We had a fantastic weeks stay at this villa, Andrew couldn’t have been more helpful. The view from the property was amazing and the amenities were extremely good, with the added bonus of a basketball net which we weren’t aware of until we arrived. We all had a lovely holiday. We would highly recommend this villa to everyone.

A great villa with plenty of space and everything you need plus more. A great pool and view. Very helpful owner both in advance of arriving and during our stay. Would definitely return if coming back to Malta.

We had a wonderful fortnight here! The villa is spacious and modern; the outside area beautiful with a fabulous pool and amazing views. It was close enough to local supermarkets to make shopping easy with a hired car. The local beach was within walking distance and towns a short cab ride away. There is a lot of local building being done but this didn't really disturb us at all. Thoroughly recommended!

Vi var ett större sällskap med med både barn och barn-barn och storleken på huset var perfekt. Stora luftiga ytor inomhus med ett bra planerat kök i centrum samt en underbar poolavdelning med solstolar och middagsbord. Lägg därtill en fantastisk utsikt över både land och hav. Värden Andrew var otroligt tillmötesgående och hjälpsam vid ankomsten vilket gjorde att vi verkligen kände oss välkommen. Det enda lilla negativa var att det ganska nära pågick ett husbygge med störande ljud, men är ju inget man kan påverka utan bara gilla läget. Bortsett från det var allt positivt och våra 10 semesterdagar i huset kommer vi länge ha många härliga minnen kvar ifrån. Stort Tack Andrew!

We had a great few days at the villa, as a few other people have mentioned the pictures don't really do the place justice. Perfect amount of space for larger groups and a very good sized pool. Worth noting there is a lot of construction going on in the neighbourhood at present, might be worth packing ear plugs if you're a light sleeper who likes a lie in. Thanks Andrew for a great stay.

The house and equipment was just like the pictures, we were 9 people and had a really great time there! Even many SKY channels were available so that we could watch the German Bundesliga. Andrew welcomed us very nicely and showed us everything, explained it and offered his help. He lives right across and is there to help and advise. The check in and out were straightforward and the owner was helpful. The villa was clean except for the pool which wasn't cleaned whilst we were there. The only gripe our group had was the lack of toiletries and cleaning products. We had 5 dishwasher tablets for 7 days. We were also charged for coffee and water which seems a bit stingy considering we paid £400 per night to stay there! Other than a few water issues, we had a lovely stay and would recommend the villa.

What a brilliant place to stay! I thoroughly recommend this villa. Everything was spotlessly clean and we were supplied with everything we needed. A perfect place for our few days away as a group of friends looking for some sunshine, relaxation and some culture thrown in. Perfect for families too. Amazing views, well located.......we made good use of the frequent and cheap buses, but taxis were also readily available......the only suggestion being to put in the location of the property as P & A Sullivan, as the name of the house doesn't pinpoint the location. A short drive from a main supermarket, but the mini mart in the village...10 mins walk was also well stocked. A half hour ride from the lovely and vibrant city of Valetta and other towns and locations. We did a fantastic boat trip to the neighbouring island of Gozo via the Blue Lagoon for swimming from the boat....excellent value for money. Andrew was the perfect host....nothing was too much trouble and he gave us some good recommendations for restaurants etc. Also visited Mdina....ancient walled city.....so beautiful. Overall 5 stars. Thanks so much.

Nous avons loué cette maison pour l’internat vie de garçon notre week-end a été excellent sur une maison avec de très belle prestation.

Nous avons apprécié les grands espaces, le confort, l'aménagement luxueux et fonctionnel de la pièce de vie. La possibilité de pouvoir jouer au billard, au ping-pong a fait la joie des petits et grands ainsi que la piscine. La douche sous la piscine a été également très appréciée. Tout est conçu pour créer une ambiance de vacances gaie et familiale. Il serait peut-etre utile de prévoir un peu plus d'ustensiles de cuisine. Nous remercions Andrew pour son accueil chaleureux et son efficacité à résoudre les éventuels problèmes avec son équipe.

Where to start. Great comms with Andrew and his daughter Luisa. Went out of their way to help. We had a wedding in Malta and the villa was a perfect base for us. We had a maximum of 10 staying but the villa will accommodate a few more if necessary. The space is just perfect. Kitchen, dining, living space all ample. The pool is great, really deep and cleaned every Tuesday. Outdoor area great and a bbq to use if you require. Fantastic view. Games wise they have a new pool table and a table tennis table amongst other bits and bobs. Small tip here, don’t go shopping until you have seen what the last guests left over! We bought so much stuff that was already there. Andrew also supplies a welcome pack for when you arrive. Bit tricky to find as the sat nav somehow doesn’t get you to the door but will get you near enough. Overall a fab property, we would definitely rent this villa on a return to beautiful Malta.

Just returned home after yet an other great family holiday in Malta, combined with a family wedding. The holiday Villa was just right for us, a family group of 9 adults and 1 infant. We where joined later in our stay by my daughter, the bride and her 2 brides maids for one night. All the rooms where clean and tidy as where all the en-suits and shower rooms. The swimming pool was well used and the view across the island was the icing on the cake. The large day rooms and kitchen area where ideal for such a large group of people. The bedrooms on the ground floor where airy and bright. The main and second bedrooms have great views to wake up too. The bedrooms in the lower ground floor where very quite and easy to keep cool. All rooms have air conditioning and fans, a must have for Malta. There is a great walk in shower below the pool area and was well used with so many adults staying in the villa at the same time.With the villa being at the top of a hill in a residential area, the closest bus stop is 10 minutes walk away at the bottom of the hill, so a hire car is a must if you do not want to relay on taking taxis everywhere.The owner Andrew was always ready to help if we needed anything and did not intrude on our stay. Some of our family members had not visited Malta before. They loved it so much they all said that they would return again to Malta to explore more. As for my wife and I, we have holidayed in Malta for many years now staying in holiday villas and this villa has been the best so far. Wonderful villa in great location. Easy to get to everything on the island. This was a 50th birthday trip back to my birthplace and it was great to have so much space for the whole family. Andrew was very nice and accommodating. He was always there if we needed anything - helped with our taxis - but did not intrude on our stay at all. Villa had everything you could need on vacation. AC has a limit per day so make sure you are aware of that if traveling from the US like us where we are used to unlimited access! Still it was handled well and we managed! Would definitely stay here again!

We hebben met z'n veertienen erg genoten van ons verblijf in deze prachtige villa. Het is van alles voorzien en de eigenaren zijn gastvrij en vriendelijk. We hebben hier kunnen pilsbieren in de ondergaande zon en zonder bonje met de buren tot laat door kunnen tetteren. Ideaal dus!

We stayed at the villa for 10 days with a group of 13 that included two small children. There was plenty of room, great views and amenities for all. Andrew was a fantastic host and was concerned about our comfort the entire time.

The views were lovely from the villa right across the sea. It was so spacious as well there were 9 of us including a baby and you didn’t feel like you were on top of each other. The outside space was brilliant and we had some nic BBQs of an evening. Communication prior to our stay from Luisa was fantastic and she put my mind at rest traveling with a small baby. The cot was very clean. One thing I would say is that our sat nav and also taxis struggled to find the property as the address for some reason doesn’t take you to where the villa is. Andrew was very helpful and if we had an issue he came and resolved it immediately.

As a large group of 13 we really enjoyed staying at this property. Great location, lovely pool, this villa has everything that one needs to enjoy Maltese sun. Everything in the house is functioning well and the owner is really helpful and understanding, very easy to communicate with. Strongly recommended and hope to be back there in the future again.

Gorgeous villa

The villa was amazing - very picturesque and comfortable. Andrew and Louisa have been very thoughtful in providing everything that one would need for a stay. We were a family of 12, including 5 kids. Everyone had a wonderful time. The location is perfect for reunions. It is driving distance from most amenities and sights - but combined with the perfect view, size of the property and availability of taxis, it was perfect for our group. The hosts were very nice and welcoming. They helped us book cabs and gave us some vestry good recommendations for restaurants and sights in Valletta. All in all, we highly recommend the property as well as the hosts. If we were to every come back to Malta, we would definitely like to stay at the villa again!

We are a group of 12 people and enjoyed it! The villa was amazing, and Andrew and Luisa are very nice and helpful. We asked Andrew for a taxi and that was not a problem every time. Thanks for all the help and we definitely recommend the villa to other people.
