Uniquely located on top of Phanos Hill, some 160m. above sea level, which lies equidistantly between Ayia Napa and Protaras, the property enjoys a constant sea breeze and significantly lower humidity levels making the location of the villa a cool oasis in the summer heat.
The property offers many facilities
> Key exterior features: large private swimming pool (10 m x 5 m), covered terrace with sea view, spacious grass lawn area in the garden, kiosk with eating table, garden furniture (6 chairs, 6 sun beds and lounge), kitchen with a traditional Cypriot oven and a built barbecue, covered bathroom with toilets, sink and shower and covered parking. Depending of the seasons you can also eat the fruits from our trees.

1 bedroom with a large bunk beds (120 cm) and dressing room
small bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.
1st floor:
1 bedroom (2 single beds) with a large dressing room
1 master bedroom (king bed) with dressing table and a large dressing room
both of them with direct access to the furnished covered balcony with sea view, bathroom with bath.

! A Welcome book in English will help you to have the main practical information about the villa and Cyprus. As well as tourism publications in English, Greek, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Arabic
!! Due to the remote location of the villa atop of the hill, access to the property is possible only with a car or other motorized vehicle. Note that you will pass through about 1km of dirt road inside Cape Greco National Parc in order to get to the property. Taxi should not be considered on daily basis either.
No pub/restaurant/beach at walking distance.
No smoking villa
Included: all taxes, linen, towels, water, electricity up to 20 kwh/day extra will be charged 0.70 euros/kwh and pay at the check out
! For stay of 12 days or more, a mid-stay change of towels and linens is included to the price.
Not Included: Beach towels are not provided guests should bring their own, extra final cleaning service charged 50 euros
