I'd definitely come back and stay again 👍

Really nice clean and comfortable room upstairs, close to the beach. Nice area An Bang 👍Good secure small hotel. Oh , and a really nice breakfast too 😋 I'd recommend the middle level room at the beach end of the complex, I had a look and it's very nice 👌

I'm getting picky in my old age, but I can't pick anything negative to say about the place , lovely stay 😊

A really lovely place with great hosts

We loved Peach House. Our room was lovely, beds were comfortable. The sisters that look after Peach House and the guests were really kind and did a great breakfast. The little pool was perfect and it was easy to walk to the beach where we enjoyed eating and swimming by Coconut Tree. All the plants were beautiful too. The bathroom and TV better than expected.

Ein sehr schöner Ort am schönen Strand

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, welches sehr geräumig war. Man konnte das Meeresrauschen hören. Den Pool konnten wir wegen des Wetters leider nur einmal nutzen. Die Lage war super und der Wäsche Service war sehr schnell. Es gab Buddelzeug und Regenschirme vor Ort.

Entspannte Atmosphäre

Es ist eine tolle Unterkunft, modern und komfortabel eingerichtet und fußläufig zum Strand. Wir haben uns sofort sehr willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Near the beach, the room was very clean and confortable. Biggest family room with had in our trip. The people where really nice and helpful ! Thank you so much !

the perfect place to end our holiday.

we liked everything about the property. everything was exactly as described and pictured. The host Le was helpful and welcoming, she even met us at the end of the laneway to walk us back to the property.

there was nothing we didn’t like about the property . it was exactly as we thought and hoped it would be.

Absolutely perfect spot

Perfect place to stay. Owner was so nice and very helpful in organising airport transfer and even had early breakfast prepared for us before we went. Located very near the beach. Good food nearby. Rooms spotless and refreshed daily. Can’t fault it’s a perfect spot

Really cute little homestay style accommodation, I chose the one with a tiny patio. Location is great and a 2 Mins from beach and close to shops and restaurants. The patio is fine for a quick smoke but no room to sit and chill. The host was super friendly and helped with our laundry.

Really good place! highly recomend

Location was great. Perfect distance from the beach, favorite restaurants and spa places. Person that takes care of the property was amazing. Cleaned our room and all homestay territory everyday, answered all questions and gave a lot of good recommendations. Highly recommend places in the area - Red Lantern Cocktail, Kens vegetarian restaurant, Mr. Hoas restaurant and had perfect SPA time in Heart land and spa.

Excellent quiet hotel at beach

The hotel room had good aircon, bidet toilet seat (nicer than the hose nozzle), good bed, mini frig, safe. The small pool is attractive. Breakfast is served like at Grandma's house. It is cooked and served each morning in the small kitchen in the lobby by the housekeeper. She does great, we left her a tip. The meal is excellent and filling.

The perfect stay in Hoi An

This villa is so gorgeous and is located very close to the beach! The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is delicious! The best part of our stay was the super friendly staff. They allowed us to extend our stay and they also kept our luggage after we checked out so we can enjoy one last day in Hoi An!

It was not a bad value for the money, primarily because of the great staff.

The staff was really great.

The photos of the rooms online look great. The ground level room I was in really didn't have much to do with the photos online. My primary window looked out on a neighboring yard, bare of anything, just structures on a dirt lot with no vegetation. The one meter deep "porch" was kind of the same, looking onto old wooden outbuildings of a neighboring property just a meter or so away. There was about a 2 1/2 meter high fence around the room's porch - not really a place to read or enjoy a coffee. The door from the room to the porch had only a bedroom door pushbutton lock, no deadbolt. There was plenty of lighting in the bedroom itself but only one light in the bathroom, center of the ceiling. No lighting at the vanity.

A very nice homestay.

I liked that is very close to the beach, 2,3 minutes. It has a very lovely swimming pool with Frangipani flowers. It had a big room, and we could rent the motorbike from them.

The patio was disappointing, very small you couldn't do anything there. The location on the map is not accurate.

Great calm stay

Wonderful comfortable clean rooms. Just a two minute walk from the beach. very friendly and helpful owner. Food/markets/etc all located very close.
