This rental located in Jefferson City was wonderful it was well maintained, clean and ready for guest. We are seniors and found the parking close to the unit and no stairs were a plus. If someone has difficulty with stairs this rental would be perfect.

Clean, comfortable and quiet!
Great house - clean, comfortable, and quiet. Allowed us to stay with our dogs and it was a great home-away-from-home. Location was easy to get to, only a few minutes from plenty of restaurants, etc. in town.

The place was clean. Everything worked. I did at one point have someone come in my room and try to tell me that he had rented the place. There was an obvious miscommunication somewhere. It was worked out and our stay was nice.

This was the PERFECT place to stay to visit the area. Access to amenities is easy and right up the road, though beware the 30 MPH road coming in from Walmart (we got a ticket the last day there... ugh). The home is lovely and provides all a visitor could hope for-- exceeds standards of hotels! Everything was ready for use; the bedrooms beautiful and comfortable. Everything is tastefully decorated and towels were fluffy! We appreciated having yard space for our girls to explore and pick dandelions while we weren't out running around. The biggest hidden gem is the old barn visible from the driveway just up the street! I just LOVE all the old wooden barns of Tennessee, and this one within sight of the property is something worth mentioning. I went for a walk in the morning and saw the sun rise over rolling green hills with farm houses strewn throughout the landscape. I stopped and watched a pair of geese honk at me while they paddled through a pond of rainwater with their two goslings. This is a true retreat, and the host is just wonderful.

Nice and comfortable place
Easy to check in and check out - convenient to places we wanted to go. Would have liked to have a grill to cookout but other than that place was well stocked with many extras.

Weekend Stay
This property was perfect for a weekend getaway. I was visiting town and it provided everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Easy check in and check out and no problem at all. I would stay again.

Great customer service.
After an issue with the initial rented home, the owner/manager promptly resolved the problem and let us move to another home. Much better!

Cleanliness can be improved
Nice little semi updated property in a quiet neighborhood. The landscaping looks that of an abandoned property. We noticed several cleanliness misses. Sent the owner and email and pictures, didn't seemed too concerned so we didn't bother him with the others. Very short stay for us, I was glad to be leaving, I am a stickler with cleanliness and details. This place missed the mark. If the owner is paying someone to clean he's getting ripped off. Cookie crumbs, full cookies under the sofa cushions, hair on the sheets, spider webs and spiders in almost every corner, the floor was in need of a serious scrubbing, I could go on. Could be a real nice place with minor TLC.

Cute place
This place was cute and modernly decorated. Beds anf couch were snuggy. Everything smelled freshly washed. Place had everything we needed and a few special touches that were appreciated e. g. coffee and creamer to start with. We'd come back!

Nice little place, near C-N Univ and town
We were there only overnight, for graduation, but were comfortable and had everything we needed. Nicely decorated and furnished. Easy to find, ok neighborhood.
Just an FYI- there were ants in the kitchen, on the counter.

Nice place and value
Nice updated cottage. The owner had excellent communication and service for us. Had 2 small issues, but they were minimal and were addressed in timely fashion. Location is convenient to Morristown, Jefferson City and fairly close to Pigeon Forge and Knoxville. The value from what we researched was untouchable. Would stay here again.

Nicely decorated and very comfortable
Picked this listing for an overnight stay to break up a 22 hour drive to Florida. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice this place is decorated. Everything from booking to checking out was smooth. Great wifi and password easy to find. We enjoyed making dinner here, nice quality cooking items. We enjoyed relaxing in the living space. The couch was awesome. Everything was sparkling clean. I will stay here again!

Great place and convenient to alot of places. Will stay again.
Quiet there for resting. All the comfort of home

The house is nicely appointed
I reserved this location while my daughter, dog and I were waiting to close on our new home. Due to the size, we decided to leave after one night as it just was not big enough for all of us for an entire week. I did notify that we were departing but never heard back.

Great Experience
Booked this cozy 2 bedroom for my son and his fiance (who traveled to East TN for their wedding). It was very clean, decorated well and appears to have been recently remodeled. They were very pleased with the unit and enjoyed their stay. The owner made it very easy to check in and out, and was quick to reply whenever we had a question. All in all, it was a great experience.
