MODERN BEACH LIVING, SET ON 1/2 ACRE, INDOOR SWIMMING POOL.
Architecturally designed private retreat nestled amongst ti-trees, with commanding views across to Arthurs Seat. You can even hear the soothing sounds of the ocean as your backdrop.
Only a 2 minute walk to the dramatic St Andrews Surf Beach, 5 minute drive to World Class St Andrews Golf Course and 20 minute drive to Flinders, Red Hill or Sorrento, the location gives you daily choices of where to spend your holiday.

This home has all the luxuries you want to enjoy on your holidays! Relax in the resort style living with a huge private sun deck and 7 metre indoor solar heated swimming pool (pool can be gas heated at an additional cost).
Saltaire is ideal for large families and extended family gatherings, allowing guests to spread capaciously over two levels of living. This beautiful home makes entertaining family and friends an absolute pleasure.

We prefer mature adults or family groups this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays. POOL HEATING: The indoor pool is solar heated, however the sun is required to solar heat the pool, if there is no sun the pool will not be heated. The pool can be gas heated (to a maximum of 29 degrees) at an additional cost. Having the pool gas heated must be booked for the entirety of your stay at $120 per night, otherwise call out fees will apply to switch on/switch off the gas heating.
Large younger groups (under 30 years old) if approved, may be required to pay an additional fully refundable direct bond and a daily supervision fee of $100.
A security bond is $1,000 for this property
Guests must adhere to Mornington Peninsula Short Stay Code of Conduct. Council Registration Number: STRA0405/18

House was great for 7 of us, pool area a bonus and lots of fun. Everyone loved the very comfy beds. Couldn’t fault it.

We enjoyed our stay over the 4 nights.
House has everything you could need. Kitchen is very well equipped. Pool was very nice.
Bed upstairs was a little on the hard side.
We had to remove all donnas from the beds as they were just too heavy to sleep with, but there were ample blankets to replace the doonas, so no big deal.
Location was quiet and fairly private. Not much in short walking distance.
We would stay again!

Over rated
The property is alright but not luxurious. Had several problems with the stay. Could not get the key lock open to get the keys upon arrival, had to wait for someone to come and open the key lock. We were left out in the cold waiting as it was a winter booking for quite some time. The power kept shutting off in the property and we had to keep going outside to flick the switch back on in the cold and in the bushes beside the house. The house was not warm when we arrived actually freezing....there was meant to be wood for the wood fire for at least one evening there was none. The pool was meant to be be heated for our stay and it was not warm at all in the 3 nights we were there. The pool heating should have been turned on several days before our stay rather than just before we arrived. The tiles around the inside of the pool were not clean. Looks like they have not been cleaned since summer, still had the grease from sunscreen on them, same goes for the electric slide out cover. There was not a corkscrew at the property to open a bottle of wine (and this house is in a wine region). We had to supply all our own linen for this property. We had to virtually completely clean the property before we left or charges applied., even would be charged if we did not put the bins out on the road on the right night (not just put out our rubbish in the bins which is common sense). The couches in the main lounge upstairs are very uncomfortable, as are the single beds downstairs. No soap no shampoo no conditioner (little ones) the wifi did not connect even after several attempts, the ceiling fans in rooms that had them were filthy with dust, all in all I would not recommend this property. To be fair: - The wood issue was resolved the first morning we were there, it was dropped out the front not bought into the lounge upstairs, just the one nights worth though, any extra wood for further nights are charged or you must bring your own, the power, we advised to the rental agent, they noted it as a problem.

Beach and pool relaxation
We are a family of four - a baby and a 10 year old and it was a perfect home for us all. Lots of room and spaces to relax, read or play games. The beach is a short walk. Lovely kitchen with views and nicely beach themed decoration, comfy bedrooms. The pool was chilly with solar heating, so it's worth paying extra for gas heating. We want to come back.
