Most things...l would go again...
I can only say ,my husband and l had a great time.... food lovely... room very nice and very comfortable..
4.3
Lovely location, beautiful country hotel inside and out The staff were nice and helpful and the food was good. The public areas were comfortable, though the bar area was in a better location than the dining room.
We had a few issues with the room which we discussed with the reception team. The room was in the courtyard, converted cottages, the setting was lovely, but the ceiling was quite low which was a problem for my 6ft 2" husband especially in the shower. The doors to the cottage were mainly glass, with no blind or curtain to obscure the light, we hung a bath towel over the door to help with this overnight. The WiFi signal in the room was appalling. The reception staff were really helpful with this, but we were having to go outside to pick up the signal. We were pleased that we only stayed one night, it was not quite the luxury stay I hoped for on booking, when I planned a last relaxing night following a three day funeral event elsewhere. Was quite expensive, but could see that there is a heavy maintenance cost for the buildings and grounds.

4.3
The friendliness and approachability of the staff, the quality of the room finishes and the decor. We only had breakfast but it was both very tasty and filling.
Our only complaint was that the bath gels inflamed my wife’s eczema.

Upgraded our room. Excellent breakfast. Best fried egg I've had in years. Friendly and attentive staff. Dinner good. Lovely lounge. Very relaxing.
Couldn't fault anything.
4.3
Beautiful and very well appointed bedroom

The staff are very friendly and very efficient. The food is good and the overall cost is very reasonable.
The only small gripe was that there was no hot water on our last morning. Whilst appreciating this will sometimes happen, a little apology at reception would have been welcome.
4.3
All great and pet friendly. Superb location, staff and welcome. Restaurant was lovely. Only a few small touches missing to make it 5* such as no bathrobes. I always like a bathrobe when I’m away but that’s all that was missing.
4.3
Outstanding.
Looks great in pictures but even better in person. This is unusual.
Staff were very thorough friendly and really seemed like they cared about your stay. Food was out of this world. If you can afford it please do eat here.
Welcomed dogs and had facilities for them including an enclosed space for those that need to be on lead. Can borrow wellies. They have dog blankets/towels
Pillows were too hard for me.
4.3
Perfect stay in a lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and professional. Food was excellent. Great choice of breakfast. Perfect location for coastal walks. We definitely recommend this hotel. 👌

super breakfast & dinner.
decor & furnishings first rate.
staff v friendly & helpful.
bedroom on cool side & bathroom freezing (the weather was very cold, minus 2)
mattress & pillows too hard for our liking
4.3
That dogs were allowed everywhere except the dining room very off putting when you are trying to have a quiet relaxing read of the papers or a pre dinner drink. Some dog owners assume everybody are comfortable with they pets.

Location is perfect, looking out over the marshes, short walk to the quay, plenty of parking and outside spaces to enjoy. Food was delicious and plentiful, staff friendly and helpful, all round excellent!!!
Nothing really, if nit picking would have liked a more comfortable set of outdoor chairs outside our room (Hydrangea) the weather was stunning and we did a lot of reading out there!
