The hotel staff Mariam, David and the other staff are very kind & helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The location is walking distance from Republic Square, Cascade, Armenian National Opera and Ballet Theatre, Restaurants, and Groceries.

The stay not worth the price, as everything nowadays in Yerevan...

Location is great. I had a 1st floor near the reception room which turned out to be a mistake. Smiley staff at the desk but not really helpful.

The staff guy at the desk have decided to watch a movie on full volume at the middle of the night, literally woke me up at 4:30-5AM. I couldn't believe it! My day was ruined due to bad night sleep. What was he thinking??? I bet he was not thinking at all. Fist night stay, morning shower... wait, no hot water?? Staff said sorry, we have problems half of Yerevan has no water now. Ok, I took a hot shower in Holiday inn across the street at my friend's in 30 mins from that...

Очень удобное расположение отеля, самый цент города. Чисто в номере, каждый день уборка.

В ванной комнате были плохо закреплены предметы сантехники, держатели, зеркало, было страшно их трогать, чтоб не разбить. Под отелем проходит метро, слышно как едут поезда, в номере гул прям стоит. Хорошо, что поезда ходят не често) В номере было большая двуспальная кровать (это плюс) и одно одеяло, по размерам меньше ширины кровати (это минус). Нам было под одним небольшим одеялом спать не удобно.

Good option if you want to stay in the center for 1-2 nights

Location is nice - in the middle of the city with easy access to all the points of interest, cafes and restaurant. Staff was helpful, there was a room to keep your luggage for early checkin/late checkout. The room was clean and nice, although no actual window but they did a nice imitation

Check the location beforehand - it's just in the cinema building and the sign is quite small. On the ground floor you can feel the subway but we were tired and it did not disturb us.

Good location. Make sure you book the room on the third floor. Do not expect the street view.

Location and plaza in front of the place

Its the old movie theatre partially converted into the small hotel. Rooms are on the ground floor and third floor. Rooms are spacious, but ground floor you hear and feel the vibration from the subway line beneath the street. Make sure you book the rooms on the third floor

Nice place to see Yerevan!

The staff was very friendly and also the position was very good as well. The hotel is in a little but cute square with some bar to take somethink to drink.

The room was not so good to rest. There is the noise of the underground all day long.

It’s a great option if you’re traveling on budget! Great location.

Very friendly staff. I would like to thank Elen at the reception for being very helpful during our stay. Elen made sure all our concerns get addressed. The location is great! You open your door, and you’re downtown! Affordable option. There is a Cinema upstairs.

The metro noise, it stops at 11 pm though. The mattress isn’t very comfortable, there’s a gab in the middle. ( they put two twin beds together)

Supurb

Their staffs are polite, friendly and supportive. Some of them are fluent in English. I stayed at 3rd floor suites, which was comforting enough for city sightseeing. Exactly what it shown in the Booking.com photo images. Actually beddings and linens were even better than I thought. Hallway is a bit noisy as the hotel is located in the same building of Moscow Cinema (movie theater). The room has small windows for air ventilation.

Central Location for a short trip, has good wifi, helpful and pleasant staff, cleanliness, local amenities, and lots of good restaurants around.

Our room did not have windows, so no natural light. You could hear the metro trains running underneath.

If you ok sleeping at industrial concert

Staff was helpful and very nice. The location is perfect right in the middle of the city. Room was clean and kind of new.

First of all I stayed at the lower level, which apparently is the unofficial part of local subway. The sound and vibration of the coming trains can be compared to Godzilla destroying some city. It's impossible to sleep since subway starts at around 7 in the morning and ends around 23.30. I slept with silicone earplugs, it didn't help. It's a global minus for me of this hotel and why I won't come back for sure. To be precise there is probably little to no sound in the upper levels of the hotel, but I won't be finding it out. Next one - there is no window in the room. Yeah I got budget room, doesn't need to be that budget. (And no it wasn't in the description or the name of the room, or the message I got after booking). But it's nothing compared to noise from subway. The last one - value for the money. No there is not. It's not cheap, compared to all the places I've stayed in. I actually would say it pricy for what it is.
