Chalet Les Houlottes is a comfortable, functional and spacious chalet. The spacious ground floor TV/ games room space and general layout make Chalet Les Houlottes a great choice for extended families wanting to share precious family time, two families sharing or a group of friends.
The games room features table tennis, TV, X-box and comfy sofas - the kids can take over the ground floor while the adults relax around the fireplace in the first floor lounge. Perfect!
With a bathroom on each of the top two floors and wc on each floor. Younger children will enjoy the cosy triple bedroom - cable car included (see photos).
The compact kitchen and bathrooms are the most recently renovated indoor areas at the chalet.
Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included.
Please note the drive is quite short and steep. Even when cleared of snow you may prefer to park your car at the bottom of the drive and walk up (approx. 20m). Although the property accepts 3 babies on top of the total capacity, please note that there is only 1 baby cot and 1 high chair available.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
We accept a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

Wonderful place for a relaxing holiday. We enjoyed being out of the way but within 30minute drive to everything we wanted to see such as Lake Annecy. Would highly recommend and would love to come back again at some point!

The chalet is very comfortable with lovely finishes. It has everything you need. Arrival was easy (we arrived late at night and the manager had put lights on for us which was super helpful and welcoming) and everything is lovely. Manigod is perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet. We'd love to go back.

The property is exactly as described. A few minutes drive outside of the small-town centre. Pitch black in the evenings and only the sounds of nature. Great sunsets. My 11 year old loved the games room. We were happy to escape the heat of the coast to the idyllic alpine countryside...

Excellent séjour dans un chalet très bien situé et très bien aménagé par ses propriétaires. On apprécie tout le confort et la personnalisation de la décoration. Toute la famille a beaucoup apprécié la table de Ping pong. Et quelle vue !

Totalement conforme à la description !!
Le chalet Les Houlottes est très bien situé sur les hauteurs du village de Manigod dont la station Croix Fry est à 15 mn en voiture. Parfait pour les départs pour la journée. La voiture est nécessaire car le chalet est éloigné du village. Très chouette disposition du chalet avec sa salle de jeu en bas, son sas à ski et son salon autour de la cheminée. Nous avons passé un très chouette séjour malgré la fermeture des remontées mécaniques.
Steve le manager était présent pour nous accueillir et nous donner les explications sur le chalet ; le dépôt des clés pour l'heure de départ simplifie tout.

Fonctionnel. Très spacieux. Vue magnifique
Tout à fait conforme à la présentation donnée sur le site, et à nos attentes. L'emplacement est très bien avec une vue panoramique sur les montagnes et une exposition sud (lever et coucher du soleil en prime). Les équipements sont très bien et de bonne qualité. Le chalet est très spacieux et confortable. La salle de jeux est idéale quand on a des adolescents. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour avec la neige arrivée pour Noël, des soirées au coin du feu et de grands de moments de partage en famille. Merci à Steve pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et ses explications.

Un chalet au top, une vue magnifique, un calme absolu. Le coin a un charme fou (l'été en ce qui nous concerne). Entre montagne et lac, pas le temps de s'ennuyer... et même les orages sont magnifiques ! Merci à Steve le manager pour son accueil.

Confortable et spacieux pour un séjour en famille
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine aux Houlottes. Le chalet a tout l'équipement nécessaire pour des vacances confortables, une bonne literie, un grand espace pour les ados/enfants avec salon TV, table de ping-pong et jeux. Belle vue sur la vallée de Manigod et terrasse où l'on peut diner en famille. Au calme à moins de 2 km du village et près de nombreux sentiers de promenades. Très propre. Bonne communication avec le gérant.

Chalet très bien situé et très bien équipé
Très beau chalet , aménagement fonctionnel. Très bonne idée d'avoir installé un grand banc dans l'entrée. On se déchausse confortablement, toutes les vestes trouvent un crochet et grâce au chauffage par le sol, le lendemain les chaussures sont sèches et tièdes . Les salles de bain sont modernes et bien chauffées. Petit bémol : le salon manque un peu d'éclairage et la chambre du 1er est un peu pauvre en rangements. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

chalet bien equipé et aménagé ,l'accès par temps neigeux est très compliqué compte tenu de la pente
nous sommes un peu déçu car l'annonce ,précisait que le chalet était à 6 kms
du centre de la clusaz , alors qu'il fallait faire 15 kms ,à la base c'était notre critère de
sélection.

Séjour au calme dans un très joli chalet
Très joli logement dans un cadre enchanteur. Tout correspondait à ce qui était annoncé sur le site. Habitation bien équipée, confortable, joliment décorée et typique des constructions locales. Beaucoup de plaisir à côtoyer les habitants de la région, très abordables. De nombreuses possibilités de randonnées (de tous niveaux) dans la région.
Nous avons bien apprécié les trois niveaux du chalet avec un grand espace à l'entrée. Cuisine et salon sont agréables et paisibles. Situation générale très calme et reposante, avec de beaux troupeaux de vaches passant sous nos fenêtres.

Super chalet nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le seul petit souci le plancher du 2ème étage craque et dans la nuit ou sur le matin réveille tout monde c'est vraiment dommage !

Chalet très lumineux avec une vue remarquable sur la vallée de Manigod. Cheminée, baignoire, barbecue et de nombreux jeux de société pour passer de bonnes vacances. De nombreuses randonnées à faire dans le coin. On reviendra!

Houlottes is a nice chalet, with cozy space, traditional yet modern.
We especially liked the downstairs TV/game room.
We loved the area. We've stayed in the Flumet area before and we really prefered Manigod and its surroundings,in particular the Croix-Fry station.

Loved our stay.
Well equipped, charming property with stunning outlook. It's a lovely and quiet location but within good reach of surrounding villages. There was plenty of accommodation for our party of 6 adults and the table tennis was a bonus and in constant use. The weather was superb and the scenery spectacular.

Skiing great, chalet great, everyone happy!
We had a really super holiday at Les Houlottes. You can tell it is a loved chalet. After a long day skiing, to sit by the fire with a book was a dream! I'd like to have stayed until I had finished reading all the books. I like how the telly is in the playroom and not in the sitting room. The beds were comfy and we slept very well as it was so quiet at night. I would love to see it in the spring. Also we liked to be able to bring our dogs. Thank you.

The children's rooms are lovely !
Also the TV room is great. The chalet was warm and comfortable with plenty of hot water, ideal after skiing. The snow was great and we loved the restaurant of Marie-Ange Veyrat.
