Directly on the beach and best location in Gulf Shores! We have installed an I-Wave Air Purification system into the Air Conditioner inside the condo to make your stay as safe as possible.
We have a minimum age of 25 to rent our beautiful condo.
Our condo is walking distance to many activities, restaurants, bars. Unbeatable amenities in this beautiful condo! Gorgeous leather sofas, updated lighting, 60' Flat screen TV in living room with unlimited Netflix, TV's in every room, huge balcony with comfortable patio furniture, all comfortable beds with luxury linens and towels, wet bar, all stainless steel appliances with Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, Bose docking station, Margarita maker, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach cart, full size laundry. Owner has completely remodeled this unit with very comfortable, contemporary furnishings. Master retreat has king bed with double vanity and separate tub and shower, both secondary bedrooms have their own private full bathroom with a queen bed and twin/twin bunk beds.
This beautiful building offers a beach entry pool, work out facility, sauna and outdoor grilling area.
PLEASE NOTE THE PARKING POLICY HAS CHANGED and owners no longer provide the parking passes. Guests now purchase the parking passes at the 3rd floor desk. Each parking pass is $50 per vehicle per stay. 2 parking passes are allowed per unit with additional passes provided based upon availability.
You must be at least 25 years old to reserve this condo and must be present during your stay.

We had the best time and everything was perfect. The condo was packed with anything you would need… Had been a long time since we were on a vacation. Night time was so nice and we would take a walk to the famous Hangout and one night we went and got these great snowballs. Great swimming pool!! We also loved being right on the beach. I would give it 10 stars if I could…. The best place…

We loved this area and the condo! There were 9 of us in our party and we had plenty of room. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The owner was very good to work with. The beach view and access were wonderful! We are already planning on coming back next year!!

Beautiful ocean views from balcony. Very nice, clean condo that was as pictured and listing was accurate. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler a definite plus. Good communication with manager. Would definitely stay here again.

The unit was just as lovely as the pictures showed! The kitchen was fully equipped… And even had a large George Foreman grill! I highly recommend this unit, and our group would love to come back another time!

Fabulous location and super clean. This was a great place to stay for 8 adults. We vacationed with 5 young adults and my mom and it could not be more perfect. Loved kuerig and crock pot!!! Made for easy meals at home! Thank you!!!

Our family enjoyed our time in Gulf Shores and the San Carlos offered us a great property to relax and enjoy the area. The 3 bedroom/3 bath combination was perfect for our family!

Great location! The condo was clean and spacious. My husband and I brought our teenage daughter and a friend. Each had their own room and bathroom. The elevators were fast, so being on the 19th floor was fine. The beach chairs and umbrella provided were handy for the days we didn’t spend the whole day at the beach. The chair rental for those full days at the beach was located right at the end of the walkway, as well as parasailing, jet skis, and Banana Boats. The views from the balcony were a plus! Would stay at San Carlos again.

Everything was exactly as pictured and described. The unit was fully stocked, including a great assortment of beach items like chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. There was even a wagon to haul it all the few steps to the beach. The location is also amazing! 15 minute walk (or less) to The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub and several souvenir shops. The Sea and Suds bar/restaurant next door was great too. We will definitely be staying here again!

The location of this property was perfect! The beach wasn’t as busy as other parts due to lack of public access which was nice. It fit our family of 10 perfectly with the bunk rooms. Easy to walk to some places close by. If it weren’t so hot, we probably would have done that more often. The floor to ceiling windows/sliding doors and view of the beach were beautiful! Would love to stay again.

Loved the colors in this condo and it was spacious enough for my whole family including grandparents. Location was great - lots of things to do within walking distance. Excellent view from 19th floor and elevators were speedy. I would definitely book this condo again when I come to this area!

Convenient location, nice set up, fast elevators, great pool & beach accessories, comfy furniture. Dryer took a little longer than expected, one bedroom was pretty warm for the kids but we had plenty of space! Convenient parking, pool side chairs would have made it a little better rather than loungers. This specific condo was very nicely decorated & had all kitchen gadgets you could need. We enjoyed it very much.

The condo was very nice, clean, and spacious enough for our family to stay in comfortably and everyone have their own personal space. Easy access and convenient location. The property was well maintained and loved the handy access to the beach. Had Friendly and helpful communication with the owner of the condo and manager of the building. 19th floor overlooking the gulf! Dolphin viewing with coffee on the balcony each morning. The kids used the flashlights to spot crabs on the beach at night. The boys used the gym every night to stay is shape for spring sports. It was a perfect spot for the Auburn kids to join the rest of the family for the weekend. We arrived super late, but night security was able to get us our parking passes and bracelets. (located on the third floor) The unit was clean and well appointed. Tons of parking on-site with a massive lot across the street. Beach toy closet was helpful and saved a lot of money on skim boards and beach chairs. Thanks for letting us stay!

We had a great time! The unit was exactly as described and we really appreciated the beach chairs and toys for the kids that were there for our use! The view is incredible and we loved seeing the sharks and dolphins in the morning.

We were hesitant to choose a condo on the 19th floor thinking the elevator rides would be excruciating but the elevators are large and fast! Pool is a bit small for the population but we still enjoyed it. Beware of the closet doors! They easily come off the tracks! But thank you for a safe and fun week!

This was our second year in this condo. We love the bed set up and location for our family. Condo is in need of some maintenance this year (mold on ceilings and vents, sliding doors don’t close completely and patio chair needs repair), but nothing major that kept us from enjoying the beach and the unit. Everything in the unit worked and dishes were stocked with everything we needed.

Very clean. Accommodated our family of 9 very comfortably. Huge balcony with an amazing shore front view. Sightings of dolphins every morning. Large pool for little ones. Weather couldn't have been more perfect. Walked to The Hangout, short drive to Bahama Bob's and Desoto's Kitchen...food excellent at all places. Lots of memories made. We'll be back!

Beautiful condo in the best location of Gulf Shores. Front row seat to the amazing views from the balcony and directly in the middle of all of the activities Gulf Shores has to offer. The condo was updated and clean with every amenity you could possibly need. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was updated, all furniture was new and stylish. No problems with parking or elevator wait times as mentioned in other reviews. This condo owner takes pride in their unit and it shows. You will be very satisfied with your stay should you choose this location.

Our family had a great stay at this property. We’ve used VRBO a few times and this has been the cleanest property we have stayed at (kudos to the cleaning crew!) Our group of 7 ranged from 8 months to 60 years and everyone had adequate accommodations. The unit was so clean I allowed my new crawler to explore, which was wonderful! The kitchen is well stocked with quality stuff (not plastic) and we never needed a thing that wasn’t there. I’d highly recommend this property for a multi-generational family stay at the beach.
