Coastal Beach decor throughout this amazing, recently rehabbed, spacious home with everything for your family vacation. Five bedrooms, three baths, sleeps up to fourteen. A jetted hot tub that waterfalls into salt water heated pool with amazing views. It feels as if the Lake is at the pool edge. We have so many amenities, kayaks, paddle board, bikes, outdoor shuffle board indoor converted garage game room, fishing gear, beach gear and more.
No parties or events or parking on the grass. This home is located in a quiet family neighborhood. Please respect them and make no noise outside after 10 pm.

We enjoyed our time at Schell-Topia. The home was beautifully decorated and contained everything that you would need. The outside view was picture perfect. The kids loved playing air hockey in the garage, too. Can't say enough, hosts were very helpful and made us feel at home. We would highly recommend!

I searched many homes for our Family Reunion and 90th Birthday celebration for our Mother. The Schell-Topia property hit the mark on every level. Both the outdoors and indoors are well kept. It is located on a beautiful lake, large enough for boating, fishing, Kayaks, etc The Kitchen is full of all kinds of Cookware, Dishes, utensils, etc. Plenty of leftover spices from previous renters. The bedrooms were perfect for our family and the beds very comfortable. Plenty of towels, pillows. 2 sets of washer/dryer and great storage available for extended stays. Pretty much everything was in working order. The pool was great and temperature was perfect. Stu & Kathy were great with communications. I highly recommend this home and will likely stay here again in the future!

This home was in a great location on Lake Kennedy and had plenty of space for our large family. It fit our needs perfectly. The home was very clean and well stocked. The kids enjoyed the outdoor space and pool. The communication with the host was exceptional and they even were able to get us in the home a little early since we arrived in town that morning. Would definitely recommend!

Our family had an amazing time! The kids had lots of fun as they had plenty of things to do in the house. Very quiet neighborhood. The water park recommended was great and literally 5 mins away! We were beyond happy with our stay!

We had a perfect week at the beautiful Schell-Topia. Eight of us (two 50+ parents and six kiddos ages 14 - 25) found the house to be the ideal spot to spend our vacation. The house was not only beautiful, but also extremely clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for us to spend time together, and also for everyone to have a little quiet time when needed. We spent countless hours in the pool and hot tub during the day and into the evening. After dark we loved sitting on the dock watching the stars and talking. The location was great, close to Fort Myers where we spent an evening at Top Golf, and an easy drive to gorgeous Captiva where we spent a day. The star of the week was really the house though. Stu and Cathy have thought of everything to make a week at Schell-Topia just amazing. They are easy to communicate with, extremely responsive, and truly a joy to work with. I would highly recommend the amazing Schell-Topia for your rental needs, you won’t be disappointed!!

We had 10 family members in town for a wedding! We all loved the property, especially the screened lanai, the pool, and hot tub. Stu and Cathy were awesome, and answered all questions quickly! They also had some great recommendations on local restaurants. Would stay here again!!

We had a great vacation with our family of 11. We had 6 adults and 5 children, 7 to 6 months. We had plenty of room to roam around the house, the pool was nice and warm and we used the screen lanai for all our meals and game playing at night. The garage has air hockey and shuffleboard. The older kids enjoyed that!

Our family was looking for a place to feel the sunshine and enjoy the outdoors amidst a long winter and this place delivered on every level. We used everything Stu and Cathy provided from the pool toys, fishing gear, bikes, kayaks and ample outdoor seating. The inside of the house is beyond spacious but quite frankly the majority of the time we spent outside. The setup of the property is very private and because you aren’t in a resort setting it truly was the peace and quiet we were seeking. The neighborhood was also great with shopping and dining nearby. We golfed at the course about a mile from the property and rented a full set of clubs for only $10! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in Cape Coral with 14 family members comfortably fitting in this great house. Home was very clean and pool/hot tub were great. Caught some nice fish off the dock which kept the kids busy! We loved the screened in porches for coffee in the morning. Convenient location, we tried out Fort Meyers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, and Venice Beach! Had a great time trying out different places. Stu was fantastic and even made sure we got in the property early. Will stay at one of their properties again!!

The home had just the vibe we were looking for and fit our group of 6 adults and 5 children perfectly. The pool alongside the waterfront was wonderful and the hot tub was nice and hot! We didn't get to kayaking or fishing as hoped, but the amenities were available. Even though we brought our own, five stars for having a Scrabble game and baby walker! We were pleasantly surprised by so many little things that made the stay away from home more comfortable. Highly recommend!

Very spacious rooms, outdoor areas with ample seating. Enjoyed the games, pool and hot tub. Hot tub seats 3-4 adults comfortably. The 2 refrigerators were nice especially keeping beverages chilled. A bit challenging for 9 adults in beds, the twin beds/ bunk beds and the couch are great for kids. Plenty of bed linens, towels and beach gear. The hosts really thought of everything to make our vacation the best!

We stayed at ShellTopia with 3 families, age ranging from 2.5-43 years old. Everyone loved it! The pool was our favorite part, but the views did not disappoint. The location was quick and easy to get to from the airport. The host was amazing, and anytime we needed to get ahold of him he was very quick to respond. The rooms were spacious and the kids loved the bunk room! Lots of room, a wonderful home away from home. We would recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay here again! Amazing!!!

Our family enjoyed our stay at your lovely home. We had plenty of room for our extended family of 10. The pool was a highlight of our stay. Our granddaughters spent hours playing in the pool. We traveled for a baseball tournament, and shared the house with several families. This space was great, as it gave every parenting unit a door to close, and a nice shared space for the kids (and younger siblings). The kitchen/living room space was wonderful for the adults to come together to share time and allowed for everyone to filter in and out of the space to get dinner. While the kids only had the opportunity once to use the pool, it was a gorgeous setting with tons of fun options. The neighborhood was quiet, perfect for morning jogs. I would definitely stay again!

Multi generational family just finished our week at Schelltopia. Just as pictured enough room for three sets of adults and kids ages 1 - 8. Beautiful property and Stu extremely responsive to any little issues. Don’t think the kids ever came out of the pool and layout made easy watching over them. Cooked and ate our meals kitchen had everything we needed. Perfect family summer break would stay again.

We had a beautiful week at this Cape Coral gem. My family has vacationed in Cape Coral for 4 years now, and my wife said this was the best place yet! Home was great, stylish, functional and roomy for the three families we had! Stu was available and accessible, although we didn’t have any issues or concerns. We had 3 families stay at the property, with kids ranging from 6-18. We had a great time. Everyone had plenty of space and all the extra amenities were so nice. Stu had great communication and was very quick to respond when we had questions. We used the pool a lot and everyone loved fishing off the dock. The location is great, everything you need is close by. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone!

The house worked out very well for us. We had our adult kids and grandkids with us and there was something for everyone. Lots to do with the shuffle board, fishing, air hockey and of course swimming and chilling by the lake / pool. House had nice very nice personal touches and nice decor. Bedrooms are pretty bright in the mornings but other then that, very comfortable
