This condo was walking distance from Broadway and convenience stores etc. I will say the only thing about this particular unit was getting in and out of the bathtub. The surrounding tile and depth to climb in was a bit hard. So if you are older or have short legs this could be a problem.
Other than that this was a perfect location and our stay was great. Parking was easy also..a block and a half away

Both the location and the interior of the property itself are fantastic. You are literally right in the heart of everything but enough removed from the craziness of Broadway Street. Excellent customer service as well. We will definitely be back.

This is absolutely the coolest place to stay in Nashville. Not only is the location perfect, but the room is exactly as pictured in the listing. It was spacious, clean, and so comfortable. Although we were not the only guests on the property, my husband and I felt like we were the only guests in the entire place. It was sooo quiet and each loft is so private that we never really saw another guest even in the hallways. I would highly recommend The Printers Alley Lofts to anyone who is planning to visit Nashville. It beats staying in any hotel!

We were greated at the property with tons of insight on the best places to go in Nashville. The hospitality was the best you could ask for. The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I seriosuly cannot reccommend this place enough. We will continuously go back to the same property:-)

Right in the heart of the Nashville action but far enough away from Broadway to actually get some sleep. This gem of a loft was perfect.. from the easy check in and helpful onsite manager to the adorable and SPOTLESS loft. Right out your doorstep are lots of small bars with awesome live music and you are just a few blocks from
the craziness of Broadway. We had Duke the Wonder Dog with us and only had a short walk to find some grass for him to take care of business. This property deserves all the great reviews and more!

The Flat is so full of character. The location on Printer's Alley is full of charm and history. It has the feel of being in New Orleans on Bourbon St. Love the renovated building. Very clean. All amenities needed.

Located in the heart of Printers Alley, this place is just as advertised. It’s walking distance to over 200 bars and restaurants, along with great nightlife right across the alley. The host was very accommodating and gave us a tour upon our arrival. The flat loft was a great place to stay and we would highly recommend it.

This is a great choice for a weekend getaway for 2. Right downtown on Printers Alley but you don’t hear the hustle and bustle of the partying crowd below. The apartment has a wonderful aesthetic and is set up for a very comfortable stay.

The minute we pulled up in the alley, we knew this would be a fun place! We stayed in Nashville on four other occasions, and this is the first time we stayed in Printers Alley. It is a great location to experience Nashville. We loved Sinatras, Skulls and the Jazz club next to Skulls. All three were so much fun.
The flat was just a little disappointing. It started and ended with a bad toilet! The manager was always a text away, and tried his best,but it never was resolved. So frustrating. We hated having to stick out hand in the toilet tank to stop the water from running.
The kitchen cabinets and living room furniture needs some much needed help. Both are very worn and should be replaced. The bedroom was fine however and very comfortable.
I have mixed feelings about the place. I loved the location and "loft" appeal, but I guess we were just a bit disappointed. All in all, we didn't spend much time in the place and it all worked out!
Nashville was wonderful. If you do not like crowds, travel Sunday - Thursday. Those days worked great for us!

We had the best time at this property, from the check-in to room service, to friendly staff. The Printers Alley Lofts are beautifully decorated in the prohibition era themed and supplied very nicely. You are right in the center of the fun and excitement of the Alley’s nightlife, yet the sound proofing was great and didn’t interrupt sleeping.

Fantastic loft and great central location to everything. The onsite property manager is always available and highly responsive. While Printers Alley can get a little loud, once you enter the building and the loft itself, it is very quiet. I would highly recommend this unit!

My husband and I had an AMAZING first time in Nashville! The Flat loft was close to all of the action without the noise. I was a little worried at first that all of the street noise below us was going to be too much, but honestly, we didn't hear anything and were in bed before midnight each night! Stayed here for our 19th Wedding Anniversary. Was a great location in Printer's Alley above all the action. Although there were several bars open till 3am below us the loft is very quiet. Loft was exactly as the pictures made it seem. Only 2 blocks walk to Broadway as well. We would definitley stay here again.

Everything was great! We had a delay with our flight and the manager was understanding. Helped us when we were lost! Gave us amazing recommendations on where to eat. The unit was clean, spacious and super cute. It could use some updates but overall we were happily pleased. Even with being in the middle of Printers Alley, you could hardly hear what was going on outside.

The Flat Loft was perfect for us, and a great location for downtown activities. Short walk to the Ryman Auditorium, lower Broadway, Assembly Food Hall and tons of restaurants. We enjoyed listening to music from Printers Alley!

Great location but we were really disappointed in fireplace and jet tub.
Fireplace uses fireplace fuel which lasts about an hour when filled with half bottle of "fireplace fuel" We were given 1 1/2 bottles and asked for more.
We were given one more bottle which hardly covered our 4-night stay.
The jet tub had difficulty filling without the hot water heater starting to alarm. Short story, we were able to take hot, jet tub baths, as planned, and why we rented this unit.

Experience was very good. Neighborhood has lots of restaurants, clubs and bars within a few blocks. Broadway is about four blocks away and a short walk to the clubs there. Lots to see and do. If you are able to see Charlie Walker at Acme Feed and Seed don’t miss him. He plays most Saturdays buffet. A few things with the loft could be improved. The only lighting is the overheads or bathroom lights. Could us a couple of lamps in the living space to soften the lighting. Darold was very helpful and responsive with any requests or concerns we had. Would go back!

We had the most awesome time in the Alley and the Flat Loft for our Cousin's trip celebrating our 50th Birthdays.
Darold & Gir were fantastic hosts and all his recommendations were perfect! Loved playing Scrabble all weekend with the other guests in the lobby too!
The lofts are perfect walking distance to everything downtown and we all just had the most fun! Instacart was awesome and we were able to get food, wine and snacks delivered to the loft so we could enjoy the night in and listen to the music from the Alley.
Don't want to recommend because we'd rather keep this gem to ourselves, but you definitely won't be disappointed.
