A well situated 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium blocks from everything you would need including, Beach, shopping, restaurants, night life, or bus lines. This property has a 24 hour security desk for safety, and a keyfob entry system after 10pm. The property has a great location with the local grocery store Don Quijote being only a short 10 minute walk away. The major shopping mall Ala Moana is also a short 10 minute walk and just beyond the mall is the famous Ala Moana beachpark. Ala Moana beachpark is a favorite for all locals and visitors alike with great options to swim, paddle board, walk, run, lounge around to read a book, catch some sun or sit under a tree and watch the waves roll in on the sunset and surfers. The park also offers a great viewing spot for the fireworks on friday nights. The condo is on the 29th floor and has magnificent views of the Ocean, city, and the Diamond head mountain and alawai Canal. Whats unique is you have a vast view of the ocean and city due to the angle of the building and being a corner unit. There are two bedrooms. The largest bedroom has a comfortable sleeper topped king sized bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds which provides single adults or a set of children to enjoy their own space. The living room is very spacious and overlooks the ocean. There is a futon couch that also folds out into a full size sleeper bed which can also accommodate two guests. If there are more then 6 guests I do have an inflatable full size mattress that can accommodate two extra persons upon request. There are two bathrooms. One master bathroom has a separate large vanity area with extra sink which is directly attached to a full bathroom with tub, shower, toilet, and sink. The second bathroom utilized by the second bedroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. This condo does come equipped with a full size washer and dryer. There is a full size kitchen with ample storage and a full size food pantry cabinet. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to prep and enjoy meals including pots, pans, plates, silverware, cups, and bowls. Full Size fridge, stove and oven, microwave, toaster oven and coffee pot. Come enjoy some time with family and friends in our Ocean Gem, you will be glad you did.
