Le paysage, le personnel et l’environnement apaisant

The breakfast was terrible!!! Really very low profile. For some pieces of meat I had to pay 340 extra. This is a real shame!!
I did not like the room, all super basic! I could even look through the walls to outside!!
The view amazing, the staff top, but the breakfast and the room, pfff

Absolutely beautiful hotel and staff are absolutely amazing.
Being in the jungle there are lots of bugs etc but staff are happy to help you out!

Views were nice
The rooms stink of mold. Poorly built. Rotting structure. No running water in room
AC didn’t work correctly
Nothing like the photos. Needs a lot of work

The environment is really nice to relax. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The service was not as expected. The hotel is really far from the pictures, it requires maintenance. Bathroom doesn’t have glasses on the windows and if rains or it’s windy it is quite uncomfortable to take a shower.
The menu on the restaurant is nothing special, it’s ok but, if you are taking the food in your terrace, they don’t come to pick up the plates until you order again. I would suggest to pick up after finish it to avoid insects or ants coming as the environment is quite wild.

The best thing about this place is it’s staff. Amazing service, and very responsive and respectful. If you’re someone looking for a peaceful, quiet place to enjoy with your loved one/s, this is the place for you. The views are amazing specially in the early morning. The price is also very reasonable. We’ll be going back for sure.
Its quiet but could be very quiet. It would be nice to have some mellow music in the background (for example at the bar or at the dining area) for guests/couples to enjoy. Not a big deal, but definitely something that could add value to the place.

This is my first time exploring Camiguin. The staff made me feel so welcome and so attentive to my needs. I came here to relax and this place is so relaxing. This is a few minutes from the town but worth the drive uphill with my motorcycle. It was easy to find and the staff did assist me with my rental. They provided me a brand-new motorcycle which I appreciate so much. I did a lot of hikes and enjoyed the scenery.
The pool view was fantastic and enjoyed theer new bar. Very helpful staff and what made it work is being a remote worker knowing that they have a Starlink I feel at ease. I would come back for another adventure. The food was decent. I tried their local food surol it was tasty.
Not much.

Relaxing outdoor area, cool breeze
Facilities are outdated, heater is not working, water for bath is ice cold, no room service, no amenity kit, no service, no concierge at night, beakfast is so-so,
Food is a bit expensive.
We spent 1,200 pesos for a multicab everytime we want to go down to the town.

The breakfast was alright :-)
We didn't like that everytime we need something we have to get down to your reception area which is a little bit a distance from our villa, it could have been better if you can provide a means of communication like an intercom. The toilet area is a bit of a problem because it flooded a couple of times in the 3 days that we stayed.

Everything was absolutely amazing! I asked my girlfriend if 1.5 years to be my wife right there on the balcony next to our private pool in a rainstorm. I will never forget this location. Thank you for the amazing service. The staff was extremely accommodating!
The only things I would recommend is the option to heat the private pool as it is small so it would be nice to have the option, and have candles available for a romantic evening. Other then that it was absolutely perfect.

The place is nice for people wants to have peaceful area and away from the city. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Comfort room is big and nice.
The location is too far from the city and they don’t have free service even just for for pickup and drop off when checked in and checked out which should be provided. They have service but with fee (600-1200/ one way)
Lots of bugs and mosquito. The bed; i don’t know but both me and my husband experienced back pain.. I think coffee is not too expensive as free for the customer.

the landscape is incredible, great place for photos, the rooms are clean, the food is excellent.
Not a place for relaxing : it's as noisy as the city center, first night next to the hotel karaoke, which ended around 8 p.m., in the morning the song of chicken of the neighbors. But above all the rooms are not isolated and the workers start talking at 5 a.m. behind the rooms. In addition, the neighbors put the music on at 5:30 a.m. on their terraces up next to ours. No one from the staff asked them to cut it. In the evening I ask the staff to kindly ask other customers not to put on music, they asked me to do it myself, surper customer service.
Access by scooter is not at all practical as well as to get to the car park. Once you enter the first road that accesses the hotel, had goods concretes but if you miss it you risk damaging the scooter badly.
Then I will end on the fact that the staff is friendly except when they push you to ltake the dinner order at 6 p.m. The sun sets is at 6 p.m. you want to take your time, especially when you come back from a big day of activity you are tired and you want to relax.

same as photos shown, beautiful place, sweet house!will come back in one day

Excellent staff that goes out of their way to accommodate guests needs, good breakfast, great views and good atmosphere
This is not so much a negative comment of the hotel, but just a reminder that when booking shuttles and tours these may be higher priced than if you book on your own (especially if you get a scooter to get around), in other words, the prices offered by locals at the Airport is much better,,,,,Need to even out the driveway so novice scooter riders like me won't have such a hard time.

the resort is clean and quiet.. very relaxing perfect for a quick city getaway..would love to come back here soon...
