Situated on the Great Lawn, this breathtaking home benefits from a near-constant Gulf breeze on a front porch that’s just right for relaxing at the end of a fun day at the beach.
AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: The second floor is anchored by a huge, open living area with whitewashed walls extending up to the custom-designed, vaulted ceiling. A Shore Thing is a non-pet-friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering A Shore Thing the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of the time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy, it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

We had a wonderful stay in The Shore Thing house! It’s in a prime location that has 2 balconies overlooking onto the Great Lawn. After returning from morning walks on the beach, we stayed cool rocking on the expansive front porch with picturesque landscaping all around. You can easily walk to the social circle for food, live music and other events, too.The entire floor plan is great for a large group of family and friends. The beds were quite comfortable, and the bathrooms had plenty of space for everyone. The 3rd floor loft is accessed by a spiral staircase. There were baby gates available, too. The kitchen was well-maintained and was easy to use. The grill on the balcony is very convenient as well. The house was clean and beautifully decorated while giving a relaxed, cozy feeling.Kelly and the entire Cinnamon Shore staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a terrific vacation. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked our next trip to Cinnamon Shore.

We stayed at A Shore Thing and the home was clean, comfortable and a great location to the pools and beach. It was great to have our extended family in one house to enjoy vacation. My only suggestion is that beach/pool towels should be provided. Otherwise the house was well stocked.

This property provided an excellent location on the Great Lawn, first class accommodations throughout the home. Make sure you do a complete walk through and report any damages within the first hour of your check-in. We discovered 2nd floor deck doors closures had previous damage. Highly recommend this property , we had 12 family members - 6 adults and 6 kids (all under the age of 11) and everyone was very comfortable. We parked 3 vehicles in the space provided and had plenty of room for our beach buggy to be parked behind our vehicles. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk and all the pools/fitness center are within 3-5 minutes away. The management was very helpful when needed (smoke alarm batteries needed replacement in the master bedroom). I've already recommended this property to friends for their future vacation consideration.

our stay was fantastic. perfect house for 4 generations. The Beach Carts and the easy access to the beach were the best. Not having to load up everyone and everything for the beach into a car every time we wanted to go to the beach was key in deciding to stay at Cinnamon Shores.

House was stocked with all the kitchen equipment you’d ever need. Comfy-ish beds and shutters for good sleep. Nice bathrooms and closet space. Not a huge fan of the layout though...all entertainment space is on the second floor. So folks sleeping downstairs were kept up by the stomping upstairs. One of the bunk rooms is right at the top of the stairs and next to the living/kitchen area too. So getting small kids to bed was a chore. The outdoor shower was broken upon arrival. But a maintenance man fixed it the next day. And last but not least...huge fire ants in all the bunk beds downstairs! The kids all woke up with bites and one bed became so infested we had to move. Would not stay here again because of that and the layout.

My family and I had a wonderful weekend at this house. It had all the comforts of home and then some. It was close to the beach and had pools nearby. The kitchen had state of the art appliances and the elevator made transferring heavy loads so much easier. My grandchildren had plenty to entertain them. We loved our home, the beach, the pool and the opportunities for food on site. These all made vacationing so easy! We ran in to some air conditioner problems and plumbing problems but the owners and the management company helped resolve them. Overall, our family vacation at Cinnamon Shores was wonderful and a lot of fun this year despite some minor issues that did not happen our last year at Cinnamon Shores. However, we will be back next year. The Management Team was very professional/responsive, but being July 4th, could not get a repair until after the 4th. The gas grill needs work/repair or replacement and/or throughly cleaned. I would recommend property if the gas grill replace. The repair to disposal was made the day we left.

We rented Sunnyville for our first family vacation in several years and we had a great time. We had 6 adults and 4 kiddos and there was plenty of room for everyone. The bunk beds worked great for the kids and all the adults had their own bathroom, which was important. The house backs up to one of the lakes which made for great evening fishing for the kids. The kitchen was nice and big. There was plenty of dining space with the large round table and seating at the island. My only suggestion would be that the kitchen was missing a large pot for boiling spaghetti, however, we made do. Would definitely rent this one again!
