This second-floor, sun-filled condo offers a well-equipped kitchen, free WiFi, and TV. The community also offers barbecue pits, picnic areas, a playground, tennis, volleyball, basketball, and shuffleboard courts. You'll also have access to shared laundry facilities for even more convenience!

We're excited to inform you that this unit utilizes a comfortable style of bed-making known as Triple Sheeting. Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels worldwide. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally, a decorative top sheet. Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the amount of beds available.
This complex is currently under construction to repair damage from Hurricane Harvey. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The location and property was perfect! We came during the tropical storm and got lucky where we stayed, only down fall was the property itself, they closed down the pool 2 days during storm, so we stayed somewhere else another day since the other property pool was open.

It was very comfortable. They do need to change out the pans as one was rusty and the oven needed to be cleaned. But even with that I would stay again.

My friends and I were on a girls trip. We were thrilled to see this condo. Two bedrooms with 2 baths! It was decorated so nice. It was the perfect location, so close to the beach. We are planning on going back to stay there again.

Clean, very comfortable, well-equipped and quiet. Enjoyed the balcony and living room area to chat with cousins who also gathered. Very close to restaurants and birding spot. Nice fall getaway.

Perfect location, adorable beach decor and perfect for the family get away. We enjoyed to short lovely walk to the beach, the quiet neighborhood during the night and the amenities of the property. We will try it again during the summer!

Overall very comfortable for our family. No batteries in the TV remotes or instructions on how to use the TV was a little inconvient but we worked on a puzzle instead, only the children were dissappoint as they were to young to work on a puzzle

Everything was clean and fresh - there weren’t enough towels and no bedding for the sofa bed, but when we let the management know, they eagerly brought more towels and linens. You can’t beat the location - we had a great experience.

The house is beautiful and so is the view. We did get a little worried from seeing bugs the first night but we just kept all the food in the fridge to be safe. Other than that it was a great experience. Better than an average hotel for sure!

This property is NOT beach front. Beach access is a better term. Dirty wash cloth behind bathroom door and return air grate as well as windows were filthy. Refrigerator smelled of fish. Grounds were nice and pools clean.

Loved the actual location and condo was nice. However, the pull out bed was disgusting. There were bugs and stains on the sheets. We did not use the pull out couch for that reasons the floor was cleaner than the bed could ever be.

My husband tends to be picky about places he stays and being from Corpus Christi, I thought for sure he would have said "we should have stayed..." but he didn't! He said multiple times how nice the place was. The colors of the room were VERY calming (unlike other places we have stayed), the beds were comfortable, the place was clean, perfect setting to watch the sunrise and set. Every morning, my girls and I enjoy taking in the sunrise on the way to school, we woke up early to do the same here and it was a memory I hope they enjoyed. The pool was nice for the kids to play in while we BBQ'd dinner after a day at the beach, which was less than a 5 minute walk from our door! I can't say enough about this place, we will be back! The ONLY down falls... there was a tiny cockroach we saw as we were leaving (no bother to us since we were near water and expected to see at least one) and there was no water pressure in the kitchen sink. Also, we had to call a maintenance guy to come fix our door handle because the screws came out (odd!!). He came out within 30 minutes and we were on the way to the beach! None of these things would stop me from coming back!!!!

What a great weekend with a clean, convenient and cozy stay. The accommodations and all that came with the condo meant we were able to bring less to enjoy our weekend here. The communication with the VACASA team made our transition easy. Thank you.

We had issues from the moment we opened the door. The condo was not clean at all, and the "shared laundry" is actually coin operated laundry located across the parking lot. Notified management on monday night, tuesday I visited the office ( the HOA lady was super helpful), she notified the GM of vacasa and also the owner of the condo. We had a new cleaning crew onsite wednesday afternoon to deep clean the condo. For the money it was ok, would we stay in this location again, probably not.

Awesome location with easy access to beach. Drawbacks were 1. Coffee maker missing parts 2. Laundry mat was across the way and only took quarters 3. Only 6 towels provided for 8 of us for a week! Condo was pretty clean definitely had some updates but still needs a few more ceiling tiles are a mess

This was a nice place to stay and great location. Walk down boardwalk to the beach or you can drive on to the beach and park in front of boardwalk to go back and forth to condo. The condo was dated and could use some updating. Cookware needs to be replaced.
