Property exactly as described.
Older house, but very clean - even the downstairs furnace room/laundry room. I was impressed by that!
The layout was fun- very spacious, can sleep lots of people. It was a charming place to stay.
We used it as our home base for the week while we visited Kennebunkport & Portland for a couple days.
Location is perfect & quiet. Quick & easy to get to downtown Stowe.

Loved it!
This home was really fun to stay in. We had no trouble at all with the property. It was secluded up a sweet gravel road in a cul-de-sac with 2 other houses, and they were lovely neighbors. The home itself was ample space for our family and the 2 friends that popped in on us! All of the appliances and kitchen amenities were perfect, as were the bathroom amenities. Very thoughtful management. We inquired about the fire outside and were happy to be able to use it! My only 2 not-so-great comments would be that this time of year the gazebo was literally covered in thick green pollen that we couldn't go in because of allergies, and, the bottom floor was a bit musty/kitty-smell (again, allergies!) when we entered but that was a quick fix with opened windows! Overall, we loved it here and would definitely recommend it!

Overall the property is nice. The bed in the Master Bedroom is not very comfortable -- too hard and you can't see the television over the foot rail. Also, there is very minimal drawer space in the Master bedroom.

You should mention the hummingbird gardens! we were delighted to discover and fascinated to watch as they came in droves to visit the gardens at the back of the house every morning and evening! Got great photos. Kelly was super responsive- we called one day for wood at about 2 in the afternoon; it was at our patio for a fire that evening! Really great personal service.
