Great location for working at Lyceum Theatre, close to retail park and town centre. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again!

Room was really nice. Overall a good experience.
The shower was clean but a bit run down and I had issues getting hot water.
6.0
was spacious and comfortable and exactly as described online.
Blinds were quite broken and didn’t really
block the light. I’d take an eye mask.

Location clean and tidy
If it had not been for a resident returning from work i would not have been able to get in. No message received and no one answering phone. Not.good enough and worrying cos i was travelling alone. Thank god he was able to help. No info displayed. On taxi services or bus timetables etc

bed was not as comfy as previous visits

Good comfortable bedding, good facilities in regard to the shower, kitchenette in the room, and the shared kitchen facilities. Close to the town centre, and retail park which was great for food/toiletry shopping needs. Good quality wifi, was able to game whilst there with only occasional hiccups which for a shared house wifi is really amazing :)
Initially had an issue with the downstairs washing machine, however this was resolved by the next week which I was happy with. This is a very minor criticism, but there was no can opener available xD.

Everything was perfect.

Shower facilities were ok
Fridge in room was suitable
Kitchen was ok
TV was ok
The mattress was very uncomfortable but even worse the bed was DIRTY, and it was clear on arrival that the cleaners did not put fresh linen on the bed. The mattress protector appeared to have been there for the last 100 years as it was full of stains, dirty and ripped all over. There was no one available to change the bed linen on the same day even though they were informed early enough in the day. IF YOU ARE PROVIDING THIS TYPE OF SERVICE SURELY YOU WOULD HAVE THE SENSE TO KNOW THAT THIS TYPE OF VISITOR/GUEST WOULD EXPECT A CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE BED. THIS WAS NOT GIVEN PRIORITY AND IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN AS THE WHOLE POINT OF THE STAY IS AN OVERNIGHT STAY SO WHY WOULD THE BED FACILITIES NOT BE ADEQUATE ENOUGH - FOR £50 QUID A NIGHT SURELY YOU CAN AFFORD A CLEAN AND DECENT MATTRESS COVER AND BED LINEN - THE PILLOWS WERE EQUALLY DIRTY WITH OLD PILLOWCASES.

Very clean. Great location. Good facilities. Not noisy. Good value.
Room got quite hot. Bed did not suit my partner as he is 6ft.

Exactly as described.

Modern with good shared kitchen facilities. Great to have a reasonable sized fridge in the room too.
Could possibly do with air conditioning, but I was there for the hottest few days of the year (July 2022).

Everything was clean and comfortable, the room was spacious and all facilities were provided.
The painter in the first morn disturbed us a little when we were tired from travelling as the blinds were a little broken so we were conscious he could see in, he wasn't looking but seeing as you asked I will mention.
7.0
Room was a good size, good location 7 mins walk from Crewe Train, 3 mins Taxi, near to shops and supermarkets, restaurants, own kitchenette and communal area, TV, wifi.
Bathroom/shower was clean, Bedding and carpet a bit grubby didn’t smell fresh/clean. Was on the ground floor unable to sleep with the window open due to the fact it can open wide enough for some to climb in.
8.0
Decor and cleanliness
I was cold despite heater
6.0
The bedrooms are comfortable, well equipped and clean. The location is good, close to the centre of Crewe and a decent pub!
It's like staying in a student halls of residence. Aparthotel and luxury accomodation it is not. The shared kitchens had either smelly or overflowing bins and weren't cleaned regularly if at all
8.0
Was nice and clean had what I was looking for fridge and microwave.
Shower cold and hot water control isn't great it's either freezing or boiling you alive . Need a better temp control system for it but other than that was very good
7.0
Good location, next to restaurants where you can order takeaway, shopping center. Not far from the station if you want to go to Liverpool, Manchester or Chester. There is a refrigerator with a freezer and a microwave. Possibility to make tea and coffee.
Poor sound insulation. Small window overlooking the bins and smoking area. We ran out of toilet paper and the roll was not new on arrival. The hosts replied that they had to buy it themselves. We bought and left for the next guests. However, this detail spoils the impression.ression.
