The heat pump was on when we arrived which was much appreciated. The house was as described. Not much wood for wood stove but it was not as cold as we expected. Well equipped kitchen. Would be even nicer in summer or a sunnier weekend!

The house was very comfortable, warm and well laid out for 2 couples. Spacious living area with comfy chairs which is always good. The view was lovely only wish the weather had been better, can imagine it would be wonderful in the summer sitting on the deck overlooking the water.

We had a lovely stay at this bach. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck looking over the water. It was lovely and cosy with the fire and heat pump. So central to everything and we walked everywhere. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Great location but steep hill down to town.

The house is located up a short steep street from the main road, and we enjoyed sitting at the table on the front deck admiring the amazing view and soaking up the peace. Inside it’s more spacious than it looks from the outside with a big lounge and kitchen/diner with lots of access to the wraparound deck. We entertained 7 friends for lunch and a BBQ dinner on the Saturday and were impressed with the well equipped kitchen. We found the bed in the master bedroom a bit bouncy for a restful sleep, and the deck could do with some attention as raised nailheads made walking on it barefoot uncomfortable. Overall, however, we enjoyed our stay and felt it would be a great (and reasonably priced) place for two couples or two small families sharing.

Great wee roomy house. Bedding configuration excellent. Well set up; practical layout. Location very close to town. Decks on two sides, with sun umbrellas, were great for relaxing. Very quiet, with views of the harbour. Lovely.

We enjoyed our stay over Labour weekend. The view is great, the accommodation is comfortable and nice and close to the shops and cafes. It was very quiet with just the morning birdsong to wake up to. We were very impressed with the size of the quails that visited us during our stay! We suggest the instructions for the dishwasher be redone as they are very difficult to read. Also perhaps consider having Chromecast on the TV? Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely property.
