This fully-equipped studio can now be yours to enjoy! With a self-catering kitchenette, dining, bathroom, laundry and exclusive deck, you'll find this leafy oasis to be a true home away from home. With reverse cycle aircon/heating you can relax in this coastal retreat all year round. The plush mattress and pillows make for a luxurious sleep while the DeLonghi coffee machine is ready to go with all your favourite pods on hand. Free wi-fi, complimentary bubbles on arrival, and a two minute drive or six minute (relatively flat) walk to the beach. What's not to love!
Linen and bath towels provided. BYO beach towels. Owner is sometimes based in main house (upstairs) for your convenience, but the studio setting is completely private and all yours! Take a drive to the quaint villages of Berry or Jamberoo. Sip the beautiful wine of nearby vineyards in Gerringong and the Shoalhaven region. Learn to surf at Seven Mile Beach, or just wander the streets of Kiama and check out the gorgeous shops and yummy eateries. Experience all this, then return to your cosy, sophisticated studio, wash off the sand under the outdoor shower, complete with hot water! our stay was perfect for a much needed weekend getaway, enjoyable, cleanly, and everything needed was there for use. it was perfect in every manner of the word, especially the super comfy bed! kiama is a great coastal destination and this place made for an even greater stay :)

This studio apartment was perfect for our needs. It's clean, bright, new, and very thoughtfully done. We loved it's location in town: it's super quiet, so we slept like logs. The backyard is a treasure, we were greeted with beautiful birdsong every morning. It's location in Kiama make it a perfect getaway to a small town. Kiama is surrounded by beautiful beaches, and has a good foodie scene going on. Near Kiama are some great places to visist / adventure in: Minnamura RainForest, Barren Grounds, FitzRoy Falls. This is a perfect studio for anyone looking for a stylish stay in a cool town that offers many different things you could do!

The pictures do not do it justice. It's a beautiful well equipped studio with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is perfect. The owner is also a pleasure to deal with and prompt with responses. Would definitely go back

Lovely little place to stay in Kiama. Exactly as per how Marianne advertises it. Very clean & well equipped. Walkable distance to Cafes, Restaurants, Pubs, Beach etc….as long as you like walking up & down the Hills of Kiama…kept us fit that’s for sure. We would definitely stay here again. 👍

It was what was pictured.It had a coffee machine plenty of coffee. Wine glasses chopping board in case you want to cook,& naturally utensils. nice large fridge bubbly & chocolates. Comfortable matress. Nice bathroom / laundry shower needed cleaning. Overall a nice stay. Rhonda.

I really enjoyed staying at this studio! It was a good location and a beautiful room. Marianne was so kind and helpful, and gave us some great recommendations in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Stunningly designed in the space given, beautiful clean and elegant. We enjoyed our stay very much so, didn’t spend a whole lot of time just hanging out here as we were here for wedding, but would come back for a holiday 100%

Enjoyed the studio. A lot of thought has gone into creating this little oasis close to Kiama. A 7 min walk to the Bowling Club, 15 min walk to the beach 10min walk to the station. Very convenient for non car owners. Be prepared for some hill climbing.

Lovely place. Good space for a couple. Nice and new. Well laid out. Great green outlook off the good size deck. Comfy bed. Few kookas visited us. Bonus to have washer dryer. Great shower and quiet neighbourhood. We hope to return.

Clean and compact property. Excellent facilities in a well designed studio, lovely little porch to enjoy breakfast listening to the birds in the crepe myrtle trees. Easy walking distance to Kiama Blowhole, the beach and shops.

Lovely Spotless studio with all the mod cons in a good location. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay and the outdoor shower to wash off the sand from the beach was great ! It was a very comfortable place to relax on the coast.

Had a great weekend. Marianne is a fantastic host and the accomadation is beautiful.we had great communication with Marianne and the level of cleanliness was 10 out of 10. The accomadation is in a private part of the garden with beautiful trees.We sat on the deck and drank our Champagne listining to the birds in the trees.If we come to Kiama again we will definitely stay there again.
