Located directly within Linville Gardens, this immaculate and tasteful unit has everything you need for a perfect golf vacation. Relax on the new brick patio, where you can watch play around the green on hole#2, Pinehurst Course #5. Our beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit has been completely upgraded with granite countertops and designer appliances in the well-equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV, along with new mattresses and bedding. The bathrooms have been revamped with exhilarating Kohler spa showers. And the spacious living room with sectional sofa and cozy fireplace makes this condo most attractive.

Our condo is just a short distance from the Village of Pinehurst and the Pinehurst Country Club, and across
the street from the Pinehurst Harness Track and restaurant serving a great breakfast daily.

Very clean, modern, updated, and perfect for golf trip. Only issue was a breaker that kept tripping which controls one of the outlets we wanted to use. Besides that was the best place we’ve stayed at in those types of units.

Sunday-Saturday. Great location, plenty of room to spread out and relax. Sadly I just felt left to fend for myself when I had to reach out for both check in and check out instructions. We also had issues with some things that were not clean at arrival. The next day the cleaner came and she was confused that we were there because it was listed to clean that day. She wasn’t made aware of us coming and someone had just checked out the day before. So we all had questions about its cleanliness but she took care of us. We also had a battle with ants Monday. All of these issues were communicated in writing without any response or concern. Overall it was fine, but cleanliness and comms were lacking.

This place is awesome. So much so, I wish I could keep it to myself. Whether for a buddies trip or a single. Place is as close to perfection as you can get. Clean, Modern, close to #2. Can't say enough good things about this location.

Place was very clean , with lots of room ,very new appliances , beautiful view of golfers passing by. had trouble with a/c due to power outage because of weather. owner answered on second ring and stayed on line until things were resolved . very pleasant and responded to messages quickly . great stay . Don't hesitate to book this one .

This property and stay far exceeded my expectations! 5 stars for sure. The is done very very well, includes all the necessities with high quality furnishings and decor that make your trip feel more like home and less like your staying in a rental. Perfect location on Course No. 5 with view of the Greene. Entertaining and relaxing to sit on the patio and see all the golfers coming thru. Simple to "check in" and responsive property mgr. to help w a few questions. We are excited to book another trip in this property and highly recommend it.

Property is perfect in every way. You have everything you need to be comfortable during your stay. And the bonus of overlooking Pinehurst #5. We had a great time enjoying golf in the area. The condo is close to everything so a short drive to the grocery store and restaurants near by. If you love golf, you can't go wrong. Just loved it and hope to go back sometime!

We enjoyed our stay in a Pinehurst! Our condo was super nice and in a perfect location. My two boys played in tournaments on Pinehurst 7 and Pinehurst 1 so this was a perfect location for all. They very much enjoyed chipping and putting on the green located just outside of the back door. Property was perfect for our party of 6(3 bedrooms) and looked as if it had just been renovated with super nice touches and a great kitchen. Since we couldn’t eat inside of any restaurants, we were happy to have a great place to hangout in the evenings. We will for sure look to rent this property again!

We can't wait to rent this condo again in the future! By far one of the nicest places we've ever stayed in. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area. We went to North Carolina for a music festival in Rockingham and the condo was only 25 minutes away from the festival and very close to many restaurants and grocery stores. We loved the modern kitchen, living room with a large sectional and TV (perfect for watching NBA and NHL play-off games), cozy bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds, and of course those Kohler showers. Being right on the golf course with an outside patio area and grill was just an added bonus! The self check-in was easy with the directions Bill sent us and he provided us with a map of the area and his contact information as soon as our booking was confirmed. Pinehurst is a wonderful place to vacation and we feel like we found a gem after staying at Bill's place. We will definitely be back :)

spacious 3 bedroom golf-front condo on Pinehurst #5. we stayed over Thanksgiving weekend. I was able to prepare Thanksgiving dinner for 10 in the well equipped kitchen. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and linens. we will likely return in the near future.

We rented the condo to stay at for our son's wedding which was held at Fair Barn. Perfect location and the condo is 5 star worthy!!! Although we didn't have time to golf, it is a golfers dream. If you're a foodie, the kitchen was stocked with everything necessary to prepare a gourmet meal. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE

My son played in a golf tournament in Pinehurst for the week and this condo was perfect! It was close to absolutely everything we needed. The condo is completely equipped with absolutely everything you could ever need. We cooked several nights and the kitchen was stocked with everything. The unit was quiet and had a great view of the golf course. It was truly perfect for our needs and was so comfortable!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My sister, brother and I along with our spouses stayed here for 3 nights. The entire process was simple and fast. Bill was quick to respond to any questions I had. The condo its self is updated, clean, and well stocked. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare some meals at home. It's a bright unit with an open floor plan. The unit was very close to everything in Pinehurst. We would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone else. We had a great stay!
