Myself and my two traveling buddies agree this location and Staff far exceeded our expectations!

The location, the amenities and the staff especially Tatiani. Very friendly and a great representative for the business. She has an ownership attitude.

This place sucks!

NOTHING!!! There was no AC and the lady said that was how the room was advertised! Which I did not notice apparently, or I would never, ever have reserved that room,! Then on top of that, the toilet did NOT work, and she told us to "just Hold down the lever longer"! DUMB. Tried it and it still didn't work. She brought us a plunger, and that didn't work. We left, came back and they supposedly called a plumber who said he couldn't fix it immediately and would have to go "find" a "snake" and would take 1-2 hours! WE LeFT.

Same as above. Horrible and will never recommend this place.

Unique and authentic accommodation in the mountains

We loved the traditional feel of the log cabin. It was nice to have two separate rooms. The location is really good, about 20 minutes from Yellowstone East entrance. We had dinner in the restaurant too, which was really nice and not overpriced.

As with all accommodation in the Yellowstone area, it was dear, but this is probably the best price.

We stopped there on our way to Yellowstone for a night , would have loved to stay a week !

Didn’t eat breakfast there but the staff at the restaurant were super friendly. We did eat supper there.

Fabulous dinner in a beautiful quiet location

The Trail Shop Inn has an absolutely fabulous restaurant right there on the property. It was one of the best meals we had on our entire cross country trip.

We would have used a washing machine if it had been available.

Superb

We absolutely loved the location. Being surrounded with mountains and water was so peaceful.

They ran out of a lot of food. They got pretty busy while we were there and didn’t have many options. We ordered the rainbow trout and it wasn’t real warm.

Exceptional

Staff was super friendly and helped us any way they could. Yellowstone closed due to flooding so we couldn't go into the park. The staff worked with us so we could still enjoy our vacation.

Pleasant

Kaleb at the front desk was beyond amazing. Very friendly, taught how to play pool and played with our kids. The location is beautiful, right by the mountains and the river. It is also very much on the way to Yellowstone.

No water in the bathroom in the morning. Our first day of vacation started really bad since we could not shower or use the toilet. Our neighbors also did not have water. No one in office to help early in the morning.

Our cabin was cozy and clean. Staff was very helpful and recommend good dinning in the area. We really enjoy our stay.

Our only issue was no running water Monday morning when we were leaving.

Cabin located at the quiet place with nice mountain view

When we checked in, the staff was friendly. He suggested msny good options for food nearby. The cabin is situated at a wonderful location in Shoshone national forest.

Internet speed is understandably slow.

If we ever are back in that area we would defiantly stay there.

So much room. We have a three kids and it's rare that each of them would have their own bed. it was so roomy, I only wish we would have had more time to stay.

No internet service, but I think that was kinda the point.

Very good

Great value, clean & just what needed in a room for quick early entry to Yellowstone east gate

Resturants was not open - very remote area so had checked hours before left more populated area then arrived to "not open tonight" had to back tract miles for very expensive burgers

Okay place to stay but not very accommodating, you feel more like a burden than a paying customer.

Clean and nice.

No one on staff until 4pm. Cabin so hot, box fan didn’t cut it.

They should not even state they have breakfast. A bottle of water, small trail mix, and a small can of apple juice dont cut it. Should over a yogurt, muffin, fruit something like that.
