Strange location, but close to airport. Accommodation fulfilled the purpose to stay for night and go on.

Family hospitality, if the family is around, they are happy to help you in any way.
Bus number 12 leaves from a mosque right next to the property and takes you to Medina or airport (Clinique Aeroport station) for only 4 dirhams.
There are small shops and a market around, so you can buy groceries. There is no Carrefour or another big supermarket nearby though.
Overall this place is great if you want to stay in a quiet area of Marrakech, away from the noise and crowds of Medina, but with good access to the city center and the airport. Great if you plan to buy groceries and cook your own food.
The owner's family is very nice, but unfortunately they are not at the property most of the time, so if you need something you need to wait until they come home. If you don't speak French or Arabic, communication might be difficult because they don't speak English.
I wish the shower had a curtain and the shower drain could be improved, as the bathroom floor is completely soaked after you take a shower.

The apartment was very big. It had two bedrooms, one well-equiped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a living room area with TV. Wifi was available and working quite well. Bed was very comfortable. There ist hot water in the shower. The apartment was absolutely clean. The host was very friendly. Little fan is in the apartment.
The location is not in the center of Marrakech. Little bit shabby, but very friendly people around. You can't find good restaurants or shops in walking distance. It's super hard to get a taxi from that place (especially at night). No air condition in the apartment!
