gêne pas du tout. Michele a toujours été disponible et très sympa. Nous recommandons.

Super verlängertes Wochenende in Moabit
Wir haben die wunderschöne Wohnung zu fünft bewohnt. Sie bietet reichlich Platz und da sie zwei Bäder hat, ist sie ideal für mehrere Personen. Es ist wirklich sehr ruhig in dieser Gegend. Man glaubt kaum, dass man in einer Großstadt ist. Die Bushaltestelle, von der aus man zum Hauptbahnhof fahren kann, ist nicht weit entfernt. Es gibt ein sehr gutes veganes Restaurant, das Valladares, in der Nähe. Hier haben wir sehr gut zu Abend gegessen. Der Check-in und Check-Out hat einwandfrei geklappt.

Very pleasant for a short stay
As a family with 3 teenagers, the 4 beds (including 2 sofa beds) were all used & 2 shower rooms were very handy.
We arrived during the ‘heatwave’, and the coolness of the ground floor apartment was very welcoming.
Michele was quick to respond to queries.
We enjoyed our stay in Berlin & found Michele’s instructions & suggestions useful.

Fresh, clean, quiet apartment in a nice neighbourhood
We very much enjoyed our stay in Moabit. The apartment had everything we needed, with plenty of room for 5 people (2 adults, 3 children). The location is good - close to buses and a short (10min) walk to a couple of S/U-bahn stations for easy access to all parts of Berlin. Our host provided lots of information about travelling to the apartment, getting around Berlin, things to see, and local bars and restaurants to try out. We would definitely recommend!

Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Lage central belegen. Sie bietet auf viel Platz. Nur könnte man wünschen, dass die Wohnung mit mehr Geschir ausgestattet wurde - besonders Teller.

Fantastic Berlin apartment
Beautiful, clean and spacious apartment in a quiet area towards the North West of Berlin. Fully furnished with everything you need for a weekend stay. Super comfy beds and powerful showers. Very close to Tegel airport and about 40 minutes walk to Haufbanof Station. Supermarket and coffee shops round the corner. Instructions from Michael were clear and he communicated quickly with us. A great base in a fantastic city.

Idéalement situé
Cet appartement est situé dans un quartier calme et propre.
Nous avons apprécié de retrouver le calme le soir dans cet appartement après de grandes journées de visite, et de pouvoir se reposer dans une literie confortable (après le tarot quotidien bien sûr, nous étions 4).
Nous partions chaque matin prendre "le Ring" à la station Westhafen", avec notre "Berlin welcome card ABC (y compris Potsdam)" puis nous continuions en métro ou à pieds en fonction de notre destination. Nous avons largement amorti les 45.50 euros que coûte la carte pour 6 jours.
Nous avons apprécié les réponses très rapides du propriétaire à chaque question, ainsi que la confiance mutuelle qui s'est installée rapidement.
Merci nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour chez vous.
Nos seuls bémols concernent la ville de Berlin : nous avons été surpris de voir autant de détritus traînés presque partout, et avons trouvé la nourriture proposée par la plupart des restaurants peu attrayante.

My son booked this apartment for a family get-together to celebrate my 70th birthday. We had a wonderful time. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was handy for transport and eateries. We especially like Gianni's across the road. The photos do not do the apartment justice it is much more spacious than illustrated.Situated in a quiet tree-lined street.Highly recommended.

A perfect apartment for us
My son booked this for a few days family get-together to celebrate my 70th birthday. We had a wonderful time. The apartment was ideal. Served well by bus and u-bahn. Restaurants in the area. The apartment was spacious, clean and very well equipped. Gianni's restaurant across the road was very handy and there were others within walking distance. Highly recommended. A lovely tree-lined street.

It is exceptionally clean, bright, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and offers high speed internet that works perfectly. Very comfortable and quiet apartment. The bedrooms are all good size and the sleep sofa is super comfortable. The doors within the apartment are exceptionally quiet so you hear no one moving about and can sleep in or nap without distraction. The apartment is in walking distance to all public transportation. Very close to great restaurants, super markets, coffee shop, bakery and drug store.
The guest notes emailed to us before our stay were most helpful in making us right at home in our neighborhood.
A plus there is a Best Western Hotel at the end of the street and the people at the front desk are most helpful and they sell the the 5 day travel passes that also give discounts to many places you want to visit.
Our biggest challenge was figuring out how to use the appliances, stove, microwave and dishwasher . Michele, our, host, was right there the next evening to give us lessons and drop off a larger coffee pot we had asked for. Great apartment and great two weeks in Berlin.
