Take advantage of this newly constructed, hand-crafted cabin with two hot tubs that offers large gathering areas, tons of deck space and seating around the firepit, basketball, and pickleball courts, and large bunk rooms with games for the kids, and the clean fresh feeling of being at Bear Lake. This cabin has top-of-the-line finishes, with wooden beam accents, and is beautifully furnished and stocked with amenities. This home is perfect for large gatherings, family reunions, or company retreats. There is plenty of room for everyone with several gathering areas, spacious bedrooms, and full baths.
Have everyone gather in the sunny living area, which boasts a new, inviting Flexsteel sofa near one of the gas fireplaces. With the extra seating options and extremely soft texture, everyone can blissfully lounge and watch their favorite streaming service on the smart TV. The loft area is a bunk room with two futons, a pull-out couch, and plenty of sleeping space for the kiddos. One of the hot tubs sits eight people comfortably while the smaller hot tub is for the kids. Both hot tubs offer beautiful views of the lake. This charming cabin has been upgraded with a brand new dryer, freshly painted patio, new Purple mattresses for all the adult beds, a new sofa, and an upgraded pickleball court with a closed-in fence, newly painted lines, and a new net.
Eagle Feather Lookout is located just outside of Garden City with easy access to restaurants and shopping but also gives a secluded feel from the busy summer traffic. The marina is an eight-minute drive away and the ski resort is just over 15 minutes from the home.

This home has great sleeping space with excellent beds. while the open common space was not as big as I thought from the pictures, the outside deck space and the amenities provided plenty of space for my large family to play games, eat together and enjoy ourselves.

The view of Bear Lake from the deck was great. This is a very good house for a group of children of all ages, which is what we had. We played outside lawn games (in the garage when it was raining for a little while) and had a great time.

This home was clean, and exactly as advertised.
Comfortably handled our group of 20. We loved the ping pong table, and pickleball courts. The deck with multiple picnic tables made a great spot to eat as a group and had beautiful views. We were not able to get the TV's to work, but I'm not sure if the Internet was the issue or is we just didn't know how to cast to them.
We will be back in summer for sure. Probably every year for many years to come.

This was a beautiful home and location. Plenty of room for everyone. When we first arrived there was a problem with the lock and they were quick to help and get everything resolved. The view is amazing and we were so close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

We had a family reunion. We enjoyed our stay. The location was great with beautiful views. It was close enough to the beach to take a trip down but far enough away to have privacy and not bother neighbors. We used the pickleball and play room garage much of the time. There was plenty of room for sleeping. There were waiting times for the bathroom because there were so many of us and more towels would be appreciated. Biggest complaint would be no grassy area.The driveway and parking was all gravel and the spot that was advertised as grass was just a small area and full of weeds and super tall grass that needed to be cut. We could not play on it. We initially had a hard time unlocking the door but we eventually figure it out

This property shines in the summer, spring or fall, when your group wants to congregate outside on a huge deck. The common area and kitchen inside is on the smaller side for a huge group to stay inside. The hot tubs were welcome.

Great location!! Plenty of parking-even for our boat-but there is also a parking lot below, by dumpsters where boats can be parked.
Grandkids LOVED the garage playroom and the pickleball court to just run around on. Great firepit and hot TUBS with views of the lake.

The cabin was great; well equipped with ample space for our group of 30. The garage game area was a huge bonus and kept us entertained on a rainy day. We loved pickle ball and soaking in the hot tub. The deck was an awesome place to relax and enjoy the views. Overall a great experience.

We used this home for an large family weekend getaway and it was perfect! Each couple had their own bedroom and the littles were able to be in with their parents while the older kids were in the open space sleeping area. Easy access to the lake and plenty of things inside/outside this home to keep everyone entertained but not on top of each other. This home was perfect for gathering everyone together!

This clean and fully furnished property was perfect for our recent family reunion! There a variety of different bedrooms and sleeping arrangements, all with proximity to multiple bathrooms and showers. I love that there are so many different hangout spots both inside and outside. From the basement foosball table and garage game room, to the outdoor Pickleball court, fire pit, and two, yes TWO hot tubs, you’ll never want for things to do! The unobstructed view of Bear Lake is breathtaking and it’s only a quick trip into town to your milkshake stand of choice. This wasn’t the first place we’ve rented for a reunion in Bear Lake; but now that we’ve found it, we wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else!

We spent five days at the Eagle Feather Lookout and absolutely loved it. The cabin was immaculate and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone (ages 1-70). The littles especially loved the area in the garage with the toys and ping pong table. The teenagers loved having their own hang out areas and especially loved the basketball hoop and the beautiful hot tub. I loved watching the sunrise and being able to see the views of the lake. It was breathtaking. The location is close enough to everything but gives you peace and quiet as well. We loved eating out on the balcony which had plenty of seats for everyone. I have no negative comments except that I wish we had stayed longer!

The kids loved exploring and loved having the loft room upstairs. There were many areas to gather and plenty of chairs/tables. Loved the pickle ball court and game garage room! Definitely would stay again!!!

We were a 20 family member vacation and we were beyond comfortable in this house! It has everything we needed, plus!!
Lots of wild life around (deer, turkeys, ground squirrels, birds)

Great cabin
We had a great time at this cabin. A few minor issues. The couches are terrible!! But nice to have three areas to hang out. The heating system in this house was also terrible. It was warm in the main area, but would then make the master absolutely freezing!! Some of the bedrooms were hot, some were freezing. So that was hard. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed and the hot tub worked great!

Loved all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Wished the eating, gathering area on main floor was bigger. Lots of room to eat on deck, but there were so many hornets we could not use it. Saw several nests that needed to be sprayed. Loved the Pickleball court, hot tub and fire pit.

Nice location and pretty view, house itself is mediocre
The house is decent but finish work was just fair. The property is not landscaped at all, the driveway unpaved and hard for regular front-wheel drive vehicles to make it up without a head start. Dirt and dust everywhere due to the dirt/rock driveway. Pretty cramped to have 40 people there, but 25-30 would be reasonable. The main floor "gathering" area, kitchen and living room were tightly spaced and not possible to have everyone there at once unless half are standing. Definitely not even close to the level of what $2K/night should buy. Only one master is weird for a house this big. Should have at least 3-4, since obviously they are catering to multi-family gatherings.

Loved it!
We had 8 adults and 10 kids in our group and we all agree it’s one of our favorite vacations together! This is a beautiful, clean home with so much room! It was close to town and the lake. When we weren’t on the lake we were at the house having pickleball and ping pong tournaments! The kitchen was well stocked. There wasn’t cable or satellite TV but we were able to watch the Olympics by hooking up our phones. We hope to stay again in the future!

Perfect family place
The place is beautiful, clean & classy. Love that the master bedroom on main floor. Accommodated all 30 of us so well. Beautiful view of lake, and at first wished it was closer to lake but w the crowds of people it was more relaxing on the hill ! Kids played basketball. Adults talked, cooked and cleaned up. Rented pontoon boat and had a blast!!

The home was perfect for our family reunion. We had lots of room. It was clean and had everything you would need. The children & adults especially enjoyed the pickleball court, basketball court, & hot tub. The only negative was the ping pong table's support structure was broken and just put back together without fixing the missing parts so it collapsed the first time anyone touched it.
We would highly recommend this property and plan to go back in the future.

Everything was clean and exactly as mentioned. It did take me a minute to get the TV in the living room to work. And there are a few outlets in the kitchen that don’t have power. Maybe a little attention to those items would help! Overall, we loved it!

We loved the many bedrooms and the well-stocked kitchen--they had enough silverware and dishes for everyone!! Very comfortable beds, beautiful cabin with nice open kitchen/living/dining room. Nice decks. The housekeeper must have been snacking or distracted as we found a soda can and candy stuck on a sheet. Other than that, it was incredible!!! Thank you:)

Beautiful
I loved the view it was close enough for lake but far enough kids can’t walk there. I have little children with me on this trip and was worried someone drowning but it was perfect we load up daily and beach day. The house is spacious kitchen kinda small but enough room for all to sit around and eat I will definitely book every year if I can get a set week
