4 The Old Smithy is a modern contemporary semi-detached house in Freshwater, Isle of Wight. It holds three bedrooms including a king-size double, a double and a single, it also has a family bathroom, this house can sleep up to six people. It has a kitchen diner and a sitting room with patio doors leading to a patio with furniture and a barbecue and a lawned area. Situated in a bustling area of the Isle of Wight with so much going on, a magnificent stay.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, DAB radio, Playstation 3, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot. Off road parking. Lockable bike storage. Patio garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub and shop 3 mins walk. Beach 1 mile. Note: No Stag/Hen or similar.
Region: The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walkers paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.

Freshwater village offers a selection of independent shops, cafes and the West Wight Sports Centre and Indoor Swimming Pool. The high cliffs, rolling downs and beaches at Freshwater Bay and nearby Compton Bay attract many visitors and surfers all year round. The renowned Freshwater Bay Golf Club, which overlooks the English Channel has coastal sea views from most tees and offers a day out for golfers of all abilities, whilst the area is a haven for birdwatchers, cyclists and walkers with walks to be enjoyed not only on West Wight but across the entire Isle of Wight criss-crossing over a much varied island landscape.
