The apartment is new. It has two large bedrooms, one double with bathroom, with bath in the same room. I COULD BE THE OTHER ROOM WITH DOUBLE BED OR TWO SINGLE BEDS. The apartment has a bathroom with large shower .LA kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances KITCHEN AND LIKE COOKING FOR YES. THERE IS A SMALL STAY WITH WASHER AND DRYER.
The living room is spacious and pleasant. THE APARTMENT HAS A SMALL TERRACE, IDEAL morning to a nice breakfast.

I live in the United States. My daughter husband and granddaughter live in Barcelona. We rented this apartment in order to have some time together. The apartment is very well appointed, the layout and location is wonderful.

We had a fantastic short break staying at Maria’s apartment. Great communication throughout, check in went smoothly. The apartment was perfect for the 4 of us. Comfortable beds, both with own bathrooms, towels and bath robes supplied. The position of the apartment couldn’t have been better, just a few minutes walk to the lovely sandy beach with clear blue sea. Sitges itself is full of lots of wonderful places to eat, drink and shop. Would highly recommend Le Cable for wonderful Tapas.? We look forward to visiting again, and would highly recommend this apartment.

Spacious, comfortable apartment with lots of windows in main living space, and two comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Large double or queen in one room, twins in the other.)
Very well-equipped kitchen for cooking. Just one easy flight of stairs up to the flat and there's a lift for bringing up your luggage/shopping. Good internet. Super clean and well-cared for space: Maria and her husband obviously take great pride in this rental and are kind and conscientious hosts.
Location is terrific, just a block or so from older, San Sebastia beach/seafront with a few good little bars and restaurants but not noisy at all.
Only downer was a construction project next door starting just as I arrived, and which Maria didn't know about. But this wouldn't be an issue for a lot of visitors as crew isn't working evenings and weekends when you'll be at apartment. (Unfortunately, I was working while there.)
Other minor annoyance was blind covering bedroom window flapped noisily a few nights when we had high winds. (I'm a light sleeper.)
I would definitely go back and highly recommend this rental. Thanks!

The apartment was nice, location superb. There was a lack of storage space. The balcony is ok for 2 persons, but not big enough for a family. The aircon was a nice add-on.

Gute Lage der Wohnung, selbst parken war (im Oktober) kein Problem. Ein Auto ist allerdings nicht erforderlich, da alles fussläufig erreichbar ist. Sehr freundliche Vermieter - telef. immer ansprechbar. Die Wohnung war wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Immer wieder gerne...

A very pleasant apartment, well located close to the sea. The apartment is very well equipped with kitchen appliances. Friendly owners. Very good opinion, we will recommend the apartment to our friends. The only caveat is too small beds in a smaller room. More for children than for adults. In the case of rent, for example, by two families of friends, these beds may be a bit too small.

Well equipped, extremely clean and spacious apartment, a few minutes from the beach.
We enjoyed a fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment in Sitges. It was much bigger than we expected, the photos do not do it justice, and the standard of furnishings and cleanliness was excellent. The location was perfect, a few minutes walk to the lovely beach and just a little further to reach the town. The railway station was only a ten minute walk and made it easy to take day trips into Barcelona. We found the kitchen very well equipped and the laundry facilities in the utility very handy. The balcony was a welcome outdoor space for drinks and breakfast. Overall, one of the best apartments we have been to over many years of holidaying in Portugal and Spain - highly recommended!

This was a fabulous apartment! Great location, beautifully appointed in every detail.
We had a fabulous stay at Maria’s apartment. We were two retired couples and were very comfortable with two bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen was sparkling clean and well appointed as was the rest of the unit. The beds were amazing, comfortable and the bedding was first rate. The location was perfect...down a quiet side street and just steps from a lively plaza and roaring sea. Maria was welcoming, available and easy communication and wonderful hostess. This was the highlights of our trip!

The facilities are very good, the Apartment is only four years old and is in good condition. It had a spacious feel and we thought bigger than the website pictures suggest.
The only improvement we could suggest would be the provision of access to satellite TV. Also some of the plates/dishes have been chipped by previous visitors and need replacing.
Otherwise we would have given it a five star rating.
