The Dragonfly at PK is a lake house on a 1 acre waterfront lot. Featuring an on property beach, covered boat / fishing dock, large porches and an outdoor cooking pavilion / Lanai. The house has a modern interior with great open space to relax or entertain. A great house for a romantic weekend getaway, a family retreat, guys or girls weekend or just a nice place to stay for fishermen. The boat ramp is next to the property. we had an amazing time just slowing life down and unwinding! We definitely would stay here again. It was perfect for our kids to just get in the water. We had breakfast outside every morning it was peaceful and perfect!

The DragonFly was all it advertised and more. More than enough necessities such as toilet paper and detergents! The entire front and back yards were carpets of lush St. Augustine grass. Lots of shade trees. Great for fishing, but, not so much for playing in the water. Highly recommend.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the The Dragonfly! We will definitely stay there again for our annual family lake vacation! It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and the dock was perfect!!

We loved the property! The large grassy lawn area between the house and the lake was a perfect place for play/games. The walk in shallow area was just right for our little ones. Having the boat right there at the stall allowed for easy use throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the outdoor griddle for making meals. It really was a great family place and met all our expectations!

This beautiful house on the water provided a relaxing getaway for our family. Comfortably slept 6 of us. Very clean house, nice yard and outdoor area with a beach for swimming and a dock for our boat. It was perfect! We'll be back!

This is a manufactured home with a modern interior, great use of space on a large lot with plenty of outdoor living to enjoy. Electronic shades on the back deck shield bugs and the heat as well as give a little privacy. The dock was perfect to park our boat. The fishing is decent on the dock, but the water is very low. Once on the lake, the fishing and boating were superb. We loved staying at the dragonfly home, made great memories with family and look forward to coming back again!

We visit this property as often as we can. Perfect spot on the lake, beautiful property and sunsets!! If we are going to PK, and this house is available, this is where we stay. Every time we go the host has added or updated something :). Our fur baby loves the huge yard (with no stickers).

We had the best time at this lake house. The house is extremely clean, well equipped and very well taken care of. The lake is beautiful, neighbors are great and it’s dog friendly! What a Great Lake House!

The whole family thought the place was just outstanding. It's beautiful, well-kept, and has all the amenities one would need. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is large and we-equipped, great a/c, lot's of TV options, and amazing views! When we weren't in the boat, the kids spent most of their time swimming, kayaking, or just hanging out on the dock. What a great place for making family memories.

My siblings and I with our spouses rented the property for a family get away. We loved the place. We were right on the water with our own dock. The kitchen had all of the appliances and utensils to cook whatever we wanted. The views were spectacular and we saw some amazing sunsets. The hosts were great and responded very quickly to any questions that we had.

Wow - I can’t say enough great things about this lake house and the owners. The place is beautifully, lake is beautiful and the neighbors are all friendly too. The owner was quick to respond to our curious questions and we will definitely be back. The cows strolling on the roads, beautiful yard and dog friendly haven, and lots of games to entertain everyone. Our kids even played with the neighbor’s kids. It has a modern rustic appeal and all the comforts.

If we are going to PK and this place is available.....this is where we stay!!! The outside seating and yard is beautiful, my favorite spot to be. Chris has put an enormous amount of time and effort to make this place welcoming and amazing. The dock is perfect for the boat and being able to walk into the water and swim or float is so enjoyable. The house has all the essentials you need and plenty of extras you do no expect to have. This place is the perfect escape from our hectic life!!

We enjoyed our long weekend so much! The AC was great, beds really comfortable, access to owner was quick, flat top grill was so fun to cook on, back porch was amazing, dock so accessible. We will definitely coming back. Can’t recommend this property enough

Our favorite part of this stay is the backyard. We had plenty of room to spread out, many amenities, and of course, the lake! The neighborhood didn't have much to look at but it was quiet and people were friendly.
