Larger groups of up to 16 can hire this recently renovated semi-detached chalet with it's sister chalet, Chalet Lydie. Combined the two 4-star properties have 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 200m2 of floor space. Both Chalet de Paul et Marie and Chalet Lydie have Cool for kids status, meaning they have lots of extra equipment, much appreciated by families holidaying with young children.
Guests staying in both chalets love the decor, layout, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and new bathrooms. The owners put a great deal of thought, effort, care and attention into providing all that their guests might require to enjoy a peaceful, calm holiday.
Nature lovers will be happy - the chalet overlooks a meadow below and is surrounded by trees and mountains, with walks from the front door, wildlife over the threshold and spectacular Alpine views.

Superbe chalet, confortable bien équipé. Bien situé, avec une vue magnifique, et au calme. Proche du col de croix Fry c'était parfait. Nous avons eu la visite de chevreuils! Nous sommes super contents de notre séjour et espérons revenir bientôt!

Nature et détente
Accueillis par Sophie, souriante et agréable. Le chalet en bois est situé en pleine nature. Devant le chalet, un grand espace vert, sans route, très sécurisant, les enfants peuvent jouer sans danger. Les enfants ont adoré le jeu de raquette avec la balle accrochée à un fil. Nous avions emmené 2 chiens, ce fut un régale pour eux, comme pour nous, ils ont pu gambader à leur guise !
La déco est sobre et dans le thème montagnard (bois, peaux de bêtes...). On s'y sens bien. Et la vue du balcon est magnifique !

Plein de charme
La propriété Paul et Marie est un superbe chalet avec des vues magnifiques. On a passé une semaine ensoleillée chalet bien situé au sud ! Le soleil est rentré toute la semaine à l'intérieur et la navette a proximité au bout du chemin d'accès était très pratique. d'ailleurs car on accède au logement par un chemin assez large puis on arrive au chalet où on est coupés du monde au niveau bruit et visuel ... Que du bonheur !

Vues et emplacement exceptionnel
Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire au chalet cet hiver. Nous avons adoré voir les enfants jouer dans la neige, faire de la luge et profiter du cadre exceptionnel. Nous reviendrons très prochainement.

Séjour très bien organisé, réponse immédiate et un paiement sécurisé. Sophie la manager, au top ! Elle s'occupe très bien de sa location. Quand on arrive on trouve toujours que tout est impeccable. On a l'impression nous sommes les premiers. Merci aussi pour le cadeau d'accueil. L'emplacement du chalet est vraiment idéal avec du soleil toute la journée et une vue magnifique comme vis a vis.

Superbe endroit aux vues magnifiques
Tout est impeccable dans ce chalet: la propreté, le confort, l'équipement (que ce soit en ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle, linge et serviettes). Les infos avant notre arrivée sont très complètes, l'accueil par Nathalie très pro. C'était au-delà de ce que l'on envisageait, avec en prime une vue magnifique, de la neige et du soleil... Le pain et les croissants livrés à domicile, c'est très appréciable ! On peut même se faire livrer les repas si on veut. ... Pour sûr, c'est un beau chalet, abordable, avec tout le confort, la vue, et la proximité immédiate des remontées (quant elles fonctionneront). Si en plus le jacuzzi est prévu, alors là...

Chalet tout confort, et service cinq étoiles !
Chalet très chaleureux, confortable, spacieux et très bien équipé. Tout y est pensé pour le plaisir et le confort des hôtes. Idéalement situé pour se reposer et profiter de la vue magnifique sur la montage enneigée. Souvent il y a un décalage entre les photos sur le site et le réel, mais dans ce cas, c'était bien la réalité ! Tout le chalet était propre et bien rangé. Sophie la manager a été top. Très serviable, à l'écoute, elle nous a bien tout expliqué. Elle a indéniablement le sens du service aussi bien à notre arrivée qu'à notre départ. Nous avions donné 6 H 30 comme heure de départ, et elle était présente, nous a aidé à déneiger et est même intervenue pour faire passer la déneigeuse sur le chemin jusqu'au chalet. Sans cela, nous ne pouvions pas partir. Un immense merci à elle.

Un endroit parfait pour randonner, et pour se reposer. Sophie la manager est toujours disponible, arrangeante et souriante, et nous a toujours donné les quelques conseils qui facilitent le séjour.

Chalet aux belles prestations
Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans le chalet de Marie et Paul. Le chalet en lui même est cosy et très bien équipé. L'environnement du chalet est calme et à proximité de tout. Et les animaux sont acceptés ce qui devient rare!

The house is beautiful.
May be smaller than it looks in the picture but very high quality construction and well maintained.
Location is amazing, very peaceful and wonderful views.
However, we cannot say we had an amazing experience due to mainly Hot water issues.
2 of the 3 nights we did not have hot water on arrival which made it very complicated having

Superbe chalet sur les hauteurs de Manigod. Facile à trouver, en contrebas de la route et au calme. La vue est à couper le souffle et la proximité des pistes est très appréciable. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Great views of the valley
Very nice chalet, clean, spacious and well equipped. Great views and lovely walks around the area. Its a long way up to the Chalet (1400m altitude) so don't be surprised if its hot down in Annecy but cool near the top at the Chalet. It is right among the ski lifts and summer walking paths. Manigod is very small but Thones has pretty much all you need. La Clusaz is over the hill and has more cafes and restaurants. Annecy is about 20 minutes away.

Chalet spacieux, moderne et très propre avec une vue hors du commun sur la vallée.
Petite surprise à notre arrivée : un petit filet garni avec confiture bio du pays, du vin rouge et un pâté !!
La vue depuis le chalet est vraiment incroyable et il y règne un grand calme.
La proximité de la station familiale de Manigod est agréable. Et le secteur de Balme est le paradis du freeride.
Chaînes vivement conseillées par temps neigeux.
Nous avons adoré notre séjour : on reviendra c’est sûr !!!

Location idéale pour vacances en famille avec animaux
Demi-chalet confortable et joliment aménagé, en fin de chemin pentu, idéal pour les vacances de nos deux chiennes borders et de notre famille.
Les " plus " : une vue dégagée et ensoleillée sur la montagne et le calme.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la variété des activités : raquettes, ski de fond, ski de piste, ski de randonnée...
Seul bémol : le chemin d'accès était verglacé.
Merci à Sophie pour son accueil, les services mis en place et sa disponibilité.

Semaine très agréable
Votre chalet est très agréable à vivre, avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour qu'on s'y sente bien, une superbe vue quand le temps est dégagé (nous avons eu cette chance!). Les pièces sont claires, et nous avons pu profiter des très belles salles de bains. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil par Sophie la manager. La descente au chalet (déneigée mais gelée en dessous) a relevé du défi et nous avons garé la voiture en haut toute la semaine. Mais nous avons quand même passé une semaine très agréable en famille avec de très bonnes soirées jeux au coin du feu !

Everything was perfect. We really enjoyed the area even if there was not much snow for skiing. It is a good spot for short and long walks.

Perfect location
Close to slopes and easy to access. Perfect view. The parking spot was full of snow when we arrived and owner of chalet came and cleaned all snow even the road in front of the chalet. He was very kind and helpful.

Nous avons effectivement passé un excellent séjour dans votre magnifique chalet. Nous souhaitions du calme, du repos et une vue imprenable: ce fut chose faite. Nous avons été comblé, le temps étant de la partie. D'autre part, la propreté et la qualité de l'équipement de cet appartement est irréprochable. L'accueil par Sophie a été de qualité. Une seule petite remarque indépendante de votre bonne volonté, le dépôt des ordures ménagères est contraignant car il n'existe pas de lieu adéquat à proximité. Félicitations et bonne saison. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir chez vous.

Well appointed with fabulous views!
Chalet de Paul et Marie is a beautifully appointed chalet with fabulous views across the Manigod valley. It is well placed for accessing the ski runs at La Croix Fry, where ski hire is readily available, and there are well marked trails for those who prefer to snow shoe. An excellent local restaurant is within walking distance(Les Sapins). The delighful village of La Clusaz with its cafes and shops was only a bus ride away, ensuring that all our party were happy!

A real touch of class!
What a special treat this chalet was! Perfectly turned out and equipped. We spent a wonderful week here and all 8 of us were very comfortable. The view from the balcony is spectacular. We travelled to Merdassier each morning by bus for ski school and the area is breathtaking! We'd return in a heart beat.
